I stand this day silent; an innocent man forced to this place against my will. Oral accusations targeting me are not voidable; they are void! The government’s sinister design is betrayed by the exposition of prejudicial and predatory conduct in plain view.
The government’s criminal conduct is outrageous! No genuine issue is present!
Panic and frenzy clearly lay naked government depredations and fiction designed to crush innocents perceived capable of disturbing the public tameness.
No written criminal complaint exists. There are no Sheriffs records or Police records. There is no narrative. I find no Grand Jury.
In America, in matters regarding the adversarial environment of a criminal Court, it remains a pesky constitutional command only a quaint American custom that the accuser be made known to the accused.
I have searched for my accuser. I do not find one!
No Judge can receive these tortured and manufactured verbal accusations. No Judge can advance these malicious, manufactured and mendacious musings. No Judge can read these unsustainable and unexamined lies out loud in public.

OT quick,
We all have hear that Byrde has passed, did you know that he was third in line for the Presidency behind Biden and Pelosi? Just scrolled on bottom of FOX ticker. Hmmm, makes things more interesting doesn’t it? C. Story has an interesting new post.
Here it is:
“Sen. Robert Byrd, D-W.Va., has been appointed president pro tempore of the U.S. Senate. Byrd will be third in line for the presidency behind the vice president and the speaker of the House. ”
This was dated Nov. 15, 2006 and Byrd still served in this position. Interesting, no?
Commander Fitzpatrick is being arraigned this morning, but has no accuser. There are no police records of his supposed arrests and no accuser stands before him.
At the same time Darren Huff from Georgia is being arraigned this morning too. Darren is charged with inciting a riot and two other charges.
Neither of these two men knew of one another until the morning of 1 April 2010. The Commander conducted two citizens arrest – Foreman Pettway and Sheriff Byrum. Sadly, not one public official responded to the Commander’s plea to finish the citizen’s arrest. Instead, the Commander was arrested and dragged to jail where he sat for five days with no charges against him. It was only on the sixth day they read him the charges. No miranda rights were read.
Darren was arrested 10 days later by the fed’s and state. He phoned his FBI contact and once he learned the feds handed down charges he immediately turned himself in.
Not one other individual was arrested on that day. Not one. Yet, there were several in attendance filming the incidents. Why wasn’t anyone else arrested AND better yet, why, if the police feared riots, did they hand Darren back his gun (which btw he locked up in his safe box in front of the police).
All of this b/c these two men dare to exercise their Constitutional protections, to redress the government for illegal and fraudulent acts. Can anybody spell RICO?
Sen Byrd’s service is a classic example of why term limits must be imposed. He dominated and controlled WV politics. He was a nasty piece of work.
What conclusions do you draw about the Pro Tempore position? If I remember correctly, someone was appointed Pro Temp a couple of months ago once Byrd’s health began to fail. Do not recall who this was though or if I’m just imaging it.

Byrd commented on the 1945 controversy about racially integrating the military. Byrd, when he was 28 years old, wrote to segregationist Senator Theodore Bilbo, of Mississippi, vowing never to serve in such a military:
“Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.[5]”
He had earlier written “I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side”.[6][7]

2. Crimes Against Peace:
a. Violation of international treaties, agreements, assurances, amounting to aggression in the nature of Toxic Chemical War, as evidenced by reckless failure to initiate responsible planning, or preparation of common plan, to prevent what All of Humankind knows to be a wrongful act.
Proved by failure to act with common prudence before and after the so called “accident” which is so commonly understood that no careful person would allow such toxins to be released into waters affecting a whole ocean.
3. War Crimes:
a. The wanton destruction of cities, towns, villages, societies, and cultures by a mode of devastation not justified by any known or recognized military or civilian authority. Proved by the closing of access to public waters held protected under international law, national law, and local law. Said closures resulting in the devastation of a whole economy, which places those Americans affected in the involuntary position of prisoners subject to forcible transfer, and further, a relocation of a qualified known regional population, a unique culture.

