Why hasn’t Virginia’s AG Cuccinelli and/or former AG Mims investigated election fraud in 2008?

I just finished reading JB Williams post at Canada Free Press titled “DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office”. Let my voice be added to these astute observations made by Mr. Williams.
After reading the entire article, I was struck by one thought, that is, the media, congress and the courts honestly believe we INTELLIGENT, INFORMED, PATRIOTIC AMERICANS are STUPID!!!
I guess we’re too stupid to see both the Democrat and Republican Parties who are up to their eyeballs wallowing in this despicable fraud, who are enabling one another, and who are ignoring, no better yet, ridiculing all Patriotic American’s by now calling us terrorists…hhhmmm first we were racist and that didn’t stick, then we were Nazi’s and anti American and that didn’t stick, so now were all being labeled as terrorists…what ridicule will these silly boys and girls use next? As Gomer would say “surprise, surprise, surprise” we’re not going to stop demanding proof of Obama’s ineligibility simply because you call us grown-ups names. Get used to it! Suck it up! Be a grown up and challenge us adult American Patriots on the FACTS. What this stupid American is clearly witnessing is this, BOTH parties – Republican and Democrat – are corrupt criminal enterprises. Both are complicit in this act of constitutional and election fraud and both are in bed together (pun intended) hoping if they just pull the sheets up over their peanut sized brains all of this will just go away. As far as I’m concerned, ALL MEMBERS OF CONGRESS MUST BE REMOVED if not immediately, then replaced in 2010, that is, if we even have elections in 2010. I don’t care who the Tea Party is supporting. I only care about who WE the INDEPENDENT PATRIOTS support. The Tea Party has been taken over by a bunch of conservative wannabe’s striving to be part of the elite. Why on earth these good people would want to align themselves with either Party is beyond me. These wannabe’s are nothing more than false patriots. For some odd reason this Tea Party ‘elite’ actually believes they will turn the direction of our country around once they’ve taken hold of the Republican Party Corporate reigns. Talk about drinking the kool aid. Big clue boys and girls…ain’t gonna happen. You see, it’s called a bloodline and you aren’t a part of it. But the elite are having a good ole time watching y’all grovel and suck up to them. Have fun with that.
So we true AMERICAN PATRIOTS are now being called terists (tried to phonetically spell it the Dubya said it) and the Tea Party movement has been successfully decapitated. Now you truly INDEPENDENT Tea Partiers know why the birther issue was never made a part of these players talking points. Obama and team successfully neutered the movement by, I’m sure, either through blackmail or a hefty payoff, ensuring the Tea Party ‘elite’ would never raise the issue of his ineligibility to serve as President of the US.
Mr. Williams captures what we all see rather succinctly -
“Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.” (emphasis added)
Read this statement again -

Of course they know. We all know! You’d have to be dumber than a rock not to know the truth and read the substantiated facts by now. You’d have to be more stubborn than a mule not to have self educated by now. You’d have to be in so much denial that one day a river will eventually be named after you.
Mr. Williams then goes on and states -
What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.
The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.
Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.
This is the normal language for certification of nomination for president and vice president, filed by the DNC only in the state of Hawaii…
This is the language filed by the DNC in the other 49 states, however…
Note that the language which certifies that Barack Hussein Obama meets all constitutional qualifications is missing in the DNC documents filed in 49 of the 50 states. The certification of constitutional qualification for the office of president was filed only in Hawaii. That text is missing in the DNC certification filings for all other states.
Whereas the RNC filed the exact same certification document, including the constitutional text for John McCain in all 50 states, Obama was technically certified in only one state, Hawaii. A mere inconvenient technicality, I’m sure…

Clearly, Pelosi, Dean and Geremond know they submitted Certification of Nomination’s to 49 states with NO ARTICLE II language in it, and they also counted on Secretary’s of their respective State Board of Elections not to pay the slightest bit of attention to the verbiage on the form. Geesh, why should they? After all it came from the Speaker of the House, right? Who would dare question the Speaker? She certainly wouldn’t lie to them, would she?
I called my Secretary of the State Board of Elections here in Virginia alerting her to my very serious concerns about Obama’s eligibility during the primary. Two weeks later she informed me that Obama was vetted by the FEC who assured her he was eligible. Where does one begin. The FEC lacks all authority to investigate a candidate’s eligibility. I knew that but my own Secretary didn’t, which is precisely what the two parties were counting on. Obviously 48 other Secretary’s of State Election Boards didn’t know the law either. Why is that? Was this act intentional and deliberate by the Governor’s of these states? Especially by Democratic Governor’s?
Big clue folks, the only body who vets a candidate’s eligibility is the PARTY AKA THE CORPORATION!!! No other federal actor is responsible to vet the candidate to confirm Constitutional eligibility. None!!!
How many Secretary’s of Elections know this fact? Call them and ask this basic question “who or what federal actor is responsible for vetting a Presidential Party nominee to confirm his/her eligibity to run under Article II of the Constitution?” Once you have that answer, ask, “who in state government vets a Presidential nominee, before asking the taxpayers to pay for that candidates name to be placed on the “D” or “R” line of their respective states General Election ballot?” I’d love to know what you learn.
Returning to Mr. Williams argument -

