On the other hand, the Editor’s at Big Gov.com are either dense or they simply cannot admit they have been wrong for nearly three years!

They broke a story today, May 17, titled “O’s Literary Agent: Born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii” but before the reader could get to the “Breaking news” they had to sift through a five-paragraph missive written by the “Senior Editors” explaining how the late Andrew Breitbart nor the current batch of Big Gov editors were birthers. Even after posting this report they still believe Obama was born in Hawaii.

Who cares what they believe? Really. Who?

It’s a story, that’s it! And a conclusive one at that!

So, who gives a rip what these men believe. It reminds me of the C-SPAN video where then US Senatorial candidate Alan Keyes was debating Obama for the open seat in Illinois when Keyes emphatically declared to Obama “you’re not even a natural born Citizen” of the United States and Obama stated emphatically “Well, that doesn’t matter because I’m not running for President.” Oh, I remember the exchange so clearly but sadly C-SPAN removed that video during the 2008 primary never to be seen again. Thanks, Brian. What a patriot you truly are!

So, getting back to Big Gov, what on earth possessed them to posture this defense before the reader could even get to the factually based story – “Andrew Breitbart was never a “Birther,” and Breitbart News is a site that has never advocated the narrative of “Birtherism.” In fact, Andrew believed, as we do, that President Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961.”

Allow me to serve as an eyewitness to this statement because Big Gov has never, ever, ever, ever printed anything in the last three years, since their start up, about the constitutional crisis we American’s have unmistakably found ourselves in since January 2008. I am happy to serve on any panel of jurists to vouch for Big Gov’s claim.

But first, please explain to me how a publisher, such as Big Gov, breaks a story that provides credible evidence to an ongoing cover up by both the Democratic and Republican political parties, such as Obama saying he was born in Hawaii, yet self-declares in his own bio for his literary agents from 1991 to 2007 that he was in fact born in Kenya, all the while the Big Gov editors feel it’s perfectly okay to turn around and state unequivocally that “In fact, Andrew believed, as we do, that President Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on August 4, 1961”.

Uh, HELLO? You just reported two stories with conclusive evidence that Obama himself declared he was “Kenyan born” NOT
“Hawaiian,” yet you still posit the belief he was born in Hawaii!

Note to the editors at Big Gov – We don’t care what you believe, rather we birthers and constitutionalists deal in facts. PERIOD.

The booklet published in 1991 by Obama’s literary agency provides conclusive evidence that he is and always has been a child born in Kenya. Nothing wrong with that mind you, that is unless you want to hold the office of the U.S. Presidency. Then it’s a big whoopteedoo!

Big Gov, being true to their journalistic integrity, late in the day provided a follow-up story that clearly, unequivocally and renders not a scintilla of doubt that Obama’s literary agency, Acton & Dystel, took decisive action to cover up Obama’s true place of birth by knowingly, and with intent, replaced the word Kenyan for Hawaiian for Obama’s place of birth in their online bio of him.

Which brings me to the second thought, which is what in the world is wrong with being a birther? We American patriots who have endured every name in the book hurled at us have labored intensely for four years to wake up our fellow countrymen and women to the national security and constitutional crisis we’ve been in since January 2008 with no help from the likes of Big Gov. We birthers and constitutionalists have sacrificed much to be able to right this despicable wrong imposed on us unsuspecting American’s by both the Democratic and Republican political establishment.

We “birthers” are proud, strong and wicked smart AMERICANS who love our country and make no apologies to anyone. All politicians crave power. Many use that power to enhance their personal wealth.

The power of the federal government is greater now than it has ever been in the history of the United States. The Constitution, as envisioned and written by the Founders, seeks to limit the power of the federal government. The Republican and Democrat establishments hate that.

Such a perspective explains why so few in government adhere to their oath of office to “support and defend” the Constitution, except in cases when it can be used to buttress their partisan political arguments. In those situations our hypocritical federal officials self-righteously wrap themselves in its protective cloak. Otherwise, the Constitution gets conveniently thrown under the bus.

At present, the American system is designed to maintain the corrupt status quo through the practice of political incest. That is, the Republican and Democrat establishments support only indoctrinated incumbents for re-election or those aspiring party sycophants carefully selected for their submissive personality traits.

