The Real Reason Bank of America Halts Foreclosure In 50 States – They’re Broke!

Bank of America came out today and announced they are halting foreclosure in 50 states because of potential flaws in foreclosure documents.  But its not just Bank of America that is halting foreclosures. More and more banks are joining the list to halt any foreclosure action, including JPMorgan Chase.

Also Friday, PNC Financial Services Group Inc. said it is halting most foreclosures and evictions in 23 states for a month so it can review whether documents it submitted to courts complied with state laws. An official at the Pittsburgh-based bank confirmed the decision on Friday, which was reported earlier by the New York Times. The official requested anonymity because the decision hasn’t been publicly announced.

PNC becomes the fourth major U.S. lender to halt some foreclosures amid evidence that mortgage company employees or their lawyers signed documents in foreclosure cases without verifying the information in them.

In addition to PNC and Bank of America, Ally Financial’s GMAC Mortgage unit and JPMorgan Chase & Co. have announced similar moves in the past two weeks.

This means two of the largest banks in the United States are no longer foreclosing on homes.

Most people reading this news will think the real reason these banks are halting foreclosures is because of the “growing evidence that mortgage company employees or their lawyers signed documents in foreclosure cases without verifying the information in them.”

In fact the article quoted above goes on to say;

A document obtained last week by the Associated Press showed a Bank of America official acknowledging in a legal proceeding that she signed thousands of foreclosure documents a month and typically didn’t read them. The official, Renee Hertzler, said in a February deposition that she signed 7,000 to 8,000 foreclosure documents a month.

Did it slip by the average reader of this article that Bank of America was foreclosing 7,000 to 8,000 house a month? Anyone see a problem here? This should be the real story. And that’s just one bank.

But Wait, Isn’t the Recession Over?

Foreclosures were already hitting record highs in the third quarter of 2009. If foreclosures were hitting record highs in July, August and September of 2009, how is it the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) said the recession ended in June of 2009? I guess the NBER just ignores the fact that foreclosures hit a record high in the 2nd quarter of 2010 and again in August, 2010.

Of course the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) said in October 2009 the recession would be over by January 2010.

So much for relying on NBER and NABE for predictions.

Banks Not Foreclosing

Before getting into the real reason I believe Bank of America, J.P. Morgan and other banks are halting foreclosure, I believe it’s important to point out that banks have in fact not been foreclosing on properties for quite some time.

I pointed this out February, 2010 in The Banking Crisis Is Far From Over Revisited – FDIC Troubles and Bank Shenanigans.

Banks Are Letting Non-Mortgage Paying Homeowners Live In Their House for Free

There are numerous people I know of that are living in the homes they bought and are underwater with their mortgage being worth more than their home.  They haven’t paid their mortgage in some cases for over a year.

Does anyone wonder how the homeowner can get away with this? Why aren’t they being kicked to the curb by the banks foreclosure unit?

The answer based on my research is simply that the bank cannot afford to mark that depreciated asset at current market prices for they risk falling under the threshold where the FDIC draws the line of solvency resulting in a take over of operations and the search for a more solvent bank to take them over.

In that article I pointed out the problems with FDIC insolvency and how fractional reserve banking escalated these problems further.

Many folks are trying to do short sales in getting out of their property and the mortgage they took out which is now valued more than the real estate itself.  Of course, with a short sale, the buyer of the property has to come to some sort of agreement with the lender (bank).  The problem is, the lender is not agreeing to the lower prices offered by the buyer.  Why?  Because the bank would have to mark to market that asset at a lower price and this in turn would/could cause the bank to need more cash to make sure their balance sheets are in line with Federal minimum requirements.

If that 2006 $500,000 home is worth $300,000 today, a 40% decrease, the bank that has the house listed as an asset of $500,000 would all of a sudden have to be decreased by $200,000.  Their balance sheets can’t afford that steep of a decline in valuation, so they don’t foreclose.

What escalates the problem for banks is they work on a fractional reserve basis where they loan out 9 times the money they take in.  Multiply this $200,000 number by a few more mortgages and you can readily see the banks balance sheet would soon be in the red if they foreclosed on these homes and the FDIC would be knocking on their door soon after.

The fact that congress allowed banks to loan out at multiples above historic norms is part and parcel why they are in so much trouble today.

Professor George Reisman explains this in an article he wrote Our Financial House of Cards;

If a mortgage lender initially had assets worth $103 and debts of his own of $100 incurred in order to finance the purchase of those assets, a mere 4 percent decline in the value of his assets would wipe out his entire capital and then some. Multiply these numbers by many billions, and the example corresponds exactly to the real-world cases.

So what’s a poor banker supposed to do in keeping the FDIC from knocking on their door? First they stop foreclosing. But as can be seen by the record number of foreclosures, probably from those people who didn’t know they could squat in their house and the bank would not foreclose on them, banks have had to reluctantly foreclose. And since the amount of foreclosures are still in 2010 hitting record numbers, the banks found another way out. They found a way to stop foreclosing altogether.

They not only found a way to stop foreclosing, but they also now have Senator Harry Reid leading the way to call on lenders in all 50 states to halt foreclosures. Talk about your bank holiday! Of course Reid lives in the highest foreclosure state in the country, Nevada.

Some are saying the foreclosure issues they are experiencing could last for years. How convenient would that be for the banks as they hope and pray real estate rebounds and their balance sheets improve accordingly? Keep dreaming bankers.

Banks have already received a reprieve from the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) in April 2009 by not having to market to market their real estate at today’s prices, but keep them listed on their balance sheets at the higher prices they once were. No one seems to ever mention this fact do they?

Even to this very moment, the banks are fighting modification of these rules. If banks had to revert to the old rules, the system would collapse and they know it.

The Banking Crisis Is Much Worse Than People Know

While there may be paperwork problems and fraud associated with banks, there’s much more to this story than meets the public eye.

The following is chart from my book “Buy Gold and Silver Safely” where I reveal just how much trouble the top major banks are in (numbers in thousands).

As you can see from the above chart, Bank of America leads the way with serious debt issues. At the same time, all of the top banks are experiencing deteriorating balance sheets. If the stimulus money they received from the government was used to shore up their balance sheets, it hasn’t worked.

Banks Not Lending

The fact that banks aren’t lending to anyone is another problem. This is how banks are supposed to make money. But if you own a bank right now, are you ready to lock in a 30 year fixed loan under 5% when you know at some point interest rates will shoot back up? The banker would be stuck with a loan that is below market rates for the majority of that 30 years.

I remember 25 years ago clients bragging to me about their 5% mortgages. In 10 years, the homeowners with a fixed rate loan today will be bragging again. Of course their home probably won’t be worth more than it is today.

