(Editor’s note: It is my greatest pleasure to turn over today’s Opinion Section to guest Author Stanley Evans. For some time now, I have wanted to post an article on The Original Thirteenth Amendment known as the “Titles of Nobility and Honor” Amendment which just vanished one day, poof, gone from the U.S. Constitution. Since delving into the research and learning more about the history of the amendment, I thought it wise to make contact with key members of Virginia’s General Assembly to request assistance affirming Virginia’s obvious ratification of the original 13th Amendment. For some peculiar reason though, these good men have not responded. One can only imagine why; especially after reading this most excellent post by my friend Stan Evans. Enjoy!)
Titles of Nobility and Honor, 1810, Second Session, Eleventh Congress

Right or wrong, this is a hypothesis. A personal opinion based on many years of research.
Why was Virginia’s vote of ratification on March 12, 1819, rejected, hidden, and finally suppressed?
Because, in those days, “Esquire” was a title of honor granted by the British Bar under the sovereign authority of his majesty. How many politicians today would support a bill that would not only throw them out of office, but also strip them of their citizenship? Does the number zero come to mind?
How many people serving in the general government at that time, held the title of Esquire? The list is fairly long. Not only did these people not want to lose their jobs and citizenship, but they also knew that it would cripple the central government for many months, if not years due to all the new election processes and legal challenges that would take place. This would of course cost a lot of money as well. Money the central government did not want to spend.
The impact of this new law could have impaired their dealings with other European governments as well. Just when we were looking to secure loans for building up our American infrastructure.
In most cases, politicians are or become liars and thieves. When they are not kissing babies for votes, they are stealing their lollypops. So much of what happens in politics is negotiated behind closed doors. Nothing is written down and very little of these secret negotiations are ever revealed to the public.
I believe that after the War of 1812, an agreement between some of the founders and the British Monarchy, that no penalty would be attached to our Constitution’s prohibition on titles of nobility and honor was reinstated. I further believe that the outcome of the congressional inquiry of 1818 was known or suspected by some of the politicians serving in the Executive branch.
Virginia had always been a mustang. Its early history proves that they jealously guarded their sovereignty. They had a strong disdain for nobility and encroachments on their sovereign rights. I believe that many Virginians serving in the General Assembly saw this new law as a way to protect the nation and their state from foreign corruption.
Virginia was allowed to believe that the amendment had been adopted for 28 years. By 1849 almost everyone involved in the ratification of the amendment was dead, out of office, or had one foot in the grave. It was reported in 1839 by John Quincy Adams that the amendment had not passed. But, by that time, there was no one left to contest his words.
What politician in his right mind would have admitted to committing treason? Adams was no exception. However he rationalized it, I believe he felt that had he done the right thing for the country and its future. If this law had been allowed to stand, it would have had a great impact on the course of this nation.
Since the end of the American Revolution to the 1930’s, the British Monarchy, Rothchilds family, Bank of England and countless others in or working with these groups was trying to take control of the United States economic and political systems via the control of our money supply.
From the 1940’s forward, a new band of cut throats that some refer to as the internationalist started competing with Great Britain to take control of this nation. Along the way they have merged and united as their goals and aspirations were very similar or the same.
Today, we are virtually controlled by foreign bodies, banks, and interests. The recognition and reinstatement of the titles of nobility and honor amendment would give the people of this nation a powerful tool to clean out the halls of corruption on Capitol Hill.
However, it could also lead to governmental gridlock and great civil unrest. Would the cleansing of our political system be worth the price? How much blood would have to be spilled to accomplish it?
From 1930 to the present day, the only president that was not a member of any of the foreign based organization like the Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations and so on was John Kennedy. He also was the only one who referred to this nation as a Republic rather than a democracy. What happened to him?
The people in control of this massive takeover of the United States and the world will not hesitate to use any means at their disposal to put down a threat, be it one person or a whole nation.
Are the people of this nation ready to go to war to protect and preserve the Constitution for the United States of America? I seriously doubt it. We have been so debased that a massive rally of Nationalism behind this cause is virtually impossible.
Those few who know the truth feel frustrated, as their efforts seem to fall on deaf ears or fail to manifest the needed momentum to cause change. Those who are blinded to the truth comprise the mass of this nation. They act now as a populace rather than a well-informed citizenry.
Unless or until the people of this nation are willing to fight for the preservation of our Constitution and our long lost American ideals, we will be on the fast track to totalitarian control by a small group of elite who don’t give a damn about you and me.
So, I want to welcome you all to the New World Order. I encourage each of you to begin learning German and repeat after me. Deutschland ist die Welt und die Welt ist Deutschland! SIEG HEIL !