Both parties vociferously oppose any grass-roots political movement, like the Tea Party, which might have the temerity to support or run their own candidates for federal office. The Republican and Democrat establishments hate that.

Such behavior explains why Republican establishment-types rallied behind Washington, D.C. insider and 36-year career politician Sen. Dick Lugar (R-IN) for re-election over Tea Party-endorsed state Treasurer Richard Mourdock.

Lugar, widely known as Barack Obama’s “favorite Republican,” was a co-sponsor of the Dream Act granting illegal immigrants amnesty and citizenship; supported the bailouts of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac against a majority of Republicans; was the only Republican to back the United Nations small arms treaty allowing foreign countries to dictate gun laws to Americans; opposed efforts to reform the U.N. and was the lead sponsor of the Law of the Sea Treaty, which President Ronald Reagan called a threat to U.S. sovereignty. In addition, Lugar enthusiastically appeared in a campaign television advertisement for Obama during the 2008 presidential election and served as a co-chair for Obama’s inaugural committee.

In the waning days before the May 8^th primary, Lugar, who only barely resembles what one might consider a Republican, even asked Democrats to cross party lines and vote for him.

Lugar lost in a rout.

Endorsing the eventual loser, the usual Republican establishment suspects were rounded up to supply the appropriate kiss of death: Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels, former Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour, former Missouri Sen. John Danforth and former Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter – the former Republican.

More surprisingly, however, was a report that the Young Guns Network, a group led by two former top aides to House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA), spent $100,000 to support Lugar.

Barney Keller, a spokesman for the Club for Growth, which provided funding for Mourdock’s campaign, said of the Young Guns Network mailer backing Lugar:

“Regrettably, Eric Cantor’s actions confirm the worst of what grassroots conservatives dislike about a Washington Republican leadership that is more interested in protecting its own than in promoting conservative principles and candidates.”

In fact, the Washington Republican leadership opposes all those it considers outsiders or anyone interested in reform.

You see, politicians are very comfortable with the status quo; gaining fame and fortune by distributing your tax dollars to wealthy financiers, who later reimburse them with campaign contributions to help prolong their stay in Washington, D.C. and, as a consequence, perpetuate the cycle of political corruption.

In that respect, there is little difference between the aims of Big Government Republicans and Big Government Democrats. The bigger the government, the larger and more numerous the parasites get.

The cure resides in strict adherence to the Constitution, in particular, the Tenth Amendment,bwhich limits the power of the federal government and, thereby, constrains the ability of Congressnand federal officials to act beyond certain clearly defined boundaries.

It is known as a government of laws, not a government of men.

The Republican and Democrat establishments hate that.

Thursday was business as usual on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Democrats and Republicans spent hours arguing and criticizing one another as they debated a controversial package of spending cuts known as House Resolution 5652.

But Thursday was also different. For the first time, House members debated whether to close a tax loophole that’s providing big tax refunds to illegal immigrants. It’s something Congressman Sam Johnson (R – TX) has been wanting to do for years.

“Due to a loophole in the tax code, the IRS is shoveling out billions on American tax dollars to those who are here illegally,” said Rep. Johnson.

Bolstered by an Eyewitness News investigation, Rep. Johnson and other Republicans made their case for closing the loophole that is now making national news.

Two weeks ago, 13 Investigates showed how millions of illegal immigrants are taking advantage of tax credits intended for working families with children. WTHR’s investigation documented how many undocumented workers file tax returns using an ITIN (individual taxpayer identification number) to claim thousands of dollars in Additional Child Tax Credits.

IRS tax code currently allows illegal immigrants to claim the fully-refundable tax credits as long as the children listed as dependents live in the United States and with the tax filer for at least six months of the year. Eyewitness News showed many undocumented workers are cheating the system by instead claiming nieces and nephews who live in other countries. The IRS issues them tax credits anyway because the agency does little to verify ITIN documentation.

According to an audit report by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Inspector General for Tax Administration, the problem now costs American taxpayers $4.2 billion per year. The inspector general has been warning the IRS and Congress about the abuse since 2009, but most members of Congress seemed unaware of the problem – until now.