Bankers aren’t stupid. That is, bankers who didn’t take advantage of congressional nonsense in allowing them to take on a multiple above the normal fractional reserve lending limits aren’t stupid. The others are the ones who have ruined it for everyone else.

The Coming Sub-investment Grade Derivative Problems For Top Banks

Add to this the problems of derivatives held by banks, as seen in the following chart and also discussed in detail in my book, and we have the makings of a perfect storm. Pay close attention to the figures in the column that says “Sub-investment grade maturity 1-5 years.”

Bank of America has 454 billion of sub-investment grade derivatives coming due in the next 1-5 years. JP Morgan over 1.5 trillion. Is it a coincidence these two banks names pop us as wanting to halt foreclosures? How will this effect the balance sheets of these banks that are already in debt if just a few of these sub-investment grade derivatives implode? What would happen if these banks were forced to mark to market their assets?

If any of these things occurred, is it too far out of line to say they’d be broke? And people expect the FDIC to come to their rescue when the FDIC is basically broke?

The data speaks for itself. There is trouble afoot. Many of the top banks in America are experiencing financial difficulties as well as the smaller ones.

Banks, Lenders, Insurers and the FDIC In a Nutshell

Twenty-five banks failed in 2008, 140 in 2009, 130 through October 8, 2010; Fannie and Freddie were delisted from the NYSE and already received bailout money and will need more as PMI, the insurer of many of those mortgages, has had 12 straight quarterly losses stemming from defaults; 120 institutions, mostly small banks missed their TARP payments; and the FDIC itself will eventually need a bailout.

But maybe the FDIC will raise the insured limit from $250,000 to $1 Million and all this will go away! I’m sorry, but I just have to laugh at that one. Might as well make it a cool $1 Billion FDIC coverage!

This is the logic of our current system.

Turning Ignorance Into Enlightenment

Ignorance is simply not knowing what you don’t know. If people just relied on the media for their intelligence, then they are limited to what the media tells them is the truth. One has to dig for themselves if they want to know what’s really going on. I’ve been digging for five straight years. I feel my digging reveals what the truth really is.

There is a reason why I am trying to get the message out about buying gold and silver for one’s portfolio through my book and with the articles I write. There’s a reason I got into the business of selling bullion gold and silver too. To help people one person at a time understand the truth and prepare themselves for what’s to come. And I’m not a chicken little gold bug either. I base everything I say on the facts as I see it.

The Facts

Yes, gold and silver are good for hedging against that portion of your portfolio that is U.S. dollar based (U.S. stocks, U.S. corporate bonds, U.S. government bonds), but its also a hedge against a total collapse of the system, including the banking system. It is insurance that I believe everyone should have.

The Federal Reserve System is at fault for giving us fractional reserve banking to begin with. Congress is at fault for being complicit in allowing banks to loan more than historic norms. And lenders are at fault for thinking real estate prices do nothing but go higher and at the same time loaning to anyone with a pulse.

The situation for banks today will not improve by any further government stimulus. I fully expect another round of bailouts coming to help the banks, even if the Republicans take back the house in November. Hey, they did it when Bush was in office!….to save the system of course. People should realize by now it doesn’t matter who’s in congress. Wake up! All this talk about left vs. right vs. tea party isn’t going to change congress. The system at present is unsustainable.

More bank bailouts will only delay the inevitable collapse. The Fed’s balance sheet is already a mess. Does anyone really think the bright Harvard, Yale and Wharton economists who allowed all this to happen are now going to all of a sudden wave a magic wand and fix the banking system?

The bottom line is it’s our labor and taxing of that labor that will pay for what our government and the banks have done to us. It is always We the People who have to atone for their abuses.

And to think we pay them to abuse us.

    Anyone who has the slightest interest in learning more about the foreclosure game, this is a must read article.

    Moreover, Doug explains why every savings portfolio must invest in hard metal, gold and silver NOW!!!

    Doug is the real thing.     BTW, it looks like the U.S. did annex Hawaii Islands, albeit illegally. One site compared it to the annexation of Texas, though the Republic of Texas was smart enough to give themselves an opt out clause.

    They are trying to return to full restoration of Hawaiian Kingdom National Gov’t as an independent, “neutral” nation, just as it existed before. And, based on what I’m reading, Hawaii, all along, has maintained their prior sovereign form of government in some factions it has operated side by side to the imposed form from the U.S.

    This is really interesting now that I understand a bit more of the true history of it and more to the point, knowing their original form of government still exists.

    After you’ve had a chance to look at these two sites, I’d like to know your thoughts.

    I had researched the subject of HI being a legal state back when I was chasing my tail on the BC issue. I may have taken for granted that others had been down this same road.

    What I believe we are learning now is that the fed government has used the “ceded” land as some sort of colleral. The credit given to the fed was based on faulty ownership of the 1.8 million acres, therefore, all of the contracts linked to this are null and void- and it sounds like a chit load (3/4 of the world economy) is based on these contracts, treaties, ect.).

    The native Hawiians are now, with the recent de jure grand jury indictment, have provided evidence to their land rights and evidence of massive mortgage fraud (sound familiar?) Is this the jist you get from it?

    FOR THOSE JUST CATCHING UP ON THE HI MYTH:

    … “On November 23, 1993, President Clinton signed United States Public Law 103-150, which not only acknowledged the illegal actions committed by the United States in the overthrow of the legitimate government of Hawaii, but also that the Hawaiian people never surrendered their sovereignty.     I am not sure that there is a pay to play. This sentence is from the fourwinds post…”We had to go find the order, the immigrant clerks here are famous for protecting the crimes which support the State occupancy. ” Remember, the “State of HI” is nothing more than an illegal, faux, usurped form of government “representing” the people. HI is a sovereign Kingdom and the “State of HI” is as phony as a $3 bill. It is the “Minnie Me” of the evil federal government.

    I would not conclude obama is trying to recognize the Kingdom of HI until we figure out what he is trying to pull by classifying the sovereign people as “native Americans.” This smells bad.

    If there is a pay to play, perhaps o is protecting the status of the “State” for secrecy of his records. In other words, o may be in dealings with the “State” not the Kingdom. Think, if HI’s sovereignty becomes known, o is not American.

    One more note: HI does not need to regain it’s sovereignty…they never lost it. O, if born there, is not an American citizen nor a dual citizen. He is a subject of the Kingdom of HI, how is that for out there?

    this is pretty much where I am with it all, too. Interesting to see your post on the b/c issue. I was thinking exactly the same thing. He’s still a damn foreigner any way you slice it. LOL

    One thing I thought of in regards to the Monsanto GMO crops after reading about Mr. Dole Pineapple – is it deja vu all over again? Mr. Monsanto (if there is a mister) is taking over and will declare himself ruler of Hawaii…ha!