Remember the Hegelian Dialect? Problem-Reaction-Solution.
So, how do these ruthless renegades and conspirators accomplish their fete of controlling every aspect of the American citizen’s life? The exact same way it’s done today. They must create a crisis, knowing they already have the solution to the reaction. Get it?
Enter the Stock Market Crash of Black Friday in 1929, followed by the Great Depression, an economic disaster that could have easily been remedied in a few months, according to Eustace. But, the conspirators had other plans. Through the help of the manager of their staged crisis, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, they were able to prolong the depression a full ten years from 1931 to 1941, at which time we have our next staged event, Pearl Harbor.
It was during this time period, the Federal Reserve System, in cahoots with the central banks of Europe, kept the “Hamiltonian methods” of money management in full swing. This, of course, prevented any kind of economic recovery from taking place in this nation. Doesn’t this sound all too familiar? Perhaps de ja vue?
This was accomplished by The Federal Board of Governors, who exercised daily control over the price of money and the quantity of money. By manipulating the interest rate, which is essentially the “price” of money, they controlled bank loans, as well as, the earned interest Americans who still had savings received for their investments.
They controlled the quantity of money, which was bought and sold daily on the Open Market that they themselves created from NOTHING. This is still their standard operating procedure. Remember, they print OUR money, sell it on the open market or loan it back to us at interest. Either way THEY receive the profits. At this point, I’d like to add how important it is for us to get behind Ron Paul – whether you like him or not – to AUDIT THE FED/END THE FED and take back the process of coining our own money. There has NEVER been an official audit of the Federal Reserve. NEVER. Let that one sink in for a minute as you look at your shrinking pay stub. That is, if you even receive a pay check any more.
So, by intentionally keeping the American people enslaved by the Great Depression, seemingly without any means to benefit from any economic recovery, the conspirators assured themselves pockets full of profits and the ability to remain in political power. This was as they delivered the American people in to the hands of their new “vehicle” of national and eternal slavery, THE WELFARE STATE.
With FDR, positioned as “old aristocracy,” the American people, fell victim to “slick” marketing strategies. Hanging on to every word of their dear leader’s famous Fireside Chats delivered directly to their living rooms via radio, they were assured they would become the beneficiaries of his New Deal.
Sadly, the New Deal was the Raw Deal and is exactly what we’re seeing played out before us today. The promise and delivery of handouts; surplus food delivered to needy families that had in the past been intentionally destroyed to drive commodity prices up and increase profits of commodity brokers; jobs created by the government – jobs that were considered “make work” – non productive work that ensured there would be no competition with the profit-making enterprises of the conspirators. AND, get this, one of these efforts, The CIVILIAN CONSERVATION CORPS, was modeled after the Hitler Youth of Nazi Germany and the Fascist Corps of Mussolini’s Germany.
Eustace says, “The New Deal rapidly became the NEW CORPORATE STATE, erected upon the ashes of the Constitution.” So, now we can see, the Constitution was destroyed long ago.
Next, what the Welfare State meant to the American people.