For the past four years I have been covering the progression of the global economic crisis with an emphasis on the debilitating effects it has had on the American financial system. Only once before have I ever issued an economic alert, and this was at the onset of the very first credit downgrade in U.S. history by S&P. I do not take the word “alert” lightly. Since 2008 we have seen a cycle of events that have severely weakened our country’s foundation, but each event has then been followed by a lull, sometimes 4 to 6 months at a stretch, which seems to disarm the public, drawing them back into apathy and complacency. The calm moments before each passing storm give Americans a false sense of hope that our capsized fiscal vessel will somehow right itself if we just hold on a little longer…

I don’t have to tell most people within the Liberty Movement that this is not going to happen. Unfortunately, there are many out there who do not share our awareness of the situation. Debt implosions and currency devaluation NEVER simply “fade away”; they are always followed by extreme social and political strife that tends to sully the doorsteps of almost every individual and family. The notion that we can coast through such a tempest unscathed is an insane idea, filled with a dangerous potential for sour regrets.

There are some people who also believe that the private Federal Reserve with the Treasury in tow has the ability to prolong the worst symptoms of the collapse indefinitely, or at least, until they have long since kicked the bucket and don’t have to worry about it anymore (the ‘pay-it forward to our grandkids’ crowd) . I can say with 100% certainty that most of us will live to see the climax of the breakdown, and that this breakdown is about to enter a more precarious state before the end of this year. You can only stretch a sun-boiled rubber band so far before it snaps completely, and America’s financial elasticity has long been melted away.

A pummeling hailstorm of news items and international developments have made the first half of 2012 almost impossible to track and analyze. The frequency at which negative information has surfaced is almost dizzying. However, a pattern and a recognizable motion are beginning to take shape, and, I believe, a loose timeline is beginning to form.

At the end of January, I covered the incredible nosedive of the Baltic Dry Index (a measure of global shipping rates that signals a fall in global demand) to historic lows. I pointed out the tendency of stocks and the general economy to crash around 8 months (sometimes a little longer) after the BDI makes such a dramatic downturn. Mainstream analysts, of course, attributed the fall to an “overproduction of ships”, which is the same exact excuse they used when the BDI collapsed back in 2008 just before the derivatives bubble burst. It would seem that the cable TV talking heads were wrong yet again, as the international market facade quickly evaporates right in line with the BDI’s almost prophetic knack for calling an economic derailment in advance.

Here are some of the most important reasons why every American should be prepared for much harder days, especially before the end of 2012:

The European Union Is Officially Dead In The Water

Stick a fork in er’, the EU is done! We are talking about full scale dismantlement, likely followed by a reformation of core nations and multiple collapse scenarios of peripheral countries. The writing is all over the wall in the wake of the latest election results in Greece and France, where, as alternative researchers have been predicting for some time, the battle between the government spending crowd and proponents of austerity has reached a fever pitch.

The Greeks and the French are royally pissed over draconian cuts in public programs and the destruction of pensions which have been a mainstay of their economies for quite some time. They are also furious over being sold off like collateral to the IMF and World Bank. Rightly so. Like the American taxpayer, the taxpayers of floundering EU nations are wrongly being held responsible for the financial mismanagement and fraud of their governments and global banks which have remained untouched and unpunished for their trespasses. The problem is, the voters of both countries are signing on to the socialist/quasi-communist bandwagon in response. In Greece, the Left Coalition Party, a splinter group of the traditional communist party, has now taken a primary position of power:

I have no doubt that the elections of the EU are as manipulated by elitists as they are here in the U.S., and I’m sure false paradigms abound. Have Europeans forgotten that it was overt government spending that set them on the path to calamity in the first place? Or, are they like Americans; just desperate for any change in the ranks of leadership? One would think that they would take note of the problems here in our country and realize that electing a socialist to replace another socialist is no way out of economic hardship.

