DID 60 SENATORS VOTE TO REPEAL THE U.S. CONSTITUTION?

Is economist, columnist, former Reagan official Paul Craig Roberts correct when stating to RT News that the Senate vote taken Tuesday on Sen Paul’s amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act, an amendment designed to repeal language that broadened the definition of indefinite detention to include the “ability to detain American citizens without trial or charge, anywhere in the world“, a repeal of the entirety of the United States Constitution? If Roberts assessment is correct, which appears to be rather obvious, then America and all of her citizens were betrayed by the 60 Members of the Senate who voted against the amendment!
Listen up folks, this is deadly serious.
As Roberts stated in his interview, Washington Monthly reported “The White House, the Pentagon, the FBI, the CIA, and the director of national intelligence, and the head of the Justice Department’s national security division all told senators the same thing: yesterday’s Senate vote on indefinite detention was a bad idea.”
Watch Robert’s interview again and let it sink in “the White House, the Pentagon, the FBI, the CIA, and the director of national intelligence, and the head of the Justice Department’s national security division ALL TOLD THE SENATE THE INCLUSION OF THIS LANGUAGE WAS A BAD IDEA!!! Well, no shit Sherlock! YA THINK? HELL YEAH IT WAS A REALLY, REALLY, REALLY BAD IDEA!

On Tuesday 60 members of the United States Senate voted to preserve a provision in the National Defense Authorization Act — that would be the bill that funds the Pentagon — allowing the U.S. military to pick up and detain, without charges or trial, anyone suspected of terrorism, including American citizens, and to restrict transfers of prisoners out of Guantanamo Bay. Specifically, 60 senators voted against an amendment that would have invalidated the part of the bill which empowers the president and the military to detain anyone they suspect was involved in the 9/11 attacks or supports al-Qaida, the Taliban, or “associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners.”
IT DIDN’T MATTER? Who the hell are these 60 Senators working for? Certainly not the citizens of the United States! This vote is criminal people. All of these 60 Senators must promptly be detained for treason and held indefinitely without due process! It is these monsters who are aiding and abetting al-Quida, the Taliban and “associated forces” NOT THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES! Immediately upon arrest let’s waterboard them starting with Levin and McCain, the treasonous Senators who offered the legislation and utterly ignored the United State’s entire national defense apparatus and voted against the law of the land, and learn who the hell they are really working for.
My fellow American’s what more proof do you need to know that America and all of her citizens have been thoroughly betrayed! WAKE THE HELL UP!

The voting record says it all when even Boxer, Feinstein, Rockefeller and Schumer voted for the amendment. Let alone the FBI,CIA, Pentagon and White House warning. Something very ominous is going on with the 60 who voted for this disbusting piece of legislation to go through unamended.
As for the selfish, self centered, brain-dead, people who refuse to wake up and help stop this madness – perhaps the light will finally come on when they are stopped, and have their precious iphones slapped out of their hands and detained indefinately. Or perhaps they will be happy to be confined as long as they get 3 meals a day and their daily fix of worthless entertainment and trash news. The collective stupidity of the zombies walking around who refuse to wake up and fight for the greatest country the world has ever known sickens and disgusts me. These mindless morons are a total disgrace and should be labeled as guilty as the worthless legislators who are allowing the anniliation of our constitution.