    There is STILL something we’re missing here, as you said above. WHY does he want to put Hawaiians in the same category as native Indians? What’s the rush? And how does that relate to this Executive Order 13549, Aug 18, 2010, Classified Nat’l Security Information Program. It has something to do with Homeland Security, but hells bells if I can understand it.

    Dr. Tenpenny’s site, if you’re concerned, has info on the outbreak of this whooping cough. This was an issue recently in California, I believe.

    There are vaccine laws here in Texas that are supposed to prohibit “mandatory” vaccination. Have to check in to that further.

    What does the term “federally recognized” mean?

    Only tribes who maintain a legal relationship to the U.S. government through binding treaties, acts of Congress, executive orders, etc., are officially “recognized” by the federal government. Once “recognized” a tribe has a legal relationship with the United States. There are currently more than 550 federally recognized tribes in the United States, including some 200 village groups in Alaska. However, there are still hundreds of tribes undergoing the lengthy and tedious process of applying for federal recognition.

    What does “tribal sovereignty” mean and why is it so important to Native Americans?

    Tribal sovereignty describes the right of federally recognized tribes to govern themselves and the existence of a government-to-government relationship with the United States. Thus a tribe is not a ward of the government, but an independent nation with the right to form its own government, adjudicate legal cases within its borders, levy taxes within its borders, establish its membership, and decide its own future fate. The federal government has a trust responsibility to protect tribal lands,
    assets, resources and treaty rights.

    If o can get them recognized as Native Americans, can he clean up the land mess with the creation of reservations?

    What is a reservation?

    In the U.S., there are only two kinds of reserved lands that are well-known — military and Indian. An Indian reservation is a landbase that a tribe reserved for itself when it relinquished its other land areas to the U.S. through treaties. More recently, Congressional acts, executive orders and administrative acts have created reservations. Some reservations, today, have non-Indian residents and land owners.

    Regarding the Hawaii issue, it would be interesting to see if one of the native Hawaiian’s could try and acquire title to property as “allodial” title.

    Technically, to acquire allodial title, one has to prove they are a descendant of royalty (ancestor who originally owned the land).

    This may be quite easy to do with native Hawaiians since many have stayed put and not moved to another country like say the British, German and French who moved to America centuries ago.

    You don’t find allodial title holding up in mainland courts, but I could see it holding up in Hawaii.

    The thing with allodial title vs. how title is held in the U.S., is one never owns their home in the U.S. under current title, even if they have their property paid in full and possess the title to the property. This is because non-payment of taxes on the property can cause the state to take it from you.

    Talk about your scam.

    Which begs the question, why does the state have a right to tax what you own outright? Where in the Constitution does it give them the right to do this?

    Control is what the state is always after. How property is titled is just one way of grabbing more control. The state will always want more. Witness the recent eminent domain laws enacted. Little by little the state takes.

    So find the Duke’s and Duchesses in your family tree and take your property back!

    Royal Patents hold a Allodial title. Kamehameha III by the Great Mahele granted the lands of Hawaii in Allodial title. The legal term for the word Allodial is “Allodial” or “Allodium”, which is defined as free, absolute, and non holding of any lord or superior. Own without obligation, property tax, and land held absolutely in one’s own right. As such his majesty and his konohiki (Headman of an ahupua’a land division under the chief) had the absolute title.

    this is way off topic but thought it’d be helpful info for ATM users –

    The recent tragedy of a young woman being kidnapped and eventually killed after she had repeatedly given the kidnapper a wrong PIN to her ATM card. If she knew the method below, she might have been saved. So I think it isimportant enough to let you know. Here you go.

    If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM machine, you can notify the police by entering your Pin # in reverse.

    For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The ATM recognizes that your pin number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the machine. The machine will still give you the money you requested, but

    unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to help you. This information was recently broadcasted on FOX TV and it states that it is seldom used because people don’t know it exists. Please pass this along.

    Prairie – just for background information only – Virginia and the original 13 colonies were under British rule until the Revolutionary War. King George granted land titles all up and down the east coast to individuals who are known as “First Families”. You may want to delve into these land grants, King George III 1763 Resolution AND the Declaration of Independence to get an idea as to whether such grants fell under the Alloidial title. I’ll betcha they do!

    General Assembly Resolution 637, 16 December, 1952, (VII), considering the Right of people’s for self- Determination and a basic Human Right makes it clear: “3.     The U.S. Government completely neglected its responsibilities to the people of Alaska, which UN considered to be a Non-Self-Governing Territory, and did nothing to inform Alaskans about their Rights under that resolution. By allowing the U.S. Military Personnel and their of age dependents to vote on Alaska statehood on August 26, 1958, the U.S. Government forced its will on Alaskans. We believe that all these actions of the U.S. Government make the “statehood vote” of 1958 illegal and Alaska should retain the status of Non-Self-Governing Territory.

    Prairie – I strongly urge you to take the time to watch the three-part video series above regarding King George III Proclamation of 1763. It tells us that under British rule, the King had no desire to go into these territories. Further it tells us that the US from the beginning of our Founding Documents e.g., the Declaration of Independence and the 1812 War was to invade other sovereign nations to build an Imperialist Empire, which is what we have today. Britian, through this Proclamation made it clear to all indigenous people, that they were not interested in building the US outside of the East Coast, 13 colonies.     There is a commonly held belief across Alaska, that the US Constitution has been set aside, and other then ourselves, there are no protections to the liberty and freedoms we are to have as our continued inheritance since the formation of the Union of the “several States”. Our main “goal” is a legal vote and ballot; one that was not given in 1958 and was in violation of International Law and Treaty. Alaskan were robbed of the choices we were to have as a non-self-governing territory, and steam-rolled into the current classification of a State. The Native population of Alaska, in a large percentage, did not even receive a ballot because of the Federal Voting Rights Act in place, at the time requiring the ability to read and write English, and for the first time in any Statehood vote of a Territory entering this “Union”, the military and their of age dependents, through a special act of the US Congress, were allowed access to the Statehood ballot. Then, as today, corruption abounds. The US government is far and away outside the bounds placed on it by the 9th and 10th amendments and is operating illegally for all .

    JustMe, listened to the show.

    All I can say is when I write an article, sometimes I will post it on Seeking Alpha.

    A year or so ago, I posted some of what they call “instablogs” at Seeking Alpha and that instablog they make a decision on whether or not it is good enough to become an “article.” An article gets all of the recognition/front page/attention that comes with it.

    I wrote to them and complained that they were biased because my articles pertained to physical gold which at that time was not a category as their entire site which only dealt with stocks and ETFs. There was no physical gold or silver category. So I quit writing and deleted what I had already written.

    They have since added the category of “precious metals.”

