As we pointed out in 1.2 Million Will Lose Job Benefits By Christmas, the situation is getting desperate. The government reports that we are out of recession. The President says that his policies have helped us to avoid depression. And Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says he, alone, was responsible for saving the world from economic catastrophe.
The reality, however, is exactly the opposite, as pointed out on CBS’ 60 Minutes:
The economic jam we’re in has topped even the great depression in one respect. Never have we had a recession this deep with a recovery this flat. Unemployment has been at 9.5% or above for fourteen months. Congress did something that it’s never done before. It extended unemployment benefits for 99 weeks. That cost more than $100 billion, a huge expense for a government in debt. But now, for many Americans, 99 weeks have passed and there is still no job in sight.
It is only going to get worse. One of the interviewees in the CBS report provides insight into exactly how this is going to play out, and it is something I have tried to explain to our 3rd grader, who is attempting to understand what an economic recession means and why we’ve cut his weekly allowance from $7 to $4.
Though the CBS report makes mention of the U-6 unemployment rate, which is roughly 17%, the actual unemployment rate is above 22%, meaning that over one in five Americans are currently unemployed. On a household basis, 28% of households have at least one person who is without work and unable to find work – that’s nearly one in three.
The business owner from the CBS report says that her small business is surviving month to month, something that millions of small businesses across the nation are facing. As more people lose their jobs, less people spend money with local and small businesses. As money contracts, so too does the small business base. As small businesses are eliminated, so too are jobs. The cycle will continue to negatively reinforce itself like this for months, probably years to come.
Many of those in the CBS report were, at one time, top-tier business professionals. Today, they have been unemployed for over two years, spent all of their savings and retirement money, and are literally on the brink of homelessness in many cases.
Even if you are employed today, you are not guaranteed to have a job tomorrow.
As such, consider finding alternate income streams now, today. Is there anything that you can do with your skills today to generate more revenue for savings and emergency funds tomorrow?
It’s better to prepare today, rather than the day after you lose your job.

While I admire Krauthammer’s eloquence and style, I am disappointed by such a facile argument. i know he is the elite’s spokesperson, but surely he could do better than this.
I read an article on Drudge yesterday about a town in Mexico where the entire police force walked away from their jobs. They arrived at work to find over 1,000 bullets and several grenades had been used the night before to deface the building and destroy their vehicles. I’m thinking where in the heck is their military?

Not only did they train, they had SPECIAL elite training in….ready? Ta da…..counter-insurgency and counter-narcotics techniques. The article uses the word ironically to describe the fact that between 30 and 200 of the 500 Mexican soldiers who trained there went on to form the Zetas drug cartel. Ironically? I would have said “big surprise!” lol

Ironically, it just so happens that Rep Markey (Mass) has introduced a bill – that has passed the House already – addressing the electric grid’s vulnerability to cyber and other attacks. Side note to the legalization of Marijuana (Prop 19) in California. Aside from the medicinal usefulness of Cannabis, this will open back up the agriculture sector to grow hemp. A plant with many useful purposes that was made illegal by aggressive lobbying efforts from Dupont, who wanted hemp removed because of the competitive uses. One of the useful products of hemp is paper. In fact I read the first draft of the Constitution was written on hemp paper, and the Declaration of Independence along with the original King James version of the Bible was printed on paper made from hemp.
I read the first Drug Czar was Dupont’s niece’s husband, Harry Anslinger. He fought to keep hemp illegal until his retirement in the sixties, as did William Randolph Hearst – of the Hearst publishing fortune who was heavily invested in forestry/trees.

Recieved my “Miracles of Coconut Oil” book last night and began to read. I am pi$$ed again. Vegetable oils are right up there with apartame! (all work is documented and sourced in this book). I use mostly Olive oil – cold pressed. Depending on what I’m sauteing, I usually add butter. REAL butter, with no soybean anything in it. I also have other oils that I use – avocado oil, sesame oil, grapeseed oil, etc. I do NOT use Canola. I read somewhere it is bad bad bad.
What I learned is each oil has their own place based on the hottest temp you will be using them at. The other thing to keep in mind is at high temps some oils can lose their health benefits.