Over a half-million citizens have now signed a petition demanding to see Obama’s birth records.
Numerous members of the US Military have refused deployment orders from Obama, on the basis that he refuses to evidence his constitutional qualifications to issue such orders. In most cases, the soldiers have simply been reassigned, so as to avoid any disciplinary action that could end in “defense discovery” which might finally force Obama to open up his files once and for all.
Now an eighteen year veteran flight surgeon and active Lt. Colonel faces court martial as he makes his demands for proof that Obama is constitutionally eligible to issue orders as Commander-in-Chief.”

Just about every thinking person knows Obama is ineligible to serve as POTUS. The only ones that refuse to accept this truth are those still clinging to the ‘Old Democrat Party’. You know the one that told us that people suffer so we must help them, that we must eliminate poverty, we’re all created equal no matter our skin color and that women’s rights were paramount to a healthy and productive society. Yeah, that Democrat Party. Blah, blah, blah…those were the good old days boys and girls. The ‘New Democrat Party’ is all about making you and me dependent for all of our needs on the government so they can enslave us. Woo hoo! Yeah! Can’t wait! Yep, you heard it right, this caller had the chutzpah to come onto the Savage show and tell American’s that her welfare check is being paid out of Obama’s stash, America should get rid of our borders and that illegal immigrants are paying for our government system. How friggin stupid and moronic is that? Really. And this is an Obama voter? I can only pray someone gives her the wrong date to vote in 2012!
And the most fundamental question of all Mr. Williams asks -
“…And why won’t a single elected representative of the people engage in the effort to force an answer to this question?…” (emphasis added)
So, why won’t the six state Attorney’s General who have received Memorandum of Complaints to Immediately Investigate Pelosi, Gerermond and Dean for Election Fraud from their citizens do their jobs? Honestly, someone explain this to me. I sent the following email on September 20, 2009 to then Virginia’s AG Mims and Secretary Rodrigues, while hand delivering it the following day on September 21, 2009. Why haven’t I heard a peep from either the former AG Mims or the current AG Cuccinelli? Ms. Rodrigues and the State Board of Elections were kind enough to allow me the time to testify in October 2009, however the complaint is criminal not civil, therefore the Election Board lacks authority to investigate, but AG Cuccinelli has authority. Why isn’t he using it?

As a citizen of this great Commonwealth for the last 16 years I find myself in the unfortunate position to request immediate attention to a legal matter that has affected the voters of Virginia.
I call your attention in particular to the attached Memorandum of Complaint of Election Fraud Against The Honorable Nancy Pelosi, Acting in a Non-Governmental Role as Chair, 2008 DNC Convention; and Request for Investigation.
Specifically, in order to get Virginia election officials to print the name of Barack Obama as the Democratic Party nominee for President of the United States (“POTUS”) on the state’s 2008 general election ballot, Ms. Pelosi formally submitted to the Virginia State Board of Elections the DNC’s Official Certification of Nomination swearing that Barack Obama was “duly nominated” as the candidate for POTUS for the Democratic Party and had met the legal qualifications for the job, notwithstanding she had failed to ascertain whether Mr. Obama is a Natural Born Citizen (“NBC”) as required under Article II, Section 1, of the U.S. Constitution. Under Virginia law, the nominee for POTUS of the major political party must be Constitutionally qualified for the job. DNC rules require the nominee must be qualified under the U.S. Constitution. Federal law requires the POTUS must be a NBC. Therefore, swearing he is a NBC, without ascertaining whether he is, for the purpose of obtaining a place on the ballot, constitutes election fraud.
(Note: This Complaint takes no position on whether Mr. Obama is a NBC. Its sole focus is on uncovering whether Ms. Pelosi committed election fraud by failing to ascertain whether Mr. Obama is a NBC before Certifying he was, in order to get the Commonwealth of Virginia elections officials to print his name on the state’s general election ballot.)