The report that BP appraised The Obama Administration on 13th February 2010 that the Deepwater Horizon was leaking oil and natural gas onto the ocean floor, is accurate.
BP was fighting large cracks at the base of the well for roughly ten days in early February.
BP asked for the US Administration’s assistance long before the deadly accident. The Obama Administration was therefore fully cognisant of the situation (naturally, since Halliburton is one of its main ‘Black’ operations) a long time before the mysterious explosion in April.
• It follows, therefore, that the Terrorist Obama Administration is criminally implicated in this deliberately ‘permitted’ catastrophe.
The purpose of this operation has been (a) to divert attention from the illegal terrorist hijacking, blocking and stealing of the payout funds, in exactly the same way that 9/11 was used inter alia to destroy and annul the Cantor Fitzgerald contracts; and (b) to provide the Dark Actor Playing Games in the White House with scope for blaming the British. Cheney was admitted to the George Washington University hospital on Friday 25th June after complaining of feeling ill. He was expected to remain there over the weekend. Cheney has had five heart attacks in 32 years. He is also known on occasion to have suddenly entered hospital for hiding purposes when vulnerable to being ‘whacked’, only to be collected by his limo from a back door, on the risky and typically arrogant assumption that no-one would notice.

this state law concerning Byrd explains a lot. His inability to properly serve the people of W. Va. should have mandated he step down. Being wheelchair bound and unable to show up for the past few votes. I kept thinking why the hell didn’t he just bow out, knowing it wouldn’t have effected him financially. Well…this explains THAT, doesn’t it. The damn games that get played in the political arena are really really getting old.

June 28, 2010 — Gulf state emergency preparedness agencies confirm mass evacuation plans
A well-placed source in California told WMR that the California Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) has been briefed by its counterpart agencies in the Gulf coast states that there are plans to conduct a mass evacuation of millions of Gulf coast residents due to the catastrophic environmental and public health effects of the BP oil disaster.
CEMA officials have been briefed on the planned evacuations by counterparts in the Louisiana Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, the Alabama Emergency Management Agency, the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency, and the Florida Division of Emergency Management.
The Gulf states’ emergency planners stressed to their California counterparts that they are dealing with a disaster of unprecedented proportions and that contingency plans are being constantly updated and revised on ways to deal with the transformation of the Gulf of Mexico into a deadly “toxic soup” of oil and Corexit 9500 oil dispersants and the atmosphere into a dangerous mixture of hydrocarbon gases.
CEMA was briefed on the impending mass evacuation since California would be expected to absorb a large number of evacuees from the Gulf states. CEMA officials did not say how the state of California, which is virtually bankrupt, would pay for the influx of hundreds of thousands and perhaps greater numbers of evacuees from the Gulf coastal region.
SOMEONE PLEASE SEND MR. PANETTA A MEMO THAT BIN LADEN IS DEAD, and has been for a very long time. Perhaps that’s why there’s no intel on him.

Not since “the early 2000s” have U.S. officials had “the last precise information about where he (bin Laden) might be located,” Panetta said.

it’s amazing the “stuff” that C. Story must have in his head. Being able to put it all together at what seems like a moments notice and crank out the reports.
I am admittedly still a bit lost on some of his information, but I continue to read and “get” what I can from it.
Interesting about the G-20, I was just reading an article this a.m. about “O” and the laughable speech he gave there. Of course, Merkel to her credit, has passed laws banning derivatives and seeks to “reform” their economy in a much different way that the U.S. Then of course, she didn’t have Peter Orszag strategically placed as finance minister to take that country down. The U.S. is ultimately the cause of this global crisis according to the article I read this a.m. And, yet, nothing has been done to change anything compared to these other countries attending the meeting.
I heard Tarpley over the weekend discussing the so called reform bill and he says there is NOTHING in the bill to stop the practices that got us to this point and there’s nothing in the bill to ban derivatives. He, Max Keiser, Celente and Bob Chapman are adamant derivatives are the source of most problems. Tarpley said the bill protected Wall Street and the banksters and will allow the likes of the “authors” of this bill to continue to line their pockets with gigantic profits. Big Surprise.