I also make my own salad dressings – I have to because of my food allergies. I use Barleans Flaxseed oil and/or olive oil for that. Flaxseed oil also has many great health benefits. Sometimes I just take it by the tablespoon full and chase it with a shot of juice. I don’t think you can cook with Flaxseed Oil. I never have.

I’m battling the electric company here over installing a smart meter. I’ve been researching the health hazards of them and holy schmoley. It’ll make you want to get your microwave back out and say WTH, the smart meter will kill me before this thing will, or get your cooking oils out of the garbage. lol
My next step is to file a complaint with the Pub. Utility Comm, once I get my documentation put together.
I’m still stunned at what I’m uncovering. And…looks like there are similar meters for water and gas.

Yes, it is confusing because there are many competing ideas. However, this is only for the next few months. Come the new year, everyone pretty much agrees that metals will do well.
From what I am reading there are many signals pointing towards a MAJOR correction in the general market following the elections. Will it be next month, or early next year? Everyone right now is guessing.
What does this mean for PM’s? It means it will be a volatile market, as the Fed teases with QE, until early next year. So if you’ve purchased mining stocks, you may see a correction, with an eventual growth in the new year. Or we may see the PM market take off before the end of the year. One thing for sure though, anybody in the general market should get out NOW, before the elections.

I thought I posted something on the prior thread about the fact the bill to seize the 401k/IRA has already been written and while on recess some are meeting on it. Did you see it? It ties in with the MBS fraud.
They want to seize the monies and create a gov’t acct – GRA (Guaranteed Retirement Acct) – which they’ll transfer the monies to and then they’ll dole out the dough they want you to have, when they want you to have it.

In the days leading up to the United States Congress mid-term elections, senior Republicans are contemplating transferring the annual foreign aid responsibilities, provided these days to Israel from the State Department’s foreign aid budget, to the hands of the Pentagon.
According to advocates of this proposal, disconnecting Israel from the foreign aid’s law will guarantee the continued support while also allowing the Republicans to take control of the foreign aid budget and the money flow to other countries.
Israel is the biggest beneficiary of US foreign aid in its current formant. A couple of years ago, the Bush administration approved a 30 billion dollar aid budget to Israel, spreading out over a decade.

A WORLD-FIRST trial of a personal carbon trading scheme that will also target obesity, is to be conducted by Southern Cross University on Norfolk Island.
The three-year project will involve giving everyone on the island a card loaded with carbon units, according to the man leading it, Garry Egger.
“Then every time they go and pay for their petrol or their power – and from the second year their food – it will not only be paid for in money but it will also come off the carbon units they are given for free at the start of the program,” Professor Egger said.
If people are thrifty and don’t buy a lot of petrol or power or fatty foods, they will have units to spare, which they can cash in at a bank.
“If they aren’t frugal and produce a lot of carbon and consume unhealthy foods, then every year they will have to buy extra units,” he said.
Professor Egger said the main goals were to test the effectiveness of a personal carbon trading scheme, cut per capita carbon emissions and reduce obesity and obesity-linked behaviors.
“This is a project for looking at reducing climate change and obesity in the one hit.”
I say, why the *hell-o* don’t they just clean up the FDA and save themselves the trouble? Unbelievable control.

That article would apply to anybody, not just Boomers. I think it addresses them because they have the most invested (given their age and presumably the length of their productivity), but also because they have potentially outdated ideas about the market. It probably was NEVER a free market, but is even less so today, given our technology.

Truth is, past a certain point we don’t even NEED milk. PERIOD. EVER!

JM – I totally agree with your point about homeschooling. It took me awhile to understand why these parents were taking their children out of the public system, but I get it now. These parents were way ahead of the curve. Bless them. I’ve met and worked with many homeschooled kids and they are a determined and educated lot of kids.