    So a few weeks ago, I joined Seeking Alpha again, with a book under my belt, and wrote my first instatblog which they made into an article. I notified them I was working on a big article that I wanted them to post the next day. The article was critical of Glenn Beck and Anthony Weiner, D, NY, the person who has been going after Glenn Beck.

    They told me to send in the article right away as they told me “please note that many of our editors are based in Israel and it’s a holiday here tomorrow afternoon and Thursday, so there might be some delay in getting articles up.”

    I can’t say it’s true or not, but they never posted my instablog as an article. Why didn’t they? I was exposing the bias of congress and the gold industry in ripping people off? Why wouldn’t they want that information out there?

    All I can do is speculate that its because I was critical of Anthony Weiner, a Jewish person. This fits in with the “media control” the person was talking about on the show.

    Interesting to hear the insight that most of their editors are in Israel. My last name being Eberhardt probably doesn’t help, lol.

    Needless to say, I was pissed and quit writing. I can get a lot more readership through Seeking Alpha, but if they are biased, I can’t keep doing it. I decided to test them one more time with my banking article and so far they haven’t made it an article. I’ll know by Sunday night if they do. If they don’t, I’ll be writing them and giving them a piece of my mind….again.

    One way or another, I’ll get the truth out to people. But like the guy on the show who has his videos disappear on youtube and elsewhere, they are infringing upon your free speech in doing so. The only thing people can do, is take to the air themselves.

    However, I have some things I’m working on for my other site that will shake up their world. Knowledge is power, but putting some pieces of the puzzle together and exposing it, is… well… priceless…

    Everytime I write an article and look down at the word count, it’s over a 1,000 before I know it..

    My other website, which I haven’t had time to write on lately, and was referenced here by someone before, is my Christian/Political site; http://fedupbook.com/blog

    It is in preparation for a future book I was going to call “Fed Up!,” but a certain Texas governor is coming out with a book of the same name, albeit he is a hypocrite since he accepted all the stimulus money (Texans know this).

    So I will transition this site to the new site which I am keeping secret the name for now.

    You’ll find it interesting to know my overall agenda. What I have learned from seeing the treatment by the press of Ron Paul and others who are critical of the government is they are thrown into a category to discredit them. The categories are:

    1. racist
    2. conspiracy nut
    3. Sanchez

    If I say anything that is close to conspiracy, as much as I could, then I am labeled as such.

    So I decided I will go after the media that shapes people’s minds, while at the same time expose government nonsense from a political, economic and investment point of view (the economic and investment viewpoint coming through my first book).

    Now that the first book is finished, to establish credibility, based on my over 20 years of being an investment advisor, my next book is to challenge Christians as to their thinking. For these books, I am keeping everything non-conspiracy oriented. This second book is already written in my head and the thousands of emails I just have to put together into chapters.

    My 3rd book will basically say, if you don’t listen to what the first two books say, here’s what’s going to happen. It is a fictional book that will be based on all of the conspiracies in existence today. So in a sense, it is fictional, but based on reality. Meaning, everything I write will be portrayed in such a manner that people will finally visualize that all of these things have been occurring all along.

    You wouldn’t believe how much material I have for this third book, which is why I am happy to have found your site to find even more material! Woohoo!

    Anyway…now you know a little bit more about me. There’s a method to my madness. I have a dream and a plan, haha. But for now, I am sorry I can’t take part in too many conversations on the “truth” related stuff. Although I’ll bet you’d like to hear what I know from a person I met who blows up buildings for a living, lol.

    If you don’t mind me asking. I first was alerted to the importance of gold in 2008 and in the spring of 2009 heard Peter Schiff on the matter. I know many regard him to be highly bullish on gold, and many were discouraged after losing a considerable amount on their mining stocks in 2008.

    Indications are pretty clear from many sources that a crash is imminent. I’ve considered this for a while and have decided in favor a post rather pre-election crash or correction, which ever it may be.

    Do you agree with those who say this time mining stocks will not be hit at all as they did in 2008? If you have time I’d appreciate your thoughts.

    The fool doesn’t even “get” that folks are not happy with him. Seems his wife had to break *that* revelation to him.

    Madsen likened the current situation to the Nixon admin – Bob Woodward was a common denominator. Madsen says Woodward usually keeps a low profile, so the fact he has a new book out about “O” is very telling.

    He said, this could well be the October Surprise.

    But – the surprise is there is serious talk about using a rarely, if ever used, article in the Constitution to relieve “O” of his duties because of his medical condition.

    Madsen said a top “O” staffer says he is becoming a paranoid Schizophrenic and suffering from severe depression. He thinks everyone is out to get him; the banks are conspiring against him, he’s being lied to about the jobs numbers, etc…Madsen said probably all is true.

    The Biden’s don’t like him or Moochelle and would be thrilled to take over the ship that is quickly being abandoned. I don’t feel like Biden will be any better – maybe worse.

    Add to this the marital problems.

    Looks like the CIA is *finally* seriously looking at the b/c issue. We knew this would eventually happen according to their time table. And, Madsen fingered Bob Woodward, who is a CIA asset, as being a common denominator in this admin. and Nixon’s admin. If you recall the McGovern interview last summer talking about the JFK book he was reading and the warning his friend gave him about some of the same people being around…well, one of those he was talking about was Woodward. He has just released a book about “O,” too.

    The other mentions are the NSA advisor that just stepped down and the man that will replace him. Gates will probably leaving much sooner because of that.

    Said the Clintons don’t like “O” and IF they invoke the medical clause to have him step aside he doesn’t believe Hillary will remain in her current position as SOS. He believes she will ready herself for a presidential run. Oh boy….won’t that be fun.

    Many have given O the diagnosis of narcissistic personality, but unfortunately I think it’s more complex than that.

    This is not a forum to get into details, but suffice it to say, that his propensity for not protecting himself is quite strong. That’s what Michelle is aware of and is constantly advising him about. He reflexively I think trusts his wife, but whether he can take her advice is another matter. Remember he has powerful ideologies
    that cannot be challenged easily.

    As to the “medical condition” I guess Madsen is including these psychiatric conditions, ie. schizophrenia and depression. Well, as I said the latter fits, but as to others your guess is as good as mine.

    Most under very adverse conditions will fall prey to medical illnesses, ranging from mild to severe. So anything is possible.

    I look at it from a risk vs. reward aspect. Dollar cost averaging into them is the way to play the trades, for that allocation you have set aside.

    their achievements in working towards this global domination is made possible through the the likes of United Nations, WTO, GATT, IMF, etc…

    I was just listening to Dr. Wynn Parker’s show – and it is so evident this is the case. I want to gather my thoughts on the content of his program because it was jam packed with info, and he’s always all over the place. I’ll post later.

    He said that when “O” went to Berlin – remember that Kodak moment? – he went there to sign letters of intent for a GLOBAL redistribution of wealth. He also talked about the UN now controlling our water and food supply.