Gains in the stock market in 2009 resulted in a financial boost for many of the richest legislators on Capitol Hill.
A recent report by a leading Washington daily noted that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) saw the largest gains, with her net worth increasing by $9 million in 2009 bringing the value of her total assets to over $21 million. Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.) saw his net worth increase by over $1 million to just under $2.4 million. On the Senate side, Sen. Majority Leader Harry Reid
(D-Nev.) saw his net worth go up $200,000 to about $3 million.
There are about 200 millionaires currently serving in Congress. The richest members of Congress are Patriot

Executive Summary – The below story and release did not come through official RAP channels. We believe it to be authentic so we posted it. Apparently the de jeur grand jury told the Florida Governor to do something about the oil spill. This was done with the Louisiana Governor as well by the Louisiana de jeur Grand Jury. They are demanding the Florida Governor to perform his fiduciary duties and protect the people of Florida.
This is foreign to a Governor today although lawful and consistent with the oath of office the Governor takes. The Governors (leave the Arizona Governor out of this) are used to protecting the assets of the elite, not protecting their constituents. The governors are perplexed as to how to deal with Obama and the oil spill. It is obvious that Obama is an enemy of the people either by stupidity or intent, both is also a possibility. The governors are afraid of arrest and martial law which would suspend their office and power. So they do nothing, sound familiar. They sit on their hands while evil works overtime.
What the Governor Will Do – Probably nothing at this point. He will ask his state police about it and they will ask the FBI. He will be told in strong terms to not give it to the press and the FBI will collect the document. They will not provide any information to the Governor. The Governor is endangering himself by doing nothing and he will realize this. It is damaging politically in the public eye and legally he can be removed for abandoning his position as an elected official. RAP seems to be moving quietly but maybe not so quietly anymore. If the Grand Jury pushes ahead in this they will return a presentment that the Governor has abandoned his position, failure to protect the people, violating his oath of office etc. He will be removed from office by the de jeur Grand Jury.
The next step would then be the provost marshall of the military serving the governor with the decision with an order to vacate the office and premises immediately. This is assuming the military is on board with RAP which it appears they are. I am unclear as to how the office of Governor would be filled after vacated. Ultimately a new election would be held but who takes interim control is a good question. They would go through the ranks to see if a lower elected authority figure would agree to a constitutional blood oath of office and operate constitutionally. If no takers then they might appoint a trustee or board of trustees to temporarily fill the office of the Governor of the Republic of Florida. If it gets to this point then BP had better run and hide and Obama will go nuts.
Will work best if this is done with several Gulf states at the same time and is may very well be happening now. If it is done with several states in the Gulf then they can coordinate efforts to save the coast and collectively raid the BP coffers to pay for this. I am expecting they may go after some assets of the british crowne as well which is fine with me. The crowne may be seeing the colonists (USA) as breaking free and is also wanting to teach the colonists a severe lesson as a going away present, thus the oil spill. Obama will go nuts but the more states involved the better. This will be the final blow to the kenyans credibility and it is all downhill from there for the obama gang.
RAP and the Oil Spill – The direction RAP and the de jeur Grand Juries are taking is the best one. They are going to take the gulf states initially back to being true Republics and ignore the Kenyan in the White House and fix the oil spill issues because the kenyan sure as shooting is just shooting hoops and playing golf while things gets worse as some sort of sick show of defiance. It is not hard to believe the military is behind this, is it? If we or the military wait for Obama we will all get doom and gloom. If RAP does it the damage is done but it will be minimalized as best as possible. Now is it hard to believe that 69 other nations are interested in supporting RAP versus letting the kenyan destroy the eco systems of the oceans? Many nations are sick of the bullying by the USA and are ready for change.
Lessons to be Learned – If the people do nothing except play the “I Hope it Gets Better” game while evil prevails they will get something like this oil spill, martial law, a civil war or wars in general. When evil prevails, millions die. The longer the people wait the worse it gets. It never gets better or stays the same, never ever. No one is going to give you your rights unless you insist on them and are prepared to enforce them.
Keeping guns and ammo in your safe is not enforcement. Maybe RAP will do the work for you this time but you people need to get more proactively involved in your rights and teach your kids the same.
RAP will take you far but you better get with the program and teach the constitution to your kids with an emphasis on “repugnant to the constitution” or this will happen again some day perhaps long after you are gone.