As promised, here is the information on the ursurping of The “General Welfare Clause” of the Constitution as written about by Eustace Mullins.
Due to the length, I’ve decided to break it up and post it in several parts. It’s probably easier to absorb this way, too.
The first part is the overview of what it is.
Helen, I don’t want to hold you up if you need to move on with another thread. This is taking a bit longer than I thought. But, I think you’ll agree, understanding this clause is so crucial to our understanding of what’s happening today.
Summary of THE GREAT BETRAYAL – The General Welfare Clause of the Constitution

(Part 1 – What is it?)
According to the late, great Eustace Mullins, in the entire Constitution, there are few phrases which, despite the frenetic efforts of demagogues and renegades, could lend themselves to such gross misrepresentation. However, he said he did find, in one phrase of this great document, words which reflected the highest aspirations of the Founding Fathers, a phrase which occurs in the Preamble to the Constitution, and which appears again in Article I, Section Eight. This phrase is the “general welfare.”
This is the phrase that was used by ruthless men to further their great conspiracy against America. “The techniques which they employed to incorporate this phrase was THE very keystone of their Welfare State, a creation which they intended as the replacement for the free Republic of the United States. They confidently anticipated they would now initiate what they fondly refer to as “the NEW WORLD ORDER.””
From the powers derived from the overthrow of the Constitution, a Hamiltonian strategy – “fondly” named after Alexander Hamilton – was employed to ursurp this clause. “The strategy promised to bring the conspirators, which we know by now are controlled by the elite cabal, even greater power AND greater profits than the Federal Reserve System itself.”
““Congress shall have the powers to provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.” The language of this provision is crucial. For some fifty years, there has been a general understanding among the American people that the Constitution makes a provision for “the general welfare of the people of the United States.” However, there has NEVER been any such language in the Constitution.”
“The general welfare of the United States” means the preservation of the compact OF THE STATES, which was expressly drawn up by the Constitution. The welfare of “the people of the United States” was, according to that language, and is still, the province reserved to the INDIVIDUAL States. Each American citizen is a citizen of a State of the United States. That State is a signer of the compact of the States which is the Constitution, and which forms the United States of America.”
“There is NO provision for “the United States” to take direct action concerning any citizen of the United States, because the UNITED STATES has NO people and NO citizens, ONLY THE STATES HAVE CITIZENS.” (This is why you hear over and over and over again get to know your Sheriff; go to City Council meetings; run for City Council. Get involved in local and state business.)
Nevertheless, the gross misinterpretation and misunderstanding provided by this provision of the Constitution – known as “the general welfare clause” gave the conspirators the vehicle by which they have gradually, albeit throughout the last sixty years, (now seventy plus years) replaced the compact of the States with a new creation, the Welfare State.
Eustace writes, “The Welfare State, was a device erected under the premise that the government should take responsibility for the individual well being of each and every citizen of the United States, ursurping this function from the States in order to create a totalitarian corporate state which now presumes, from its Washington fortress, to direct the most minute daily activities of each of our citizens.”
Eustace is adamant that “not only has there NEVER been any legal basis for any of these interventions, but the language of the Constitution, in the far-sighted provisions inserted by the Founding Fathers, expressly sought to forbid and prevent any such development at any time in our subsequent history.”
“It is the welfare state which is predicted to ultimately replace the control of our nation by the machinations of the Federal Reserve System with an even greater and more iron-fisted control…” Eustace likens this to a modern Tower of Babel, that is “greater and more awe-inspiring than the original, but one which was built upon identical goals and aspirations of those who seek to control every act of every American, forever.” (how right he was)

When the president of the United States, Barack H. Obama accepted rotating status as chairman of the United Nations Security Council, he committed high treason… not only a direct violation of article 1 section 9 clause 8 of the Constitution for the United States of America, which states emphatically:
“No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without consent of Congress accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
But this act by the President also has violated the 13th article of amendment that was duly ratified by March of 1819, but with secrecy and by active subterfuge, it was replaced by Lincoln’s 14th amendment right after the Civil War. This duly ratified original 13th amendment states the following:
“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”