Former officials like Nicolas Sarkozy may have claimed to be distanced from the socialist ideal, but, as with all globalist puppets, their actions did not match their rhetoric, and they have always supported policies of centralization and big government. The French and the Greeks have essentially replaced closet collectivists with outspoken collectivists, and will see NO relief from the crisis in the Euro-zone as a result of the political reordering. In fact, the stage has now been set for a volatile chain of dominos. Germany, which is the only economy left holding the EU together, has been unyielding on austerity cuts. A conflict between France and Germany is now inevitable. Neither will compromise their position, and I can see no other eventual result than a reexamination and perhaps abandonment of the EU charter.

How does this affect America? Being that international banks and corporations have forced our countries into interdependency through the engineered chicanery of globalization, any collapse in Europe is going to strike hard around the world, but the worst will hit the U.S. and China. Which is probably why China is disengaging trade away from the U.S. and the EU and focusing on other developing nations:

If you thought the Greek rollercoaster was a pain in the neck for investment markets, just wait until the whole of the EU is in a shambles!

Spain is next in line, with a 25% official unemployment rate and a massive black market economy forming. As I have been saying for years now, when governments disrupt the financial survival of the people, they WILL form their own alternatives, including black markets and barter markets. It is about survival. The Spanish government does not care much for these alternatives, though, and has now banned cash transaction over 2500 euros in a futile attempt to squeeze taxes out of the populace through digitally tracked payment methods:

Another major concern for Americans is the fact that Europeans are inching towards an abandonment of the dollar. Francois Hollande has openly called for an end to the dollar’s world reserve status, and with a majority backing of the French people, he could easily make this happen, at least where France is concerned. All it takes is for a few key countries to publically and completely drop the Greenback and the dollar’s reputation as a safe haven investment will be quashed. This could very well happen before 2012 is over.

QE3 Is The End

Here is the bottom line; U.S. growth is a theater of shadows. There has been no progress, no recovery, only the misrepresentation of statistics. Millions of Americans have fallen off unemployment rolls because they have been jobless for too long, which lowers the unemployment rate, but does not change the fact that they are still without work. Durable goods orders are dropping like an avalanche. U.S. credit has been lowered yet again by rating agency Egan-Jones. With China making bilateral trade deals in numerous countries on the condition that the dollar be dropped as the primary purchasing mechanism, and with the EU turning to economic mulch, the currency’s safety is nonexistent. Traditional investors who cling to the idea that a falling Euro spells dollar strength will be sorely disappointed when the currency is suddenly being rejected in international currency markets.

The Federal Reserve has already stated that any signs of “relapse” into recession (the recession that we never left) will be met with all options on the table, including QE3:

I believe that QE3 will probably be announced this year (due in large part to trauma from Europe), and, that this will trigger a mass movement by foreign nations to drop the dollar as the world reserve. QE3 will be the straw that broke the camel. How exactly this will play out socially and politically, I do not know (I could take a good guess though). But, the technical results are predictable. The Fed will respond to the lack of treasury purchases by ramping up fiat printing in order to cover the ever increasing costs of the government machine. The Greenback will immediately lose a large portion of its value, at least in terms of imported goods, causing inflation in prices. Oil and energy prices will skyrocket if OPEC follows suit (which they will, though the Saudis may still honor dollars for a time). Doing any traditional business will become nearly impossible, and price inflation will dominate the lives and the minds of average unprepared citizens.

The amount of time that it will take for these difficulties to unfold is also not clear. We are operating in uncharted territory, and dealing with a collapse scenario on a truly planetary scale. My best advice is to assume that the avalanche will move fast.

While markets in our country have seen only mild disruptions so far this year, their solidity is predicated on a host of props and costume pieces, any one of which could pull the rug out from under America’s suspension of disbelief if it strays but a little from the illusion. As long as the dollar holds, stocks can be infused with bailout juice through major banks. So can major companies and even desperate state governments on the verge of bankruptcy. The Dow will remain relatively friendly, and day traders and the public will remain happy. As soon as the dollar comes into question, all bets are off…

Does This Mean Doom, Or Just Another Bad Day?

The real beginning of today’s collapse is tied to the events of 2008. The pace of it has been deceptive, but also, in a way, it is a gift. Over the past four years, I have personally seen the awakening of thousands of people that may have never had the chance if the system had gone into full spectrum breakdown right away. The question now is, how much longer can the U.S. wobble along on one wheel? In my view, and from the evidence I see in markets at the moment, not much longer.

