From previous post. Thanks for the heads up. I can tell you that Kitco here in Canada was delivering physical silver within 2-3 days approx 6 weeks ago. They are receiving a high volume of calls and are now asking the public to wait approx. 10 days. I guess that’s the time required to manufacture it. Unfortunately this situation is going to continue to accelerate.

I understand what your concerns are. Remember, we are discussing these issues and obviously I don’t know your situation entirely and have to read into what you are saying and make assumptions.
To be more specific…with the knowledge of your situation I am aware of thus far, I submit the following;
I agree someone could raid your garden. Perhaps they would have to shoot your pit bull guard dogs first and the shots would awaken you so you can go to shoot the intruders before they get your food. J/K…but canned food won’t stop your neighbors from knocking down your door to get at it in your SHTF scenario.
Yes, my next suggestion would be to move, but that doesn’t seem to fit your stated goals and I’m sure you have good reasons for it.
However, do you have a relative or friend who thinks like you do and lives on a property where you can accomplish your goals? Like Nicole Foss, who has various structures on her property, can you find two acres on someone else’s property in your desired location with all of the criteria you want available, including neighbors who won’t steal your stuff?
For me, there is always an answer. But community involvement and awareness, banding together and taking care of their own is what is needed. There are entire communities working towards sustainability in Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin I know of. There will be more popping up in the future.
Alternatively, perhaps, depending on your financial wherewithal, you can buy a sailboat and have it stored in a place where you can set sail at any point in time (this could be plan B). This would be my preferred choice as I live in a city, far from the farmland my family owns. Wind power from a sailboat to get to and from places is free. Installing some solar panels can take care of running appliances. Food can be had via fishing. The only other thing you need is some sort of a desalination unit if in the ocean (my preference) or water purifier if living off the lakes. I would also install an electric motor that can be used with any other motors to run away from the pirates.
If we get to the point of Mad Max or Waterworld, then some communities will survive, and some won’t. If a house burned down in the olden days, the community got together to rebuild it. It seems to me to be a community issue you have. Where can you find the community you want if you can’t change the community you are in, and can you accomplish that goal with your current situation? You are also somewhat concluded from the roaming band of thieves and your neighbors nearby would also be growing food. Then there are the fish ponds as a back-up source till your next garden grows.
Don’t take offense to what I say JJ. I don’t know your entire situation, but I also try to help and hopefully you can see that in my answers.
Helen, I am aware of what Keiser is doing and I applaud it. In my book I mention that the more who buy gold and silver, the more the Fed’s hands is exposed. It’s simple supply/demand economics.
J.P. Morgan will implode on their own with the over $1 trillion of sub-prime derivatives coming due in the next 1-5 years. It is the Fed I wish to end and will be writing towards that end with my second book.

Regarding the bankers, also know we need to curtail congress in allowing them to get away with what they do. I detailed that in my book. How some of these cats like Barney Frank get elected over and over is beyond my comprehension. I used to say that ignorance is defined as “you don’t know what you don’t know” and give the People the benefit of the doubt. But to elect Frank again is just plain STUPID, and it’s time to get tough with these folks.