Have I disobeyed an unlawful order? Yes I have!
Was I threatened, counseled, reprimanded, and Courts Marshaled for doing so, because of some poor excuse of a Commander, and his host of “Hive Minded” Senior NCOs who believed I had no right to disobey any order what-so-ever from a superior? Yes I was!
Did I even have a chance to win my case, being a lowly 3 striper at the time, against a pantheon of Senior NCOs and Officers? Hell YES, I DID win, my reputation, service records were cleared as a result, and I got out with my Honorable Discharge and all awards and decorations intact.
I have served, and all of you who have served or are currently serving have taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC first and foremost. Is it no amazing how many of you here have forgotten that oath?
This is not, nor has it ever been Politically motivated. Why is that so hard to understand for some of you? It is Constitutionally motivated, and those of you who are and/or were military members whom disagree are traitors to the very oath you have taken.
None of the detractors have bothered to stop and think… What if he is correct? He gets Court Marshaled, and he wins his case? Are all of you who are currently serving in the military willing to sacrifice your honor, and accept the stain upon it as being a traitor to this Nation and it’s Constitution? Are you willing to be prosecuted at the Hague for being War Criminal for following the leadership of an illegitimate and unlawful Commander and Chief? Are you just as willing to be executed for the same?
Quite frankly more of you should get off you Apathetic, uneducated, and willfully ignorant back sides and Honor your Oath!!! Defend the Constitution of the United States!!! Protect the Citizens of this Nation from the Usurper within!! Just Like you have sworn to do!!!
I’m a Democrat, not that it should matter. However, I believe in the Rule of Law and the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. I support and Defend the Constitution from all enemies; foreign or DOMESTIC and over ANY party affiliations. Perhaps the rest of my fellow Democrats will one day wake up from being a bunch of entitlement mongering emotional knee jerking Sheeple, reclaim their sovereignty and honor, and do the same; as they once did.
The Lt Col. is well within his Article 138 UCMJ rights. Seems the First Lady is a “Birther” as well. I wish him the best of luck.

The last few paragraphs are justifying the elimination of a possible “hostile” American presence in the Middle East according to Israel. That is because if they do not comply, the are a hindrance not a help.
And so tensions continue to rise, and Israel increasingly is ready to go alone on this, something they stated last summer.
I am falling asleep in my chair, so will say good night till tomorrow. Let’s hope this constipation of news clears up somewhat tommorow. The high alert is already turned on, and unfortunately no one needs to remind us.

Do you think they scrubbed it so as to avoid a mass exodus? I’ve heard a number of active military men call in to Alex Jones show over the past year and a half to let Alex know that they are listening to him and that many in the military are waking up. Alex constantly reminds them of their oath, as he does with law enforcement.
Speaking of law enforcement, Alex was talking today about how the cities/counties are running out of money and are cutting their police force. They are notifying their citizens to purchase a fire arm to defend themselves. Then I read an account today of well organized gangs in NYC who are making their way through upper class suburban neighborhoods and invading homes. That doesn’t make me feel very good either.

They are well equipped. They have ALL of our money, and we have provided them with the finest weapons OUR money can buy. They have plenty of nukes, 5 new Dolphin nuclear submarines courtesy of Germany and the U.S., and they have a brand spanking new defense communications system linked up with ours. They want for nothing except Middle East Dominance.
I just finished watching Alex Jone’s Bohemian Grove movie. It’s posted in the Juicy and Delicious Cafe. First, I have to tell you how disturbing the whole event was. These are grown men who lead our country giving praise to a friggin Owl. It’s the most juvenile ritual I’ve ever witnessed. No reverence. No passion. Just cold hearted and highly disturbing; especially if they did do a true cremation of a little boy. These men are just whacked! Period!
Second, there is a Webster Tarpley interview talking about Iran in the Juicy and Delicious Cafe. I suggest y’all watch it b/c he is saying the real target is Russia and China and that the US and Britian are trying to turn Iran on these two super powers. It’s very telling and as usual Webster is as well spoken as always.

concerning the rumormills article on Bush… at a quick glance I noticed that Don Nicoloff has put most of this “news” together. If I recall Nicoloff’s area of expertise (if only self proclaimed) is genealogy. There could be some “legs” to this story or could not.
I didn’t read the entire article, will have to later. I have never heard Tarpley mention this name that he mentions before. Doesn’t mean he hasn’t. I also glanced in Tarpley’s book – the unauthorized biography of George H W Bush. This book begins with the history of his father, Prescott Bush and the bankers involved in money laundering for HItler in NYC. Doesn’t appear to be anything there to confirm or deny the article on rumor mills.
Maybe a quick search on the Internet using a plus sign and Tarpley’s name could yield a few results.

