Swensson-Powell-Farrar-Welden vs. Obama – Judge Michael Malihi’s Final Order – Georgia Ballot Access Challenge – 2-3-2012

We caught up with Swensson/Powell’s counsel, Mark Hatfield, late this afternoon to get his initial take on the ruling. Here is what he stated “obviously we are disappointed w/the decision, but there are a couple of items in the ruling that we are looking at. First, the Judge never made any ruling on who has the burden of proof even though he indicated in chambers prior to the hearing that making the determination of the burden of proof laid with Defendant Obama.” He went onto state “the Judge has a record of placing the burden on the candidate, but didn’t do so in this case.” Another point Hatfield made was the “Indiana Court of Appeals ruling in Arkeny elevates the Indiana case above the Constitution” while also noting the Judge ignored the Minor court in Minor v Happersett, a ruling that clearly defined natural born Citizen, established precedent. When asked about next steps Hatfield stated “we are going full bore and taking it up on appeal”.

This could be the best of times and/or the worst of times, to paraphrase Charles Dickens and a Tale of Two Countries. The country we have and the one we will have.

Assume for a moment that obama refuses to run this year, assume that he resigns this year before his term is up, either way obama is gone.

Does this negate all the wrong he has done?

If the citizens of this country allow this person to just walk away with no repercussions, we have lost this war between the citizens and those that would be king.

If the citizens of the United States cannot bring to bear the full force of the US Constitution on ALL those complicit, why were we complaining to start with?

For me this was not about a black man in the White House, this was about an illegal man in the White House.
As for me, this was and is not about principles, it is about LAW, the principles will follow.

Perhaps I have not been keeping up with the proceedings but all I hear is the removal of obama, which is good but only a start.

If all we have wanted was to get obama out of office, a single person could have done that. I thought this was about correcting the imperfections of our doctrine and the removal and arrest of the conspirators AND obama.

Are Pelosi, Reid, Boehner, Clinton and the rest to be allowed to not only walk but remain? Holder should be in jail as we speak, is he?

Please tell me this issue will not be settled by obama walking away with a pension!

If this is the case,…then I have made an ass of myself belittling the cancer that remains.

Have I been backing a bunch of short sighted horses in this race, horses that quit at the half mile pole when the finish line is a mile and an eighth?

There is much to do after obama is gone, gone where is the question.

Is there a “Secretariat” out there, an ORGANIZATION, that can finish this race and win the “Triple Crown”? That would be the three branches of our government.

From the contenders, I would like to hear an order of finish, or are we finished?

He talks with Ray McGovern a retired CIA officer and founder of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity, about Israel and the coming war with Iran. Jones stated “McGovern delivered daily security briefs for Reagan, Vice President George H.W. Bush, the National Security Advisor, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Cabinet.”

Jones went onto state-

“President Barack Obama desecrated the Constitution that he and I swore to defend when he signed the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which includes language violating the Bill of Rights and other constitutionally protected liberties.

The NDAA affirms that the president has the authority to use the Armed Forces to detain any person “who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners.”

Just yesterday, Obama requested congress to increase America’s debt ceiling by another $1.2 TRILLION! Yep, you read that right, $1.2 Trillion smackeroo’s! I guess the fed’s need the dough to pay for yet another war. Yep, war, war, war.

From Bloomberg:

President Barack Obama formally notified Congress today that that the government needs more borrowing authority.

The written certification to raise the debt ceiling to $16.394 trillion starts a 15-day clock for Congress to consider and vote on a joint resolution disapproving of the increase.

Under legislation passed Aug. 2 after months of wrangling between the
administration and Republican lawmakers, the president is given the
power to veto any disapproval resolution that clears both chambers of
Congress.

The law calls for Obama to notify Congress when the debt came within $100 billion of the current $15.194 trillion limit.

While the threshold was reached Dec. 30, when the president was in
Hawaii and Congress was on holiday break, Obama agreed to a request from
congressional leaders to delay the notification request, ensuring the
deadline for congressional action didn’t lapse before lawmakers returned
to Washington.