    He also said be wary of the news the Senators and Representatives plan to vote to “modify” the health care law. He said this is a diversion. The GOP should be voting to REPEAL it. It was written long before “O” took office and is nothing more than a tax law designed to redistribute the wealth. Also will be used to reduce the population, as we know.

    I’ll bet anybody a dollar that the Talmud reads like the Scoffieild Bible. Thus, they are two books marketed to the masses as religious books – one for the Jew and one for the Christian. I’m confident they’ve tried the same with the Muslim faith.

    What part of our collective religious/spiritual teaching’s espouse support for war? None. Thus, both books are a propagandistic tool to convince good and decent people that war is christian or jewish…ba humbug! War is neither and support for it is due to fear drummed up by the propagandistic Khazar’s.

It is a corporate entity lead by a CEO who has a Board of Director’s to report too. This false language serves no one but the elite so I’m changing my language.     I take back what I said about Seeking Alpha. It took them a few days, but they posted my article. I had a letter all ready to go out too, lol.

    Interesting thing is they changed the title of the article. They changed it from:

    The Real Reason Bank of America Halts Foreclosure In 50 States – They’re Broke!

    to:

    Gold: Insurance Against Total Collapse of the Banking System

    I still think there are some good banks, like the ones that work with farmers in the Midwest, but it is true that if one of the top 5 banks got into trouble, it could start the run on banks I spoke of in my book.

    People would first perceive “I need to get my money out of the bank.” But in reality, it calls into question whether that “money” needs to be converted to real wealth.

    In the bank runs of the early 30′s, people would run to the bank and get gold for their Federal Reserve Notes. Now they will run to the bank to get their Federal Reserve Notes and find a way to convert them to gold and silver.

    I fully believe in the next 1-5 years, when these sub-investments come due for Bank of America, and especially JP Morgan Chase, there will not only be another bailout, but also a much, much, higher price in gold and silver as people will see the cracks in the system (those that don’t already).

    The cracks will come when people rush out of treasuries. Why would they rush out of treasuries? Because you can’t take your T-bill down to the grocery store and buy bread.

    I’m not an alarmist, but a realist. I view the data and come to conclusions based on my analysis of the data. I wrote an article on the European banks not too long ago and I want to dive into their data further.

    But in revealing this info, I don’t want to be viewed as the person who brought down the system. I just want people to diversify into gold and silver to hedge against this potential problem.

    Is that so bad? Or do you think I’m an alarmist?

    (Disclosure: I do sell gold and silver bullion so people may think I have an incentive to be an alarmist. In reality, all I try to do is supply the missing link that our financial services industry refuses to address; the fact they don’t protect people’s portfolios with their diversification models and Nobel Prize winning Modern Portfolio Theory against U.S. dollar risk. They view the U.S. dollar (and treasuries) as the “risk free” asset. Clearly, to me, it is not.)

    I can’t believe that Beck didn’t know the ramifications of drinking too many Diet Cokes. It possibly would explain his macular degeneration, too. Depends on how much he was drinking. Rummy (Rumsfeld) should be laying low – have such a celeb with health issues related to aspartame.     My husband heard his radio show this a.m. and his other two guys were yucking it up about “Rumsfeld Plague.” Instead of taking the opportunity to inform or warn folks, they were downplaying it as if it were a conspiracy theory.     The structure of the Constitution
    Scalia refers to the “dual sovereignty” established by the U.S. Constitution that federalism is built upon. His opinion states that the Framers designed the Constitution to allow Federal regulation of international and interstate matters, not internal matters reserved to the State Legislatures. The majority arrives at the conclusion that allowing the Federal government to draft the police officers of the 50 states into its service would increase its powers far beyond what the Constitution intends.

    The Court also offered an alternative basis for striking down the provision: it violated the constitutional separation of powers by robbing the president of his power to execute the laws; that is, it contradicted the “unitary executive theory”. The Court explained

    We have thus far discussed the effect that federal control of state officers would have upon the first element of the “double security” alluded to by Madison: the division of power between State and Federal Governments. It would also have an effect upon the second element: the separation and equilibration of powers between the three branches of the Federal Government itself. The Constitution does not leave to speculation who is to administer the laws enacted by Congress; the President, it says, “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” Art. II, §3, personally and through officers whom he appoints (save for such inferior officers as Congress may authorize to be appointed by the “Courts of Law” or by “the Heads of Departments” who with other presidential appointees), Art. II, §2. The Brady Act effectively transfers this responsibility to thousands of CLEOs in the 50 States, who are left to implement the program without meaningful Presidential control (if indeed meaningful Presidential control is possible without the power to appoint and remove). The insistence of the Framers upon unity in the Federal Executive—to insure both vigor and accountability—is well known. See The Federalist No. 70 (A. Hamilton); 2 Documentary History of the Ratification of the Constitution 495 (M. Jensen ed. 1976) (statement of James Wilson); see also Calabresi & Prakash, The President’s Power to Execute the Laws, 104 Yale L. J. 541 (1994). That unity would be shattered, and the power of the President would be subject to reduction, if Congress could act as effectively without the President as with him, by simply requiring state officers to execute its laws.
    Finally, the majority cited previous rulings by the Supreme Court in similar situations. They relied on New York v. United States, wherein the Court ruled a Federal bill compelling States to enact legislation to provide for radioactive waste disposal was unconstitutional because it violated the Tenth Amendment; thus, a precedent was set prohibiting the Federal government from compelling a state to enforce a Federal regulatory program.

    I will post Parker’s show notes later. I’m still trying to figure out one thing he said – concerning the United Nations sanction passed/approved this past week about the use and suppression of water here in the U.S. – which is now under UN control. He said it was called Action #20 and that it was a 6 sentence “determination.” I’ve spent a number of hours ferreting it out. I THINK I finally have something I can use. Ugh! Suffice it to say, it isn’t good.

    Many times Parker will talk about these things and nothing hits the Internet about it for several days. He’s always ahead with his news.

    IMHO, this is indicative of what we see so clearly – a one party system with one goal. 2 heads/1 snake. No true separation of party lines. All members, with few exceptions, are working toward the same GLOBAL agenda. Perhaps Soros doesn’t *have* to “throw” this support – financial or otherwise – to any particular candidate because we much further along in the grand scheme of things. He can just sit back and relax now….Just throwing it out there for consideration.

    Hi Venice,…Good question. I’m still wrapping my head around how everyone still believes Bernanke. I just see things differently that most I guess. Of course time will dictate who’s right.

    The Fed minutes came out today and I guess there was “talk” of more QE. No surprise there!

    I don’t think this will get to the Federal level unless they are involved in bailing out some banks. At some point I believe this will occur again, with or without congress. They will soon have new powers. These powers, granted by congress, will allow them to cook the books much easier.