Looks like we’ve both been successful today. Now for Prairie’s….
congratulations are in order venice. smart men and smart women duke it out w/o ever realizing that that is what is going on. i’ve learned smart women are eons ahead of their smart men which somehow translates into some sort of threat to their masculinity. hogwash. there is a reason smart men are attracted to an equal, it’s called self preservation. these men know intuitively that we women are not going to back down when it comes to the safety net we’ve built around our homes. Not going to happen…ever.
after two years of trying to convince hubby that this was real, I gave up and started spending my savings to stockpile. we are in great shape b/c of a financial sacrifice i was willing to make. he started reading how food was going to go up and realized i wasn’t making this chit up nor being paranoid. then we had the gold and silver discussion. peace of mind resulted from that. now, we’re having the protect the wealth discussion and he’s come full circle after months of my assaulting his brain with article, after article after radio show etc. It shouldn’t have to be this hard but it is.

Well, this is sad and I wish the Commander the best. I first learned a bit about his unfolding drama last night over at the P & E and today WND has a story up. Lt. Commander Fitzpatrick was taken down in his home on Wednesday morning by more than eight cops. His front door was kicked in and the cops tackled this man to the ground. Apparently the Lt Commander made a request to the Judge to remove his attorney, Steve Pidgeon. The hearing was held Friday the 22nd of which the Lt. Commander emphatically states he knew nothing about. The Judge via the phone spoke to Mr. Pidgeon but did not grant his request to be removed from the case b/c the Lt Commander wasn’t present. Since Fitzpatrick didn’t show for court on the 22nd, a warrant was sworn out for his arrest which occurred Wednesday. The cops appear to have beaten him up pretty bad – possible rib fractures and shoulder injuries plus he was tazered. He’s in lock up until his court hearing which is scheduled December 1. I really feel for this dear man and those who thought hiring Pigeon was the right thing to do. THE YEMEN PRINTER CARTRIDGE HOAX
“Despite the efforts of the Jew-controlled media to mislead us into thinking that ‘al Qaeda’ in Yemen attempted to send bombs to Chicago synagogues disguised as printer cartridges – everybody buys their printer cartridges from Yemen – a close reading of the stories makes it clear that there were in fact no bombs at all.”
To Summarize:
• The British found a regular toner cartridge with traces of harmless white powder;
• After urgent demands from the Americans, the British opened the cartridge and discovered its usual electronics, now rebranded as a detonator mechanism to be set off by a cellphone;
• The Americans found some bank receipts, but by then the Jew-controlled media had labelled them a terrorist bomb to mimic the British non-bomb bomb;
• They needed to pick a synagogue as the target, so they picked the synagogues of Chicago, probably as a homage to Rahm.

THE SECOND .. . hold every “TITLE INSTRUMENT” of the AMERICAN people, which PREVIOUSLY HAD BEEN STOLEN by the “WHITEWATER” GROUP . . . and OTHERS in the SAVINGS AND LOAN SCAM OF THE 1980′S. .

We discussed the Trust and the Trust position on funding the Republic states..
We discussed to use the Credit-Collateral in these Republic states, the states must ‘securitize and monetize’, and take the Oath, re-instating their own Republic states Constitutions, and re-affirming the Constitution of/for the United States.

We also discussed TRUST matters which allows for these Republic states to repair their infra-structure of highways, bridges, water-way, hospitals, schools, health care, training schools, etc., etc., etc.