It is hard to set aside any expectations that the next leg down will be easy to digest for the populace. The reality of our predicament is starting to hit home. All the tax return checks have been spent. The credit cards have been maxed. The new cars have been sold off and traded in for ghetto-mobiles. The good jobs have been replaced with Taco Bell slavery. A trip to see The Avengers is now the family vacation. And, the distractions of reality TV just aren’t buttering our bread anymore. It’s the little things at first that really signal the financial mood of a society, as well as reveal the more vital and looming issues just over the horizon.

All indicators suggest that this year will be unlike any other before. In 2008, we saw the first trigger events for the collapse. In 2008/2009, we saw the creation of the bailout culture, setting the stage for inflation and dollar disintegration. In 2010, we saw the first bilateral trade deal cutting out the dollar between China and Russia, which is now the template for trade deals all over the globe. In 2011, we saw the first downgrade of the U.S. credit rating and the crisis in the EU become epidemic. In 2012, I see not just another difficulty to add to the mountain, but a culmination of all these detriments to produce something entirely new; a vast and subversive realignment forcing many of us to take a more aggressive stance in the fight for an economically and socially free America.

Financial disasters have always been a convenient catalyst for a host of even more frightening obstacles, including civil unrest, and blatant totalitarianism. This is the cusp. It is one of those moments that people of later generations read about in awe, and sometimes horror. The “doom” is not in the event, but in the response. What we make of the days approaching determines the darkness that they cast upon the future. It is a test. It is not something to be dreaded. It is something to be seized upon, and dealt with, as great men and women before us have done. At the very least, we know that it is coming. That, in itself, could well seal our success…

Here’s what citizens awoke to in the middle of the night on Monday according to the Miami Herald -

No, there was no smell of napalm in the morning.

But there was the thunderous whump whump of low-flying helicopters, and even the jarring blast of explosions at the abandoned Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove early Tuesday during a military training exercise that jolted many unsuspecting residents from their beds.

“It was quite a shocking experience,” said Jane Muir, who was awakened around 1:45 a.m. by the sound of military choppers that later dropped rappelling soldiers onto the Grand Bay’s rooftop. “It was kind of that bizarre feeling that you were surrounded by wind.”

From her third-floor balcony, Muir then watched the soldiers fire off flares and smoke bombs before searching floor by floor through the darkened hotel, their paths marked by flashlights and the pop-pop-pop of gunshots. “The show of force was so overwhelming,” she said.

The maneuvers were part of a “realistic urban training” exercise for about 100 military personnel, and organized by the U.S. Special Operations Command, said Maj. Michael Burns, a U.S. Army spokesman. The exercise also included three military helicopters, and the use of simulated explosions and gunfire to mimic real-life military scenarios.

“They have to train in a realistic environment,” Burns said. “We didn’t use any real bullets,” he added reassuringly.

I feel assured they were using rubber bullets, don’t you? NOT! The larger question is why now? Why is the military practicing such exercises in the middle of the night on American soil in American cities?

Chicago – Blackhawks and A/MH-6 Little Bird helicopters used by special forces circling low through downtown Chicago skies made for a scary scene along the Chicago River, as they rattled windows flying among the city’s skyscrapers.

The training exercise comes as the city found out some of the details of what the Secret Service wants for security at next month’s summit at McCormick Place.

Witnesses described three to four very heavily armed men in each chopper. Several said some of the men appeared to be tethered and were at times literally hanging out of the choppers, and looked ready to jump.

Calling it routine training, city officials said in a statement such exercises are conducted by military personnel in various cities around the country. They say the exercises are designed to improve the military’s ability to operate in urban environments.

Emergency management officials said the training sites have been selected to minimize the impact on residents’ daily routines.

The timing of the drills led some to wonder if they’re in preparation for next month’s NATO summit.

But officials said that the summit and the drills are unrelated.

Unrelated? Who do these people think they are kidding. Seriously?

And if this isn’t enough to get your curiosity peeked then ask yourself why is the Red Cross preparing sites for an evacuation of Chicago citizens during the upcoming NATO summit?