    That’s why I think this is a tortoise race we are in, not a hare, with gold. The Fed is still relevant.

    The fact we can’t audit anything they do means they can do even more and get away with it.

    But how can these cats at the Fed do anything right in the future when all they have done is mess things up to get us where we are? In other words, I have no faith they will be able to pull the wool over our eyes for too long. Eventually they will slip up. Eventually their game will be exposed.

    I think we are on the cusp of something happening. Either way, its good for gold. It’s good if it goes down so more can get in at better prices. It’s good if it goes up as it exposes the Fed’s hand (good for those that own it anyway).

    I sent another article to Seeking Alpha. I updated an old article and made it relevant to today. “What Does the Price Of Gold Do In Deflation?” I never see anyone address this issue, so I put my 2 cents in. The bottom line; it’s good for gold.

    Anyone have a target date for WWIII?

    I don’t know if any of you have ever played the game of Risk (Ladies, ask your husbands if you haven’t), but the strategy of that game is basically, if you spread yourself too thin, you are vulnerable from attacks from other forces connected to your country.

    The U.S. is lucky to be strategically located. That’s all I have to say. If our bordering countries were N. Korea, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, China and Russia, we’d be toast.

    I’m sure I’m missing a few, but I would like to hear of anyone who has traveled lately, and had conversations with foreigners…and what those people had to say about our government.

    I was listening to a show over the weekend and the host mentioned – didn’t go into any detail – that for the first time since 1942 state budgets will be changed. He connected it with the fact the dollar fell below the yen. He said we would begin to see the effects in approximately 6 weeks particularly in the depressed states.

    Doug, can you speak to that? Any ideas elaborating on this…I get that most of the cities in these states – like California – will likely see less city services, probably pensions affected…what else?

    Yes, the one issue that plays into this is I think the short covering has started with the changes in the CFTC rules that are forthcoming. Better to start taking losses than be the last one getting out.

    The more I write and research, which has been a lot the last week, the more I see just how bad things really are. But I still feel in my gut that the Fed will make some moves against gold and silver. When??? is the question. They can’t have it taking off just yet. It exposes their game.

    As far as Mexicans saying we’re going down, I’m not sure where that would leave their country. I lived in Mexico during the beginning of my research. At least we do our corruption through lobbyists, lol.

    Everything will be effected IMO. Shortfalls in pensions, municipals (problems with muni-bonds), overpaid firemen and police with their bloated retirements that are unsustainable, unions fighting it all the way…this won’t end pretty.

    Meanwhile, infrastructure issues will grow, government services will disappear and more and more cities will declare bankruptcy. This will fuel the unemployment numbers and thus the economy, housing etc. all suffer more.

    The government will step in to help the states, but the cities who have mismanaged (San Diego comes to mind…Bell Gardens, Vallejo – all California) I don’t think can make it.

    So I agree, drastic cuts are needed. Will the unions see the light? No. Unions will fight till the very end.

    Wow…am I getting negative or what?

    If I were to take the optimist viewpoint, I can’t think of anything to put on that side of the ledger…except “faith in government.” The government won’t let us down, will they?

    Chinese buying stake in oil/gas fields. It’s amazing what you can get for your money here, especially if you’re one of the largest holders of fiat currency. LOL

    no I haven’t found it, yet. But, I’ve found a bunch of other stuff that will make your blood boil. All related to the determination and the lies about “green energy.”

    I finally finished the research to ferret out and understand further what Dr. Parker was saying. I now have a much better handle on it all. Man, he makes you work for the crumbs he throws you!!!! But, that’s good. I now see much more clearly what he’s been trying to say AND so much more. I watched a video interview of Michael Shaw (I’ll post the link later) talking about just how important it is to get to your local authorities to stop this massive wheel that’s been turning for some time now. Started as far back as Reagan. He said it is our only hope. You know the phrase I posted the other day for you “Think Globally – Act Locally” (I may have it reversed) – Remember seeing those on bumper stickers a few years back – maybe as far back as the early 90′s? THAT was Agenda 21 going after the local governing bodies. They knew it would be easier to get them to sign on because they were CLUELESS. And, many of them did and still are. THAT’S where energies need to be concentrated. Our Congress has sold us out. We can forget them doing anything to reverse this mess. And, trust me, this mess is HUGE.

    What I haven’t completely nailed down is THE document that Parker was referring to. It’s called a “determination.” Similar to an Ex. Order, but I don’t believe it’s as binding. I’ve never heard of one before now. It has to do with Action #20 that was formalized last week. I did finally figure out what that related to, but it wasn’t easy.

    Here’s a couple of links to articles on the other war that is going on simultaneously with the currency wars – the water wars.

    Dr. Winn Parker spoke about these on his radio show last Sunday. We have heard little about them, but they are huge, especially given the big, big, picture. He said that China is willing to go to war over this.

    Evidently there have been rumors “floating” around – sorry couldn’t help myself – about these dams being built for some time now. Finally, China reveals the truth. One of the rivers, the Brahmaputra River is names after an ancient and powerful Budda that existed 3,000 years before Christ. Parker went on to say, China holds 97% of the world’s minerals.

    Now, you may wonder why this is important and how does this affect us? Well…water projections for the American dust bowl have been made and will be released soon. By 2020 we’ll spend an estimated $75-$100 BILLION a year worldwide to adapt for water availability. China made it a point last week to say to the U.S. “you CAN’T have this water.”

    In the year 2020, China opens the giant dam of Brahmaputra River and tilts the balance of power over the Himalayan water supply from India and Pakistan. China will rule the Himalayan Mountains, which is why they took Taibet in the first place – over water.

    This will weave into the other post I’m working on concerning the “determination” finalized in Congress last week on Action Item #20 of the UN Urban Environmental Accord (UEA). This means the U.N. now controls our water. Action Item #20 reads:

    “Protect the ecological integrity of the city’s primary drinking water sources (i.e. aquifers, rivers, lakes, wetlands and associated eco-systems)”

    They have several tricks up their sleeve as to how to ‘protect’ the water source. This is where it gets crazy.

    I DON’T believe this propaganda on the lack of water. It is part of the lie of climate change, and has allowed the U.N. to grab our land and natural resources – your know because it seems our government doesn’t understand how to managed them.

You may ask what is this all about, as did I. It is about Agenda 21 Sustainable Development goals. That goal is to make 50% – did you get that? HALF of America will be made into Wildlands. These ‘Wildlands” will be off limits to humans. they will then herd people into “Smart Growth’ cities.

    An article I think I posted on that same thread says that Less that 6% of America is considered developed – meaning with roads and buildings. No matter, the federal government is devoted to reducing these developed areas.