Eustace begins Chapter 2 of his book with a sad, but sobering reality. “Now that we have said goodbye to the Constitution, and accepted, however reluctantly, the ministrations of the new Welfare State…”
“With the New Deal – the Welfare State – the American citizens suddenly find the bureaucrats are not interested in their problems. In fact, they find out the bureaucrats consider them as “the problem.” For Americans, the Welfare State means good-bye to personal liberties; good-bye to personal property; and good-bye to a personal future in an impersonal bureaucratic Welfare State. The individual can have no future in a state in which he cannot build up a private fortune, or leave any property to his heirs. The result is that the Welfare State itself has no future, for if the individual citizens have no future, then inevitably that state must fall.”
The conspirators were undeterred by this thinking, and cast aside any concerns of the United States not having a future under their dominance, as they were hell bent on maintaining the Welfare State. After all, this was their favored “means” of oppressing the American people while they continued to rob and further enslave them. Evidence of this continued dominance over the citizens and further enslavement exists in the many so called entitlement programs the Federal government has instituted; such as Medicare, Social Security, Unemployment Compensation, head start educational programs, and recently the most draconian form of control, the passing of the health care reform bill which is also involves taxation.
Eustace writes, “in the early years of the United States as an independent Republic, the plight of the poor or homeless people was never considered a matter of national concern.” By the provisions of the Constitution, it was RESERVED TO THE STATES to care for the needy and impoverished as they saw fit. This legal precedent has NEVER been amended by any legislative act. NEVER.
As a side note, Eustace suspects Felix Frankfurter, who he describes in his book as “a devious and disreputable revolutionary that took up his position in Washington as the secret head of the ubiquitous Communist espionage group known as the Harold Ware cell,” as the first one who noted the potentialities for exploiting the phrase, “general welfare.” Frankfurter was considered the most dangerous Communist in America, yet somehow he managed to spend years as Dean of Harvard Law School. It is noted that Frankfurter and other so called “legal brains” devoted their lives to rewriting or expunging details, such as “…matters that had been reserved as a State power,” from our national Constitution.
According to Eustace, the fact that the term “general welfare of the United States” was preceded in every instance in The Constitution by the phrase “for the common defense” was proof that “it was indeed the continuance of the national entity, and NOT that of any individual citizen. This applied to such things as the power to lay and collect taxes to pay the debts, to take up matters of foreign policy, ability to coin money, and other prerogatives of national sovereignty including legislation to provide for a standing Army.
“In the Declaration of Independence, we find neither the term “welfare” nor “general welfare.” Instead The Declaration of Independence cites the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The Constitution, as intended by the Founding Fathers, was a document that referred only to the activities of a national entity, the United States. And thus made no specific provisions to the rights of individuals.
Interesting bit of history to note, George Mason refused to sign the Constitution because it didn’t address the rights of the individual. To assuage Mason’s concerns, The Bill of Rights was added as an appendage to the Constitution. It is The Bill of Rights that provides for individual rights. Let me say that again. It is The Bill of Rights, not the Constitution, that provides for individual rights. It is interesting to note, there is NOTHING in The Bill of Rights that references a citizen’s right to receive welfare from the national government. WHY? Because the national government can legislate ONLY for national entities. ISSUES CONCERNING INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS ARE A MATTER OF STATE SOVEREIGNTY.
Eustace writes, “Only after a Welfare State has repealed State sovereignty, a process which began with the conclusion of the Civil War, can legislation come out of Washington which deals with individual problems.” We have recently seen a movement of the individual states to pass legislation to reclaim their sovereignty – both a necessity and an oddity – since the State was already guaranteed their sovereignty.
Soon after the Civil War, national politicians, deliberately ignoring the well-understood meaning of the phrase “general welfare,” began to eye the tempting sight of individual rights. Lawyers for the new giant corporations -men holding titles of nobility – would soon become politicians. Opportunistically, they began to “rail against the inequities of the rich, and against the injustices committed against the working man by their employees.” Something else here sounds all too familiar, doesn’t it? Redistribute the wealth, hey? Now, you wouldn’t mind that, would you? I mean, surely you want your fellow “strawman” to enjoy the same accoutrements of the Corporation that you enjoy.