How Israel Gained Control of American Foreign Policy and Public Opinion By Hesham Tillawi, PhD
…there was another front in this private war between Kennedy and the ‘Jewish state’ equally important in its scope if we are to understand what kinds of forces were at play here that led to America’s change of policy with regards to Israel. It involves the issue of spying, bribery and the direct controlling of American politicians by a foreign power and the one creature at the center of all of it was something known as the American Zionist Council [AZC] and the Kennedys’ insistence it register as a foreign agent under the provisos of FARA, the Foreign Agent Registration Act [FARA] passed by Congress back in 1938 to prevent German agents in the U.S. from buying their way into the American system of government and public opinion. The purpose of FARA was “to insure that American public and its law makers know the source of information – propaganda intended to sway public opinion, policy, and laws.”
In other words the Kennedy’s understood the danger of the Zionist Movement on the United States of America…The Kennedy’s understood the reality of the situation as it existed during their days in government, that the AZC was an agent of a foreign government, Israel…
Negotiations went back and forth between the Department of Justice [DOJ]headed by the President’s brother Robert and the American Zionist Council. The council refused to register and the DOJ tried to exert pressure on them, even going so far in one instance as giving them 72 hours to register, but at no avail. Examining the newly-de-classified documents containing the minutes of those meetings between the DOJ and the AZC one can see the language of gangsters being used. In one of those documents dated May 2, 1963 the head legal counsel Simon H. Rifkind for the AZC explained to the representatives of the DOJ the nature of the AZC, saying “The council is composed of representatives of the various Zionist organizations in the United States” and thereby, in effect, it represented “the vast majority of organized Jewry within this country.” The message was clear here – as far as organizations go it is big and powerful. Judge Rifkind obviously wanted to make sure the Kennedy’s knew they were picking a fight with a gorilla and not some small mouse.
He did not stop there but went further by stating that the vast number of Jews who adhered to the principles of Zionism could not understand how ‘our administration’ could “do such harm to the Zionist movement and impair the effectiveness of the council by insistence on registration.”
Here Judge Rifkind made sure he used the phrase ‘our administration’ instead of ‘our government’ to make a specific point, namely that he was talking about Kennedy personally, that it was the Jews responsible for him getting elected and that if he continued with his agenda he was in effect entering into a war with organized Jewry.
Another meeting very much worth noting was held on October 17, 1963 between DOJ and AZC. In this meeting Judge Rifkind insisted on non registering, citing that fact that “It was the opinion of most of the persons affiliated with the Council that such registration…would eventually destroy the Zionist movement” and adding that he did not believe his clients would “file any papers or sign any papers indicating that the organization was an agent of a foreign principal”. In other words, “Screw You America and your laws, we’ll do what we want” as well as threatening the administration and telling them who really ruled the country, not the Kennedy brothers but rather the persons ‘affiliated’ with AZC. Once translated from Gangsterese into understandable political language, this statement was in effect a direct warning/threat to the Administration that the war was on. It is up for grabs whether or not the Kennedys understood this to be the real threat it was, but nevertheless the Administration decided to continue with its position.
Doug..in my teaching years I really tried to define the difference if not for others, then for myself.
Ignorance is when the facts haven’t been given or presented; therefore, you are forgiven. I am ignorant about many things as my posts signify.
But, stupid is something different altogether; you can preach, teach, present, instruct…and it just does not register.
Passing a civics test and a drug test before voting may be a step to improving the future of this nation.

Zerohedge says this about the China/Russia quitting dollar. Thoughts?
Somehow the China Daily story we pointed out yesterday morning that China and Russia are expanding their trading terms and will conduct all bilateral trade exclusively in local currencies, thus dropping the dollar as an intermediary, is only today starting to make the rounds. Alas, this story is nothing but more posturing for several reasons: Bloomberg notes: “China and Russia will drop the U.S. dollar for bilateral trade and use their own currencies for settlement, China Daily reported, citing Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.” Oddly enough this is an identical overture from June 2009: yet very little has happened in terms of actual dollar lock out since then. Note the following story from June 17, 2009: “The leaders of Russia and China agreed to expand use of the ruble and yuan in bilateral trade to lessen dependence on the U.S. dollar a day after they took part in the first summit of the so-called BRIC countries.” And judging by the market’s reaction, and the dollar resurgence overnight it appears that everyone has read through this as just posturing. Furthermore, keep in mind that Russia was not even a top 10 trading counterparty of China in 2010. If China does the same with any of its top 10 partners then there may be a reason to worry. For now, China is merely testing the waters, and has absolutely no intent on isolating the US, nor making its nearly $3 trillion US FX reserves lose a double digit percentage of their value overnight.

Your post @ 12:35 gives an interesting interpretation.
I think the world accepts that China is the emerging superpower, though they do have several obstacles yet to overcome. The first is to not demolish the dollar, as they will be the first to be penalized. They have a roaring rising middle class and must curb inflation. Their military is on world terms not very strong.
But they have some time on their side and they are biding it. This increasing alliance with Russia is only one of a multifaceted global strategy to achieve their soon to be super status. And America is helping them, big time by transferring corporations there.
So to answer your question, yes I think this is keeping with an overarching strategy, but I can’t say if its a NWO plan, because I think the Chinese have a NWO plan of their own.
