Once again, the Obama administration has violated the Bill of Rights. Earlier this month, the feds took down a free WordPress blogging platform and disabled more than 73,000 blogs. The action was completely ignored by the corporate media. The site, Blogetery.com, was told by its hosting service that the government had issued orders to shut down the site due to a “a history of abuse” related to copyrighted material.
In late June, Joe Biden and Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator Victoria Espinel said the government would move to take down sites offering unauthorized movies and music. “Criminal copyright infringement occurs on a massive scale over the Internet, reportedly resulting in billions of dollars in losses to the U.S. economy,” said Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Bharara’s office and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement launched “Operation In Our Sites” and executed seizure warrants against nine domain names.
Blogetery.com claimed the shut down of 73,000 blogs “was not a typical case, in which suspension and notification would be the norm. This was a critical matter brought to our attention by law enforcement officials. We had to immediately remove the server.”
“That seems odd,” notes Techdirt, a website that covers government policy, technology and legal issues. “If there was problematic content from some users, why not just take down that content or suspend those users. Taking down all 73,000 blogs seems… excessive.”
The DMCA’s takedown actions are a direct violation of the First Amendment under prior restraint. However, explains law professor Wendy Seltzer, because “DMCA takedowns are privately administered through ISPs… they have not received… constitutional scrutiny, despite their high risk of error.” Seltzer adds that “because DMCA takedown costs less to copyright claimants than a federal complaint and exposes claimants to few risks, it invites more frequent abuse or error than standard copyright law.”
TorrentFreak worries that the Blogetery.com case has set a precedent. “Fears remain… that this action is only the beginning, and that more sites will be targeted as the months roll on. Indeed, TorrentFreak has already received information that other sites, so far unnamed in the media, are being monitored by the authorities on copyright grounds,” writes a blogger on the site.

Does Event Honoring Israeli Spy Suggest Another Israeli Operation?

A hispanic census worker was just at my house for the “second phase” (?)
I gave her my name and how many people live here. She asked if I minded answering her questions. I said, “Yes, I do mind.”
To her credit, she didn’t push. She left.

Okay, time for a diversion and a bit of conspiracy theory…I haven’t followed this Mel Gibson drama at all. In fact, I could have cared less UNTIL… I saw the headline on Drudge Report that William Morris Agency dropped him. That’s when the alarm started sounding.
Rahm Emanuel’s brother, Arie Emanuel bought the Morris Agency last year (I believe). I hear he wields much the same furor in Hollywood as Rahm does in D.C.
We all know that Mel went through Jewish hell when he was making the movie “The Passion of The Christ.” He fought battle after battle over this film until it was finally released.
His new troubles are centered around allegations of abuse from his young “bride,” Oksana, who is from Soviet-era Ukraine. I read a couple of articles intimating she could possibly be the 13th Russian spy – from the recent swap – whose job it was to infiltrate the social circles particularly in NYC. Hmmmm….it’s a distinct possibility, as I see it, that she could be #13. Or, just the usual “Honeypot” the Mossad uses to catch its prey. Regardless, it will be interesting to see what transpires with this saga. I believe Mel will not let this rest.
In the meantime, Oksana has retained an attorney, Marci Levine, to fight Mel for his millions and also custody of their child. But, of course the sound of her attorney’s name would have a nice “Jewish” ring to it.

Census worker came by some time ago and asked basic questions. I told her I had no interest in telling her how many toilets I had, she chuckled and said she couldn’t blame me. She hasn’t been back since. Strange they are still making their rounds, eh?

hello. I understand what you’re saying and have at times felt the same way about a variety of issues. It does become a bit disconcerting. In so far as this subject matter goes, I’ve come to rely on a few solid authors/scholars for “the truth.”
The Goldstone Report, compiled by Mr. Goldstone – himself a Jew – covers the current situation of the Palestinians. Of course, the U.S. decries the report and has suppressed it.
I am cautious about the photographer claiming these luxuries that the Palestinians are enjoying, remembering the fake videos the Israelis put together of the recent attack on the flotilla. I also remember they put the Osama tapes/videos together, which were proven fake.

Saw a headline on Drudge Report last night — 854,000 people have the highest security clearances one can have. Now, don’t know what you’re thinking, but I’m thinkin that’s about 853,975 people too many. WTH?!
The article I posted above (12:30p.m.) on Dov Zakheim covers this problem, as well as, the infiltration of our government by him and others. I am still dumbfounded that this man was put in charge of the Pentagon’s money, that SEVERAL TRILLION are STILL missing and that he is allowed to roam free, and even was a professor at large at the Army War College.