1997. Fascinating, huh? I remember reading this blurb on Madsen’s site under the dedicated section he created for quakes. That’s how concerned he is about the rash of quakes and other seemingly natural disasters.
One evening on a recent broadcast he openly called for someone (with inside intel) to step forward and spill the beans. He’s genuinely worried and said we have to stop this if we want to have a planet left.
The recent China quake was bad, 750 dead and counting, but was overshadowed in the news by the volcano in Iceland (and of course the Nuclear Summit). Interesting, Madsen pointed out the China quake was strange because it was a “single tectonic plate” quake. Supposedly this isn’t the norm.
I read a post yesterday relating the quake in China and their “softening” on the sanctions for Iran. Certainly the Iceland situation has significance, too, given the recent financial standoff with the IMF.
At this point, I don’t doubt someone somewhere could push a button and create today’s du jour natural disaster.

I’m glad to know you are going to put the documentary, Invisible Empire, in the opinion section. I think it’s a great primer for folks, and is very well done.
I’m working on what I hope is my final post to my summaries on the General Welfare Clause. If it’s not the final one it’s the next to the final one…LOL. I’m so into this I could go on forever. Editing it has been hard because it is so relevant to what we’re living today. Understanding how we got here, for me, has been a real eye opener. Who knew this one clause would be so powerful.
My husband and I were talking this morning about it, and we both wondered why “O” was painted to be another Abe Lincoln. He and his agenda is sooooooooooooo FDR and The New Deal it’s erie.

Funny you should ask about o and Lincoln:
There was a point in the US Civil war where even some European countries began thinking of recognising the Confederates. What Lincoln did was two-fold:-
(a) His real purpose was to collapse the Confederate economy so that they could be defeated more quickly… and he did this by emancipating their slaves. The North even went on a number of raids into the south to try to start slave uprisings in the South. The emancipation of the South’s slaves by the North was a MILITARY STRATEGY.
(b) Then Lincoln used this military trick, and rephrased it in political/moral terminology and Americans have used this political lie ever since.

FYI, I didn’t go in to great detail about the whole “strawman” thing, and had asked Prairie if she would write about it. She said she would. I feel this “wrap up of the Gen Welfare” clause is a good segue into that conversation, though you’ve already had a thread dedicated to it. You could link to your previous thread again.
When I’m finished editing, I’ll email it to you for a look see. Then you can decide where you want to go from there. Though at times it’s been grueling, it’s been a valuable learning experience for me and hopefully for others. If I’m not delusional, I’d like to think it is so clear that people will be able to see FOR THEMSELVES how it overlays all that is happening currently.
I still haven’t had a chance to read Nicoloff’s findings. I hope to read it soon. I even missed the interview that was supposed to happen last night with the Am. Grand Jury guy talking about RAP. I had just hit my limit yesterday. What was that movie with the line, “too much input?” Was that R2D2? Can’t remember.

Well, guess we shouldn’t get too excited about the SEC investigation of Goldman Sachs. Just listening to Bob Chapman on Alex’s show. It’s a gratuitous move on their part. You’ll love this, Goldman Sachs is one of the banks in the consortium of banks that own the Federal Reserve.
Bob was a broker for many, many years. He said over the course of his career he made several complaints to the SEC and nothing ever happened or would ever happen beyond a slap on the wrist and a fine. The fine, of course, passed on to the share holders.