    Same article indicates during Globalist, Bill Clinton’s, tenure on The Hill he authorized a study called “Gap Analysis” which identified all PRIVATELY owned land in America. This is the intended target for takeover by the federal government and UN Biosphere Reserves.

    Keep in mind, NOWHERE in the Constitution does it give the federal government authority to regulate conservationism, forestry and wildlife. It give power to regulate ONLY the ten square miles in Washington, D.C., and places needful for buildings, forts, arsenals and dock yards.

    And so gold takes off, as the CRB index passes 300, with America blissfully unaware $100 oil and 20% U-6 unemployment is next, leading to a total collapse in the economy.     Regarding my post @4:32 on the Dust Bowl in America and the lack of water, let’s not forget the lengths they are going to to control the weather via through the use of aerosol spraying – evident from the chemtrails.     Because of the presupposed pending water shortage, you’ll be pleased to know that Congress has taken the necessary steps to ward off this crisis.

    The document that was formalized this past week is their answer. A “determination” was signed to Action Item #20 on the UN UEA Agenda calls for a 10% reduction in our water usage by the year 2015. That 10% reduction will relegate each person to a mere 26 gals per day per person. This is for drinking, cooking, flushing the toilet, washing the dishes, laundry, bathing/showering, watering the yard/garden, etc.

    AND to make sure you will be able to comply they also approved a list of some 26 ‘appliances’ to help achieve this goal. Toilets, faucets, shower heads, washers, dishwashers, etc…They are also advocating the use of RECYCLED water for some tasks. THIS is most concerning from a health perspective. I will post more about this tomorrow. Recycled water is the idea behind the initiative commonly referred to as “Toilet to Tap to Table.” Entire communities have sprung up as a model for the rest of us.

    I couldn’t help but wonder who owned these companies, or sat on the boards of these companies that will supply these appliances. You’ll start to see this brand/label more and more “WaterSense.”

    Great words of wisdom, Venice, to all out there endorsing these celebs that spring up seemingly out of nowhere. “Know what you are promoting.”

    I had a conversation with an old friend yesterday. I said, “boy I hope you bought some gold and silver.” She was silent, as if to be upset that I would bring it up. To which she replied, “I just can’t be worried with that. We’re debt free, invested in real estate AND….drum roll please…we’re in the market. That’s all we can do.” I did bite my tongue on this one.

    Now, this is a long time friend, well educated, with whom I used to talk to about financial dealings & accumulating wealth, neither one of us believing the crap our financial advisors were telling us. Guess that all went out the window when she became a mommie.

    It gets better. I find out her husband, who was a top notch salesman was laid off due to a merger, but quickly snatched up by a different company, hasn’t made a sale in close to two years. He sells data storage. My understanding is that it is a business where sales are few and far between and can take years to finalize. But….when you do make a sale it is one hell of a commission. She’s a writer and now back working full time and does quite well for herself. So, currently she is the bread winner of the family.

    I said, “I hope someone in your family is ‘worrying’ about this, because it isn’t a matter of IF the dollar collapses, it’s a matter of WHEN.’ She stubbornly maintained she just couldn’t worry herself with that “stuff.” “And, besides I have a strong faith, and whatever happens happens — I know it will carry me through.” I wonder sometimes if folks get faith and sense that they were given mixed up.

    Meanwhile, I’ve met a new friend that is shaking things up a bit here in this sleepy town of ours. She is very familiar with Agenda 21 and knows firsthand that our mayor has bought into this agenda. I’m feeding information to her and will assist and accompany her to met with members of the City Council and various other boards. Then we plan to tackle the issue of WATER.

    I think we can put to bed any notion that “O’s” TRUE ideals that would be in the interest of American sovereignty, and the future of this nation are being squashed by those surrounding him. Consider it wishful thinking and nothing else.

    I came across an article yesterday written by Tom DeWeese in July 15, 2008, about a bill that was on the fast track to Senate passage introduced by then freshman senator Obama. Get that? It was introduced BEFORE any of us had ever heard of him. This is key. Given his high profile position at the time as the expected Dem presidential nominee, they put this bill that would give away the power of our nation to the U.N. on the fast track!!! As the author said, it was very telling about what folks could expect from him as president.

    The bill was called “Global Poverty Act” (S.2433). The bill was directly tied to the United Nations. Not the United States — The United Nations. The bill would have provided the U.N. with 0.7% of the U.S. gross national product. Wait….where have we heard that before?

    We heard it a few weeks ago at the U.N. General Assembly. Obama left the White House with a document in hand with that EXACT commitment. Remember? Helen, had a thread up about it. It amounts to $845 BILLION – with a B – of taxpayer money for welfare to third world countries. This is in addition to the billions that, unbeknownst to me, spent for the same thing in 2006. What can I say. I was clueless then.

    The Global Poverty Act passed the House by a *unanimous* voice vote on Sept. 25, 2007. The senate version had been passed out of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee by unanimous consent and was ready for a full Senate vote. Again, this was BEFORE he was even nominated to run and Congress was all over it.

    Backing up a bit, in 1999 and 2000 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) held meetings around the globe to write what became known as the Charter for Global Democracy. We could probably name the top ten of these NGO’s fairly quickly now. This document was THE blueprint for achieving global governance, read loss of individual freedom, national sovereignty and limited government.

    This Charter had 12 principles. Please take the time to read them. Many have come to fruition others are on their way. Read them here:

    This Charter would give the UN domain over land, air and seas, which we’ve seen recently with the CLEAR Act and the LOST, a treaty that hung around for years unable to be approved and brought in through backdoor methods.

    The name of the charter was changed, fearing it was too overt. At the UN Summit in 2000, then president Bill Clinton announced it would now be called the Millennium Declaration. They toned the language down a bit – but not the basic core of the charter. The 12 principles now became “goals” – Millennium Goals. All of these goals set to be on track for final accomplishment by 2015.

    I’ve been focusing on the sustainability issues that include UN control of our water, but reading through the Principles, we should note that Principle Four should have been THE alarm that went off for these yahoos on The Hill and Principle Five and Six are very disturbing and nothing less than TREASONOUS !

    • Principle Four – restructures the UN and eliminates the veto power and permanent member status on the Security Council. This would eliminate any U.S. influence and power in the world body. Calls for an “Assembly of the People” to become the new power of the UN – and it isn’t exactly what it sounds like. (you can read more about it)

    • Principle Five provides for a standing UN army.

    • Principle Six would require UN registration of all arms (this we’ve heard rumblings about for a while now) and the reduction of all national armies “as part of a multinational global security system” under the authority of the UN.

    The author ends by saying it’s clear that Obama’s bill was introduced to assure the transfer of power and wealth of the United States of America to the United Nations, and that “Obama wants to be a ‘world leader.’”