I truly wish to learn why the Republican Corporation continues to ignore this major Constitutional question and why the Democrat Corporation allowed such a Constitutional crisis to ever occur in the first place. I want to know why Virginia’s Secretary of the State Board of Elections accepted the DNC Certification of Nomination with absolutely NO CONSTITUTIONAL ELIGIBILITY LANGUAGE as required by Virginia’s laws. I want to know how an ineligible candidate’s NAME for the most important and powerful office in this world got his name on Virginia’s General Election ballot that we the taxpayer paid for.
This is known as ELECTION FRAUD! It’s been nearly nine months since I sent and hand delivered the Complaint to the Virginia Attorney General’s attention. I want to know what official actions this office has taken and forgive my brazeness, but I want to know now! Ridicule me all you want. I do not care. Call me a racist, call me a Nazi, call me anti American, call me a terist. None of this silly and juvenile behavior and ridicule has swayed me to stop seeking the truth and to demand Virginia’s elected officials do their freackin jobs! It’s why we the voters sent you there and to date, you have sorely let this Virginian down and the rest of America. Shame on all of you!

You may be aware, before the 2008 election, I contacted the NC Secretary of State and Elections Board on multiple occasions & informed them of the Obama eligibility issues & court cases. I also quoted state law which does have a provision for questioning candidates eligibility. In all cases I got the Democrat party line.
However, they were warned.

Secret information that is the most well known secret information any of us have ever heard. What is it that creates this extreme impotence in those that are charged with protecting this nation, as well as, the American people? When will someone break their silence? Will it be in the ninth hour, when it’s too late? How can these men/women live with themselves day in and day out? Meds? Booze? Sex? May 26, 2010 — Peeling away at the onion has its repercussions
WMR has been hammering away at investigating the taboo stories in Washington and other locales since the launch of the website in 2005. Before there was a WMR, this editor investigated stories for a number of print publications and web sites. All this was accomplished during the past 15 years from a small efficiency apartment located a mere few miles from the White House, State Department, Embassy Row, and Pentagon.
The small hovel was the scene of TV interviews by well-known investigative journalists from Britain, Italy, Australia, Japan, and Germany. Even Oliver Stone’s son, Sean, stopped by for an interview about blood diamonds in Africa. Interviewers were amazed that so many stories could have emanated from so small a residence. I stressed to them that with the type of investigations being conducted so near the the power centers of Washington, frugality and belt-tightening was a major priority.
During the Bush administration, Karl Rove, after directing a research staffer to find out all she could about my operations, was told that “Madsen rents a small efficiency in Arlington, does not drive a car, does not own a house.” Rove, incensed, insisted that the researcher go back to the drawing board and dig deeper because he believed that the apartment was merely a clever front for a larger operation.
It was after WMR began investigating law breaking by the super-secret National Security Agency (NSA) that the editor’s Arlington, Virginia residential privacy was at risk. There were at least two entries into the apartment by federal agents, one that used a circular device that drilled out the pins from the lock cylinder and the other, due to the lack of a spare pass key, using a small gun-like device that shot through the key lock, opening the door.
Apparently, these entries, the last presumably done with a warrantless “National Security Letter,” spooked the apartment’s management. The management recently decided to invoke obscure paragraphs of the lease to complain about books and papers in the apartment. Upon returning from our recent Chicago investigation, awaiting was a certified letter from the management of an intention to evict. The letter was sent on the date of departure for Chicago with a ten-day response date. Needless to say, upon returning from Chicago, the response date had lapsed.
Relocating should not be a major effort but it will have a slight impact on daily coverage. Once resettled, WMR will be back to a normal schedule.

Levy made the remarks before nine ships from Turkey, Ireland, Britain and Greece set sail on Thursday taking 10,000 tons of construction material, medical equipment, school supplies and around 750 activists to Gaza.
Israeli authorities have threatened to block the fleet and arrest all people onboard the vessels.
Despite the threat, all the activists are determined to complete their mission, reported Press TV correspondent Hassan Ghani, who is accompanying the convoy.
Israel has imposed a strict blockade on the Gaza Strip since 2007, depriving its nearly 1.5 million Palestinian inhabitants of fuel, food, clothing, medicine and other necessities.”

Interesting personal story putting all of this together. A distant family member had returned last year from spending several years in Okinawa and settled back down in California (29 Palms). He was back in Calif. with his family for less than a year before receiving orders to return to Okinawa. My understanding is these were just “exercises” – the same NORAD exercises that were happening the morning of 9/11. I wouldn’t expect anything bad in these areas, just suspect that something could have happened elsewhere while these guys were off doing their drills.
Really just more curious if there was any extra “noise” in the skies.

After reading the headlines last night it looks like I need to go buy a few more things. Things are heating up now with N/S Korea, so things appear more imminent.