Dear Mr. Lymberis:
This letter will outline as succinctly as possible the factual background of a very valuable CONTRACT owned and recorded by V.K. DURHAM as described in the accompanying PLEDGE & ASSIGN AGREEMENT-CONTRACT made, signed, witnessed … May 28, 1996. This ASSIGNMENT is between Durham and Hellenic Express International, Inc., a Nevada corporation and a “sister” corporation of Hellenic Express M.C. It assigns a portion ( $4 million ) of the CONTRACT to HEII.
HEII and HEMC have agreed that, for business reasons, this ASSIGNMENT is to be placed with HEMC for collection so that the funds are placed in Greece and the premium paid ($2 million) to the financial institution for making the collection devolves to the benefit of HEMC.
I should mention at this point that, once a financial institution (or government) has verified to its satisfaction that the CONTRACT is valid, properly recorded, and a legitimate debt of the U.S. Treasury, the ASSIGNMENT can be taken in, just as can any other U.S. Treasury obligation (bond or bill), and used as collateral for line of credit or against which to issues letters of credit.
The important thing to recognize is that this is a contract much the same as if you had a shipping contract with the U.S. and you needed to draw an advance to buy some equipment, ships, or whatever. (There are differences, of course, but we need to emphasize the fact that this is all based upon international contract (common) law).
Please note that the first two paragraphs of the ASSIGNMENT contain a very explicit description of the underlying CONTRACT, the genesis of which I will attempt to explain:
The President of Peru authorized, by legislative resolution, without duress and without fraud, one year contract for funding the production and sale of guano identified as Bonus 3392-sub 181 in the year of 1875, to its US Financial Agent, Hobson, Hurtado & Co. This contract was never cancelled or paid, and has been bearing interest on the principal, and interest on the interest since the year 1875. Due to a penalty in the contract, the actual amount of the debt is astronomical, according to Durham. Frankly, we don’t know the exact value of the total contract ( your bankers may be able to ascertain that ) but we are certain it is far more than $4 million.
The contract itself (Legislative Resolutions–Legislative Acts of April 24 & 27, 1875) may be verified in two ways:
First–by contacting the national historical archives of Peru in Lima. (Note: Peruvian Law of 1937 No. 8599 is NOT applicable as THIS CONTRACT is a LEGISLATIVE CONTRACT authorized by His Omnipotence, the President of Peru on April 26, 1875, acknowledged May 1, 1875 by Legislative Resolution.)
Second–by contacting the Washington County Clerk Mr. Thomas Ganz, in th4e Recorder’s office at the Washington County Courthouse in Nashville, Illinois–telephone (618)327-8314. The contract and its “chain of title” has been duly recorded at this office under a Warranty Deed, recorded by the “Compared Indexed” system of the Republic of Illinois, Instrument No., 189934, recorded on August 1, 1994, 1:50 P.M., Washington County Book of Deeds 433, page 849. Document number 260, and all other documents of title (chain-of-title by Jurat) were duly reconformed and reconfirmed in Los Angeles on Aug. 21, 1989 by the Consul General of Peru as “que antecedes” or the “no el contiendo” as stated: Se legaliza la firma, no el contiendo”.. Que Antecedes se legaliza la firma, etc.
Also, please know that all of the aforementioned documents are in conformance with Title 28, 1740 and 1741, and indeed, conform with all of the U.S.C. title codes as recognized by the International Communities. Morgan ) whose businesses acquired all assets and obligations of HOBSON HURTADO & CO., “Financial Agents of Peru” who guaranteed the “Certificate Of Indebtedness Of Peru” bond number 181. This is what my private historical research proves by official documents.
Should V.K. Durham march into J. P. MORGAN CHASE BANK to get her gold coins since her certificate was never taken up by HOBSON HURTADO & CO.?

COLUMBUS, Ohio (CGE) – A federal subpoena, issued by Ohio attorney Cliff Arnebeck and sanctioned by the Office of Ohio Secretary of State, was served last Sunday in Washington to Karl Rove on his way to an appearance on the CBS news program Face the Nation.