This week CBS Chicago reported Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, preparing for up to 1000 evacuee’s not to mention other American Red Cross facilities are reportedly getting their emergency sites set up too.

And to round out all of these oddities, Russia’s President, Vladimir Putin has canceled his participation in the G-8 Summit which was going to take place in Chicago but was moved to Camp David, Maryland last month.

What does Putin know the rest of us don’t? Obviously he’s smart enough to stay out of America! Could the rogue federal government be readying for another false flag? Maybe a Sears Tower implosion?

Like I said, what on earth is going on?

You will not see an article like this appear in any American mainstream media outlet.

Barack Hussein Obama is an illegal President. He is not now nor has he ever been eligible to be a candidate for or hold that office because his father was a British subject at the time of his birth.

Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that all candidates for the Presidency be “natural born citizens.” As defined in the binding Supreme Court precedent of Minor v. Happersett (1875) and confirmed in the subsequent ruling of U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) and others, all candidates for the offices of President and Vice President must be second generation Americans, that is, US citizens of citizen parents at the time of birth.

President and Vice President are the only U.S. political offices with that requirement. It was the intent of the American Founding Fathers that the chief executive and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces would not have dual allegiance or loyalty to a foreign power.

There is no ambiguity, although the Democrat and Republican parties and the media are and have been deliberately trying to confuse the American public as to the true meaning of natural born citizenship.

Case in point.

On May 1, 2012, Fox News Channel anchor Bret Baier posted an explanation of the term natural born citizen that was so factually incorrect that it must be considered propaganda.

It is well beyond the scope of this or perhaps any single article to document the full extent of the censorship conducted and the amount of disinformation disseminated, which has continued non-stop since the onset of the 2008 election cycle.

Why did that happen? The cause stemmed from political expediency and cowardice.

Since 1975, there have been numerous attempts by both Democrats and Republicans in Congress to redefine or amend the Article II “natural born citizen” clause.

Having failed to change it legally, politicians seized the opportunity to amend the Constitution by a political fait accompli through the unexpected victory of Barack Obama over Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democrat Presidential primary.

Long before the 2008 campaign, however, Obama supporters were already helping the candidate either hide his genuine personal history or create a false one.

The censorship and disinformation campaign about Obama’s ineligibility had its origins in February 2008 about the time he began to overtake Hillary Clinton in the Democratic Presidential primary.

Anticipating a likely challenge, Obama supporters, instead of reacting defensively, went on the attack through a fabricated controversy, sustained by the media, which questioned the eligibility of Republican Presidential candidate Senator John McCain. The basis of the challenge was that McCain was born in a Panamanian hospital while his U.S. Navy officer father and his U.S. citizen mother were serving at a U.S. military base in the Panama Canal Zone.

The fake controversy was settled in April 2008 through Senate Resolution 511, which, in essence, was a political deal struck between the Democrats and Republicans that would provide validation for McCain and, at least, cover for Obama on the issue of eligibility.

SR 511, a non-binding resolution with an unrecorded vote, had no force of law, but by passing it Congress created the conditions whereby the Constitution could be amended de facto through a back-room political agreement.

Republican involvement in SR 511 and the fear of being branded a “racist” prevented any meaningful vetting of candidate Obama after he secured the Democrat Presidential nomination in June 2008.

Thus began the conspiracy of silence and the disinformation campaign by the political establishment and the media.

Given the effort to prevent discussion of Constitutional ineligibility, it should come as no surprise that the politicians and media also protected Obama from investigation of allegations involving a forged birth certificate, a forged Selective Service registration and the use of a Social Security Number not issued to him.

The Democrats and the media don’t want to discuss ineligibility and criminality because they want Obama re-elected.

The Republicans can’t talk about those issues because of their dereliction of duty, their complicity in a cover-up and their unashamed cowardice.

Regardless of who wins the election in November, it is and has been the intention of both political parties and the media to bury forever questions regarding Obama’s ineligibility and crimes.

The truth would shake the American political system to its core because exposing Obama would also expose the endemic political corruption in Washington, D.C.

It is all about power and the financial rewards it reaps. The politicians and the media have it and they intend to keep it by any means necessary.