Tarpley and others have talked about pitting Russia and/or China against the other to gain control of Iran. Remember Iran also sits on top of one of the world’s largest natural gas reserves. The plan is to break up Iran into more “manageable” sections to gain access to the natural resources and control one of the main ports on the border of Pakistan and Iran.
Neither Russia nor China took the bait from the first line cast. So…another line is cast and some are nibbling at the bait. Looks like this is the way they’ll likely engage them is through Korea.

I realized after hearing Alan Hart’s interview that I have 2 of the 3 books sitting on a table in the den. I ordered them at the same time I ordered the Eustace Mullens books.
Hart’s books are titled “Zionism, The Real Enemy of the Jews” and is a trilogy. At the time I ordered them, the 3rd one was being revised. Sounds like it’s available now.

Today, Smith’s office informed LifeNews.com that subsequent information uncovered by investigators has revealed that actual U.S. taxpayer expenditures in support of the pro-abortion constitution are estimated to exceed $10 million.
“This week I learned that U.S. taxpayer expenditures in support of the proposed constitution may exceed $10 million—five times the level we original suspected,” Smith said.

everytime I read one of these articles on the gross misuse of taxpayer dollars I get angry. Yet, it continues. Then we read that we’re officially broke. This doesn’t compute in my head! And will anything beyond a probe come of this?
$10 million on abortion in Africa and what about the folks here who are unemployed and on food stamps? What committee or entity in D.C. is in charge of this out of control spending? Why aren’t they doing their job?

The sexual preferences Obama has today for receiving ‘favors’ from white men might go back many years in his personal history. I get gut instincts about things, and over the years I have been amazed at some of my insights.
This is a story that needs to be explored. Nobody is talking about it. For a year, I have tried to get a response from someone saying it should be looked into.

Obama Serves 14-State Governors with Warnings of Arrest

Barack Hussein Obama had served 14-State Governors in the United States, National Security Letters (NSLs) warning that the Governor’s actions in attempting to form “State Defense Forces” needs to be halted “immediately” or they will face arrest for the crime of treason. The employment of NSLs was authorized by the Patriot Act introduced by George W. Bush. Contained within the section related to these letters, it is forbidden for anyone receiving a NSL warning to even acknowledge the existence of said communication.
Obama is angered by the several State Governors who have reestablished “State Defense Forces.” These forces are described as: “State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States. State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.”
Mr. Obama is fearful of these State Defense Forces, in that he does not have control of said forces, and with the U.S. Military stretched to near breaking from multiple deployments and theatre actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, these State military forces would be under the direct command and authority of the Governors in which states have said forces. In essence, the Governors would have “de facto control” of the United States.
The two Governors leading this move are: Tim Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota; and Rick Perry, Governor of Texas. Both of these State Governors stated they have: “…deep fear the President is destroying their Nation.” Governor Pawlenty’s fear of Obama is that since Obama took office he has appeased America’s enemies and has shunned some of America’s strongest allies, especially Israel. Governor Perry has declared that Obama is punishing his State of Texas by dumping tens-of-thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants into the cities and small towns of Texas. Governor Perry further recently stated: “If Barack Obama’s Washington doesn’t stop being so oppressive, Texans might feel compelled to renounce their American citizenry and secede from the union.”
Obama fearing a revolution against him by the states, has moved swiftly by nationalizing nearly all National Guard Forces in multiple states; Georgia, Alabama, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, South Carolina – to name a few. The Governors of the Great States of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia still have under their Command-and-Control the State Defense Forces to go against U.S. Federal forces should the need arise. Also important to note: There are NO U.S. laws prohibiting National Guard troops from also joining their State’s Defense Forces. This dilemma occurred during the Civil War with many “citizen soldiers” choosing to serve their states instead of the Federal Government.
This is a fluid and still developing situation that warrants close attention.

IRAN NAVY DETECTS US NUKE SUB IN PERSIAN GULF
Iranian naval forces have detected a US nuclear submarine in the Persian Gulf waters, amid growing concerns over the safety of one of the most important energy routes in the world.
An Iranian patrol on Thursday spotted the nuclear-armed and -powered submarine in the strategic Strait of Hormuz, which allows the passage of 90 percent of the oil produced by Persian Gulf states to Asia, the US and Western Europe.
There are currently 48 logistic and 18 combat US vessels in the Persian Gulf waters, among them the USS-Eisenhower aircraft carrier.
Experts say aside from the risk of ecologically disastrous accidents, the presence of a nuclear submarine in a narrow waterway also poses a threat of nuclear pollution.
In 2009, a US Navy Los Angeles-class nuclear-powered submarine collided with a San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock in the strait. The incident caused a spillage of nearly 25-thousand gallons of diesel fuel.
In 2007, a submerged US nuclear vessel collided with a huge Japanese crude tanker in the south of the strait.
The US is yet to comment on the report.