    We are well on our way of having achieved most of these Millennium Goals.

    I won’t hold my breath for her to wake up. We share little in common these days. I’m most sad about that. But, such is life. In many relationships one person grows and the other one doesn’t, or lags behind.

    My only hope is that one day she’ll be thankful for the hard work of the patriot movement that will have allowed her to continue on her daily life as usual and not be “worried about that stuff.” It’s kinda like someone living on welfare… i digress…

    As we know we are not alone in this loss of our national sovereignty to the U.N. We would suspect our neighbors to the north and south of us would also be working toward these same Principles, aka Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). A quick search provided these two sites.     I also found this interesting site concerning Mexico. In developing countries, the UN is targeting the youth, given the stats that 85% of the world’s one billion people between 15 and 24 live in developing countries. But, it looks like there was some ill will concerning a statement put forth by the NGOs (non-government orgs) about abortion that Mexico didn’t take a liking to during the August, 2010 World Youth Conference.

    Part of the reason for the reluctance of the government of Mexico to listen to NGOs and Governments present in Leon was a strong NGO Statement developed during the two days before the governments met. More than 200 NGO representatives from all continents debated and voted over a statement that was presented to the governments before their negotiations started. “The NGO statement took a stand on abortion and LGBTTIQ issues, which was not very welcomed. One can agree or disagree with the statement and we understand that these are controversial issues in Mexico – but one cannot invite for youth participation and then try to censor the results. One can ask if Mexico was mature enough to actually host a World Youth Conference”, says Grønstad, who has been part of the Social Forum Organising Committee. As a result of the positions in the outcome document, the invitation for NGO delegates to present their conclusions to the Legislators Forum in Mexico City was *cancelled* by the Mexican Parliamentarians.

    Helen, I’m getting to this later, but abortion and sterilization can be achieved easily through other covert means such as vaccines and chemicals put in drinking water.

    This has been done and is currently being done to our water. This is why it is important to “get” who is the co-council of the newly formed National Ocean Council by way of Executive Order – John Holdren – a known Eugenicist, who is “O’s” Science and Technology Czar. His advocating sterilization by way of using infertility drugs in the drinking water and food, as well as, forced abortions is described in his book written some time ago titled, “EcoScience.”

    I finally received Joan Veon’s book titled Prince Charles, The Sustainable Prince, along with 3 other videos of hers. I randomly opened the book, as I so frequently do for the fun of it, and landed on the page about another global endeavor – world religion. I’ve posted here before about his Pagan alliance, believing in the creation – earth – and not the creator.

    Of course, this is the driving force behind the sustainability b.s. that is quickly enveloping our nation and eroding our sovereignty.

    As I’m reading it struck me….THIS is why “O” made it a point in his acceptance speech to include all religions, and why he appointed a Muslim woman to his “Faith Based Council.” Worrying about Sharia Law should be the least of our worries. The United Nation’s plan is for a “WORLD RELIGION.”

    Just keeps getting better and better, doesn’t it?

    I find the above interchange on this show enlightening. What is elucidating is Bill O’Reilly and his attempting to convince the masses the old tired 911 meme – the muslims did it. We know the facts tell an entirely different story. Thus, the two women who got up and walked out spoke volumes to the public about this false meme. Would love to interview both women to learn more about their knowledge of all who was truly behind this greatest of tragedies that set all of America on the miserable course we’re on. Folks need to understand, IMHO, that 911 was the beginning of truly implementing the diabolical and tyrannical NWOrder plan. Until good people can accept this horrible undertaking by our government can be understood as part of the bigger plan, we will continue to be divided by the truth. Let’ hope we can all arrive at that painful place and help those who accept it, out of the matrix that has them caught b/w the two worlds. Peace.

    thanks for the updates on John Irish and his newborn daughter. I listened a bit yesterday as it was unfolding. It was harrowing to say the least. I can’t imagine going through something like that. It was encouraging to know he used the power of his Sheriff to gain control of his daughter. The judge that issued that order based on such flimsy information should be removed from the bench!

    The Sheriff is probably our last bastion of hope. He answers to NO ONE. He has more power than any police captain or their underlings. My husband just received a copy of Sheriff Mack’s book and video. It looks like it will be a real eye opener.

    Sheriff Mack suggests buying his book and video and gifting it to your county Sheriff. I believe he is also touring presenting this info to Sheriffs.

    We have to beat them at their game – “think globally – act locally” just took on a whole other meaning!

    again, thanks for posting the info on the bill. I doubt it will resurface as a “bill.” As I understand it, all items have been and are being accomplished through other means, i.e. treaties, accords, councils, executive orders, declarations and under the auspices of the “Green” movement; sustainability and GLOBAL whatever.

    Additionally, we need to keep our eye on what Bill Clinton’s foundation is doing. Through his foundation he is forging his own GLOBAL INITIATIVE that follows exactly what the U.N. is doing. And, how convenient that his wife, HellCAT, is in the position she is in to help further the agenda of GLOBALIZATION, destroying our nation’s sovereignty and handing it over to the U.N. The Clinton Foundation’s annual meeting with NGOs, CEO’s of corporations and leaders from around the globe gathered in the same city at the same time as the recent United Nations General Assembly. Clinton’s foundation is ALL about redistributing wealth – in its many forms which include natural resources.

    Two days ago there was an article that 400 banks want IMF to create or manage a One World Currency so they weren’t pegged to the dollar (which we all know is doomed and worthless). I found this odd and then I remembered that the IMF methodically was selling all their gold.

    Simple logic…IF the IMF had a lot of gold and they were to create a One World currency…no one would be able to get the new currency unless they had gold (assuming they peg it to gold).

    So I think this is WHY the IMF dumped their gold…THEY knew it was coming back to them when people/companies turned in their gold for the new currency. They knew all along they were going to be the managers of the One World Currency.

    The light bulb went off for me when this article hit the internet and I hope I explained my logic well enough and would be curious what the readers think about it who ‘follow the money’.

    It doesn’t look like the IMF is ready to sell any where near the amount of gold it holds.

    But note that the U.S. holds the highest percentage of votes, thereby ensuring that it gets its way. Also note that it holds the second largest amount of gold in the world and the U.S. is first. Don’t know if you recall the amounts held by different countries I posted earlier. This is of course on the assumption that there is gold at Fort Knox and/or it isn’t tungsten instead.

    So as to the argument upstairs, it appears the facts don’t support it.

    venice and Doug, thank you for your responses. Both make a great deal of sense and answer the question posed well.

    I also question whether Ft. Knox holds the gold we once truly owned. Ron Paul I believe is asking for an audit of our gold stock. Don’t forget, we also hold gold at Ft. Hood, TX. Still it would be a good idea to do a complete inventory of what the US has in these vaults AND make sure it is not tungsten.