The process service for the subpoena reported that CBS and CNN camera men “captured video” of the event.
In an article written by Bob Fitrakis and Harvey Wasserman and published at OpEdNews.com, the federal subpoena orders Rove to testify in deposition about his role in the alleged theft of the 2004 election, and to discuss his orchestration of tens of millions of corporate/billionaire dollars in this year’s General Elections on November 2.
Contacted Wednesday to comment, Arnebeck, a Columbus attorney with a long history of involvement in election related cases, notably as plaintiff attorney in the on-going King-Lincoln-Bronzeville federal lawsuit that Fitrakis and Wasserman have used to try to question Rove on an election they say the Republican campaign expert stole for George W. Bush in 2004, said of his role in the 2010 election cycle, “Rove has asked for all this money on behalf of the Republican candidates’ campaigns. Under Citizens United that still constitutes a gift to those campaigns and is still subject to limits and prohibitions of campaign finance laws. Camouflaging the gifts by running them through nice sounding non-profit corporations is nothing but the latest form of money-laundering.”
Responding to a question on the involvement of the Office of Ohio Secretary of State and the Secretary herself, Media Relations Coordinator Kevin Kidder issued CGE this statement: “Because we are a defendant in that lawsuit I can’t really talk about the specifics of the case. Sorry I can’t be of more help.”
In a telephone conversation, Arenbeck confirmed that top officials in both the offices of Secretary of State and Attorney General who were familiar with the case approved him issuing the subpoena to Rove.
Arnebeck says Rove will now likely contact his attorney, Bob Luskin, who will file a motion in federal court in Washington, D.C. to quash the subpoena. A hearing date will be assigned at which the parties will make their arguments, Arnebeck said.
Under Rove’s orchestration, Arnebeck said, the money raised as a result of the US Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United, which allowed corporations to funnel unlimited amounts of funds into political races, is being used to “wipe Democrats out of Congress and to take control of the apportionment process at the state level throughout the country.”
He argues that Rove is the de facto head of a coordinated Republican national campaign in which Tom Donahue of the Chamber of Commerce is a senior partner, while the Republican National Committee, under leader Michael Steele, has been relegated to junior partner status.
Sudden, mysterious death of Republican computer Guru Connell recalled
In a hearing conducted shortly before the presidential election in 2008 that garnered little attention from national or local media, Arnebeck deposed Michael Connell, Rove’s former chief computer guru, whose long history working for the Bush family, and subsequently in Ohio as a contractor with Republican Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell during the 2004 election, is well documented.
Fitrakis and Wasserman write that Rove used Connell to establish the electronic tools and architectural framework through which the vote count manipulations that shifted the election from John Kerry to Bush were accomplished.
Arnebeck was in the process of deposing Connell a second time when the Ohio-based computer expert and experienced professional pilot died in a fiery plane crash while landing at his home airport in Canton in December, 2008. For conspiracy theorists, the fact that Connell had been deposed the day before the November 2008 election only adds to the mystery of circumstances surrounding his sudden death, and whether Rove can be tied to it in any way.

According to an affidavit of the process server, Brad Bokoski, the civil case subpoena (Case Number: 2:06-CV-00745) was served on Rove at 10 a.m. on October 24, 2010 at 2020 M Street, Washington D.C. Bokoski said service took place “on the sidewalk in front of the address and was captured on video by CBS and CNN camera men.”

I read the docs download – the Phoenix Project. The only opinion I’ve formed is it’s nutty and the names of the organizations are just weird. Thanks. Nicely written article and quite accurate IMHO. Problem is, it’s 3 years too late, but that’s not a coicidence.
His masters knew exactly who they were dealing with (except perhaps Soros) and therefore his vulnerabilities.
God, he was such an easy target for blackmailing and therefore controlling. But poor Barack really believed he could ride on his masters coattails and then get off when he wanted to, to pursue his own agenda.
As I said before, he is his mother’s son. We can’t say father’s, except the imagined father, because his paternity is even less clear than everything else about him. The only thing that is clear is this man’s profound disconnect with the real world.
It will actually be difficult to witness the agony on his face, when he loses both Congress and Senate.
P.S. I also agree that M.O. is a milder version of him, actually qualititatively different. But she is a viper and her sting hurts. Just ask O.