DE JURE GRAND JURY PRESENTS ORDER TO GOVERNOR
On June 18, the Florida de jure Grand Jury through their trustee ordered Florida Governor Charlie Crist to declare a state of emergency due to catastrophic events caused by British Petroleum to fund the cleanup of catastrophic events including capping off leaking oil well known as Macondo Prospect on location in Mississippi Canyon Block 252 in the Gulf of Mexico, the Deepwater Horizon, deploy the Florida National Guard and form a trust between coastal republics to file lis pendens against British Petroleums assets in the Gulf of Mexico.
The order of the Florida de jure Grand Jury executed on behalf of the sovereign people on the Florida republic requires Governor Crist to perform his duties as Chief Magistrate, Commander in Chief of the Florida republic and trustee for the sovereign beneficiaries. The sovereign people and beneficiaries are demanding him to exercise his fiduciary obligation, act in their best interest to protect them as well as act as the trustee.
A spokesperson for the Florida de jure Grand Jury stated, “The United States Federal Corporation has abandoned its obligations to those who ultimately authorized its original construction, now administered by a mere commercial entity for profit. This abandonment of fiduciary and legal obligations voids the authority of the Federal Corporation, the United States, to affect any American.
Therefore, we the de jure Grand Jury on Florida republic, having claimed the abandoned obligations to The Good People on Florida, have also accepted the obligation to speak for The One People for the protection of our soil, our republican governmental form, and our physical health and welfare. We do this within international authorities regarding abandoned property and salvage rights known to be obligations requiring recognition by international participants.”
On March 24 all fifty state properly seated de jure Grand Juries through the Restore America Plan and the Guardians of the free republic. Governor Crist was given notice on March 29 by the de jure Grand Jury for We the People, being the sovereigns of the Body Politics that seat the de jure Grand Juries was so the governors of this country could rid themselves of the corrupt federal government and monetary system which has kept the people in servitude for the last 150 years.