As reported first by local news media here and here – “Four law-enforcement agencies are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in the trunk of a burning vehicle and who appears to have been Monroe County Election Commission chairman Jim Miller.”
“Miller’s car was discovered “fully engulfed in flames” on Sands Road around 8 p.m. Saturday by a deputy on patrol, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department. Firefighters from the Christanburg Fire Department discovered the body inside the trunk.”
“Besides the sheriff’s office, the TBI, the state Bomb and Arson Department and the 10th District Attorney General’s Office are investigating the case.”
FOX News is also reporting the story today! – Body of Tennessee Election Official Found in Trunk of Burning Car
Moments after the story broke on the Internet – a poster by the name Eugene at the following IP address 24.113.153.166 – posted the following public threat against Fitzpatrick -
“So Huff and Walter have already started their violent revenge that they promised against election and court officials in Monroe County… You have just started a civil war and we WILL destroy you thug birthers. No one will be on your side when they see what murderous thugs you are.”
The IP address is not registered to a Eugene. It is registered to someone named “John Smith” in Washington State.
LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick III, who filed an election fraud report with that commissioner’s office, as well as Treason charges against Barack Obama in his local court, has since been arrested and arraigned on trumped up charges for attempting to charge Barack Obama with treason. He later charged Monroe County officials with corruption and obstruction of justice.
The news agencies who have attempted to paint Fitzpatrick and Fitzpatrick supporter Darren Huff, along with a laundry list of “potential terrorists” according to the Southern Poverty Law Center and Obama’s Department of Homeland Security, as “crackpot right-wing extremists” – have blood on their hands today.
Locals in Monroe County were beginning to come forward with additional evidence of Monroe County corruption. Under threat and scared, citizens and government whistleblowers were willing to speak only on condition of anonymity and would only come forward if guaranteed protection.
As of this report, it is unclear whether or not Mr. Miller was one of the officials willing to present evidence against local officials and law enforcement in Monroe County. But the timing and circumstances of Mr. Miller’s death certainly raises interesting questions.
As a Republican Party conservative, it is ludicrous to suggest that any so-called “right-winger” was involved, though I have little doubt that every effort will be made to pin the event on some poor unsuspecting “right-winger” somewhere. This is the (MO) of today’s political left, as indicated by another left-wing poster named Jean Gibson…

Obot’s are immediately on the story and immediately looking to pin this on a “right-winger” when in fact the man murdered was himself a “right-winger.” The facts support nothing they say or believe, but that has never interfered with Obot propaganda.
Many of the insane online posts from Obots have already been removed or deleted from the news blogs, and rightfully so. They are groundless and dangerous… putting many lives at risk in Monroe County, not the least of which is Fitzpatrick.

My heart goes out to the Miller family. Mr. Miller appears to be one of the “good guys” in Monroe County. The people of Monroe County must take great care to watch as events continue to unfold.
LCDR Fitzpatrick is scheduled for trial in November, after yet another election of course. The nation will be watching to see what the “investigation” into Mr. Miller’s murder turns up.
This was a Chicago style slaying if ever there was one. The people will want to know who is really responsible and why…

Update on Monroe County – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation unit will be taking over the investigation. Autopsy report has not been released. We know they started the autopsy yesterday and are awaiting more detailed information.

Listening to Mike Rivero on GCN last night commenting about the so called budget surplus that existed during Clinton’s tenure. Recently, Clinton and “O” got together to discuss the financial matters. Seems a very important piece of this puzzle is that Clinton raided the Social Security Trust Fund – shifting it over to the general fund and spending like there was no tomorrow. Thus, THERE WAS NEVER A BUDGET SURPLUS. THEY LOOTED SOCIAL SECURITY FUND and now all the money the Baby Boomers were counting on for their retirement is gone. This is also in light of the fact they increased the amount of SS taxes one has to pay and raised the retirement age. GONE!
Should be interesting to see what kind of fancy footwork “O’s” new Budget Director, Jacob Lew who is replacing Peter Orzag, has in store for the American Taxpayer. We can only guess what other social program he’ll raid.

WELL, WELL, WELL….
Just ran across this article on Mel Gibson. It seems to fit what my gut was telling me earlier this week. That it wasn’t some random Hollywood gossip. It was much deeper than that.
The Jews in Hollywood are trying to destroy him – because he knows them all too well and has correctly exposed them in his film, “The Passion of The Christ,” that Jewish priests, not the Romans, were the main instigators of Jesus’ death. And, it looks like Oksana, his current “wife,” who has ties to career criminals and underworld figures throughout Russia and EU is the one they’re using to take him down. A Monica Lewinsky redoux? When will these men learn?

Sadly, I’m pessimistic about “O” supporting a U.N. anything against Israel. I’ll believe this when I see it. Remember that Kissinger, the oldest living war criminal, is O’s foreign policy advisor. Hard for me to fathom Kissinger is interested in a Palestinian state. These Zionist Jews consider themselves to be the “chosen ones.”

after doing a bit more reading, I think I understand more about the article you posted @12:20. This is the area of Palestine near Jordan. Russia just delivered a number of armored vehicles there free of charge. Palestinians living in Gaza is a whole other story. I’m wondering, too, if this area near Jordan is where some of the images of “luxurious” swimming pools may be?
Ah…..Israel wants to give 92% of the land to the Palestinians. On the surface, it sounds more than fair, doesn’t it? However, read a little further and dig a little deeper and you’ll see it’s 92% of the 22% of their land that remains within the “green line.”
Kinda reminds me of the recent video on the man who based his thesis on the toxicity of Corexit. The manufacturers of Corexit tested it for 7 days and found no danger to life. However the man’s thesis indicated at day 10 there was indeed danger to life.
The stats in this article, The Right to Exist” are staggering.