JS – understand The T-Room is a safe haven for those who wish to post information, share ideas and discuss current events without it unfolding into an argument or tete. Many of us left CW’s b/c the site became to toxic and dismissive of so many who posted there. There is no right or wrong here only sharing intel to help broaden one’s understanding of current happenings. Our primary “unspoken” rule is showing respect for other’s comments, thoughts, ideas even if one doesn’t agree with them. Sharing info is what we do and do very well. We don’t debate one another. If one wishes to do that there are a plethora of sites out there that welcome such discourse. The T-Room isn’t one of them.
Instead, we ask questions to learn more…operative word is “learn”. This means we work to replace being challenging with being inquisitive. Learning and broadening our understanding of current events keeps the board friendly and positive, which IMHO is a critical block in building a trusting community for bloggers. One’s integrity is all they have. When that is challenged it creates an atmosphere of distrust.
I don’t want that to happen here for you or the other members who have built this extraordinarily intelligent community. The path we are striving to stay on is one of enlightenment whether we agree or not. None of us have all of the answers. None. We’re here to learn.
One of the reasons I invited you to post is b/c of the fire in the belly, so to speak, plus your journey through the “matrix” is very similar to many here. And to be completely candid, I’ve watched you being beaten up, but you get back up and keep fighting for what you believe, I’ve watched you grow, and you keep on seeking, and I’ve watched you being pummeled and you managed it with fight and spirit. These are all qualities I’ve come to respect in you. I don’t agree with your positions or your choice of hand-to-hand combat but I admire it.
Here though, JS, you don’t have to fight b/c no one who posts here wishes to tangle with you or anybody else for all that matters. The T-Room can be your safe haven too. Here you can learn and ask questions from others who are journeying through various facets of the matrix. Here you can let your guard down and just be. Here you can just be yourself which in time we’d all welcome.
Until then though, remember that fire has gotten you band from other sites. As long as you are willing to work with us and respect all posters in the community then, in time, I can only hope old wounds can be overcome. Learning all sides of the diamond is what we are about. Challenging a side of the diamond is not what we do here. Our community is built on trust, respect for each other’s opinions, thoughts and ideas, and sharing intel to broaden our understanding. Debate, challenging and offending one another is not encouraged. It’s the motto “take what you like and leave the rest” but always show respect.
Whether you like it or not girl, you have built a feisty reputation in the blogosphere. However, if our trusting community is what you are seeking b/c of the place you are at in your journey, then we welcome you. Just always remember I can delete and moderate and I won’t hesitate for a moment taking such action with you or anyone else.

To The T-Room Blogging community – we are a rather spoiled lot in the blogosphere, which I believe is a fabulous place to be. So many sites out there do their best to moderate out the obots, ciabots, fbibots, dojbots and rbots, but they can’t get to them all and thus, some commenters get through who are intentionally wishing to disrupt and break up the community.
The T-Room management is totally aware of this and has done and will continue to manage the community with respect and trust. If there is ever a day where a troll has taken the board hostage trust that it means I have perished. As long as I’m managing the board it will not ever happen.
We are a very special community and we’ve all grown closer since I started the blog up in March. This is a beautiful experience. One in which I will not make a compromise of any kind on.
All of us who contribute are on different journeys and we come from different experiences and backgrounds. To continue to successfully build the richness of this special community, we need to recognize that old friends and adversaries and new friends and potential adversaries have a place here too.
Together, we’ve built a safe haven where information is shared back and forth and questions and compliments are a given. Each of us in our own way value other’s insight, intellect and train of thought. These characteristics are the very essence that I wish, as management, to always protect and uphold. It is so important to have a safe haven of which one can rest after a day of educating others on whatever, a place where we learn and expand our understanding of current challenges and most importantly, a place where we are respected and our integrity isn’t challenged.
The T-Room community is growing and managing this growth while protecting the community is my priority. Wyoming Rep. Lummis: Estate tax rise has some planning death

CHEYENNE — U.S. Rep. Cynthia Lummis says some of her Wyoming constituents are so worried about the reinstatement of federal estate taxes that they plan to discontinue dialysis and other life-extending medical treatments so they can die before Dec. 31.
Lummis, a Republican who holds her state’s lone seat in the House, declined to name any of the people who have made the comments.
But she said many ranchers and farmers in the state would rather pass along their businesses — “their life’s work” — to their children and grandchildren than see the federal government take a large chunk.
“If you have spent your whole life building a ranch, and you wanted to pass your estate on to your children, and you were 88 years old and on dialysis, and the only thing that was keeping you alive was that dialysis, you might make that same decision,” Lummis told reporters.
Lummis and other Republicans are fighting to renew the Bush-era tax cuts, which expire at the end of the year. The cuts exempt large inheritances as well as certain wage income, interest, dividends and capital gains. She said the estate tax would go from zero this year to a maximum of 55 percent next year.
Lummis said the children of some people choosing death over taxes told her of their parents’ decision. She wouldn’t identify them and said it would be their decision to come forward.