We are on the verge of something that will be bigger than the Cambrian explosion.
For 3 billion years, individual life-forms were so small they could only be seen with a microscope. Then, in a geological eye-blink, a vast cornucopia of macroscopic life appeared. A similar phase-transition is imminent.
We now possess a set of tools that gives us God-like power. With that power comes God-like moral responsibility. We have, or will soon have: the ability to manipulate our genes at will, access to virtually unlimited free energy and real-time full-spectrum communications abilities. This will allow for the birth of a plethora of communities that will take on the aspects of super-beings. We know these now as governments, cultures, societies, corporations, religions, individuals etc. However, with the new technology, that is about to change.
The new communications tools mean Democracy can be made to function in real-time; creating communal super-brains. The new genetic tools mean some people will begin to manipulate their own genes in order to become immortal super-beings. The unlimited energy supplies will give us super-powers.
Despite efforts by some power-holders to stop this wave of change, it is inevitable. It cannot be stopped, only channeled.
That means it is of the utmost urgency for humanity to gather all its collective wisdom in order to make the change a benevolent one. We will need to fashion a base for this transformation. It must be like a perfect diamond, reflecting from every angle the desires and wishes of all creatures, great and small.
I believe the very core of this diamond can be fashioned out one moral principle of the greatest purity. It is what I call the Sudra principle.
The Sudra were the original aboriginal inhabitants of India. When the Aryan invaders came, part of the Sudra’s folk knowledge was taken and incorporated into the belief system of the invaders, the rest was destroyed. The Sudra were then forbidden from possessing knowledge. They punished any Sudra who learned to read and write by cutting his or her tongue out. Then, for thousands of years, these people toiled as slaves, imprisoned by their ignorance.
Such a thing must never be allowed to happen again. Hence the Sudra principle: any change is allowed as long as there are no losers.
Another way of looking at it is to examine the base of what we call good and evil. Good is when life energy increases, evil is when it decreases.
In times of plenty, life increases, leading to more and more cooperation, bigger communities and more complexity. Evolution is powered then mainly by the forces of reproduction. Creatures that produce the most offspring prevail but, even those with less offspring continue to reproduce and change for the better. The collective knowledge gathered by life over its 3.5 billion-year experience of various times of plenty can be thought of as the wisdom of the good.
In times of famine, there is strife, communities dissolve and evolution is powered by the strong eating the weak. Knowledge gathered by life over such periods can be thought of as the wisdom of the bad. The Asians call this Yin and Yang.
Life is now headed for what is likely to be a billions of years long, and exponentially expanding, period of Yang or plenty. However, we cannot know when hard times or new enemies will come again and thus, we will need to maintain and nurture all the life knowledge gathered in bad times.
With this in mind, let us now consider the principle governing body of our present world. In ancient Babylonia there emerged a proto-brain, ancient and powerful, that evolved for millenia. It was a gathering of the brightest minds, centered around a single uber-mind, who ruled over the masses. In Europe, this type of gathering came to be known as the illuminati. For centuries it functioned in a way that brought civilization to new heights. There was a gathering of the self-appointed best and brightest who strived to pool their collective wisdom in order to do the greatest good for the greatest number. They achieved marvels and dominated the world for over 3 centuries.
At their core was a family of what may have been the most intelligent humans ever born: the Rothschilds. They pooled their collective knowledge and made sure it was successfully transmitted and built upon from generation to generation. However, they faced discrimination because of their Jewish ancestry and were forced to hide in the shadows. Their secret government was the Freemasons. At the top sat the Illuminati. At the very center sat a grand patriarch or king. Their source of power was control over money and knowledge. With the demise of the Ming Emperors they took on the role of the most highly evolved form of collective mind on the planet.
Unfortunately, it was fatally flawed by arrogance, racism and an inability to form equal relations with other cultures. It was thus unable to truly control the world.
Nonetheless, it was they who conceived of, and financed, the American Revolution. When America became isolationist, detached from world events and hard to control, the Rothschilds mounted a long campaign to get control of America. They succeeded, at last, through their agent John Rockefeller.
John Rockefeller and his cronies usurped the throne of the Western uber-mind. It was then the nightmare began. He conceived of a horrific long-term plan to enslave the human race. His idea was to enforce total, collective control over all humans. The final vision was to install mind-control devices in the brains of all his subjects. Eventually mankind would evolve into a single brain: His brain. Absolute power made him criminally insane. His plan meant all other human brains on the planet would be crushed into slavery worse than that of the Sudra.
To achieve this long-term goal, humanity needed to be captured and enslaved. To do this he relied mainly on the wisdom of the evil. This meant traumatizing humanity into submission through war and brainwash. The twentieth century became one of horror and destruction for both humans and nature.
The final denouement was supposed to be an Armagedon created by him to purge the world of foreign peoples he could not control. The humans who survived would all have mind-control chips put into their brains.
Fortunately for us all, the Rockefellers finally stand defeated. Humanity is about to wake up from a long and terrible nightmare.
The brilliant minds gathered inside the U.S. armed and intelligence forces will no longer have to spend their time and brain-power on behalf of an insane man. This means that instead of contemplating war scenarios and studying cryptography, they will take on the job of helping humanity navigate into the future. They could start by eliminating poverty, environmental destruction, ignorance and disease from the planet.
The new areas of study for the brilliant mathematicians they employ will be things like Fibonacci numbers, probability theory, fractal expansion theory, thermodynamic phase changes and who knows what other incredible things.
We are about to enter an age of wonder.

they definitely used the system that is “supposed” to be in place for We The People, as you have been reporting on here. I will anxiously await the appropriate response by both Crist and Jindal.
I remember last week when Alex Jones had laid out all the evidence and publicly called for criminal investigations to be mounted in these affected states, he mentioned using the grand jury system as it was supposed to be used.
This, however, does not change my concerns I have about RAP, as I have voiced here in the past. My concerns grew even more so after the very last radio broadcast that Sam Kennedy gave indicating there was a “global” interest and his statement that the folks who were interested globally were some of the same folk that got us into this mess to begin with. All I could think of was Rothschild. Then the press release last week from RAP about none other than Rothschild and the gold. Just a bit freaky.
Until a list is publicly posted about the specific nations, leader names, etc. I will remain guarded, as we all should. We have to remember how we got to this point.
