For first time in three years privately imported clothes, shoes enter Strip, but merchants say goods have been damaged by being held at port since 2007 and that they need more to replenish stocks
Gaza’s merchants, who imported the goods privately, said Sunday’s shipment was not enough to replenish their stocks and demanded Israel release more goods held at its ports since 2007.
“Some of it even smells bad. I can say half of the merchandise is still good, but the other half is damaged. I fear I may not be able to recoup my outlay,” importer Ziad Barbakh told Reuters while frantically inspecting his clothes shipment.
Merchants said they had to pay 2000 shekels (about $540) per month for storing their merchandise at the Israeli port of Ashdod for the last three years.
“Now they (Hamas) want to take tax as well,” said shoe trader Eyad El-Ejla.

April 5-6, 2010 — SPECIAL WMR REPORT FROM ISTANBUL, TURKEY — U.S. links to Turkish Ergenekon network revealed
Informed sources in Istanbul have told WMR that documents seized in the investigation of the Turkish “Deep State{ network, also known as Ergenekon, describe links between top Turkish military officers and top figures in the Bush administration, including Vice President Dick Cheney. The documents also show that there is an American counterpart to Turkey’s “Deep State.” Turkish sources report that former FBI Turkish and Azeri translator Sibel Edmonds stumbled upon documents revealing both the Turkish and American “deep states” but was prevented on reporting on their activities by a Turkish Ergenekon agent assigned to the FBI translation office in Washington. Edmonds was fired by the FBI after she complained that no action was being taken on wiretaps that showed the criminal activities of both nations’ “deep states.”
Revelations expose U.S. links to Ergenekon
WMR has also learned of strong links between the Kemalist (supporters of Turkish secular state founder Kemal Ataturk) Ergenekon players and major figures of the Israeli Likud Party.
The Kemalist-Likud alliance explains to a great degree the repeated presence at the U.S. embassy in Ankara of U.S. diplomatic officials who are also close to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
Chief among the U.S. diplomats who have served the interests of Ergenekon and AIPAC is Marc Grossman, the U.S. ambassador to Ankara from 1994 to 1997 and the GW Bush administration’s Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs who was one of the first Bush officials to leak to Turkish intelligence agents the fact that CIA nuclear counterproliferation covert agent Valerie Plame Wilson’s Brewster Jennings & Associates energy consulting company was a CIA brass plate operation.
WMR has also learned that Grossman and his chief military aide in Ankara Major Douglas Dickerson were asked to leave Turkey after it was learned that they were working with Ergenekon Turkish military and intelligence agents to overthrow the Azerbaijan government of President Haydar Aliyev, who was considered too pro-Russian. Dickerson’s wife, Melek Can Dickerson, was Edmonds’s co-worker at the FBI’s translation shop who was marking intercepted Ergenekon-related conversations as “unimportant.” WMR has learned from Turkish sources that Melek Can Dickerson was placed in the FBI’s unit top ensure tba that Grossman’s and her her husband’s roles in working with Ergenekon remained secret.
Furthermore, Grossman and Dickerson, while at the US embassy in Ankara, were linked to the Susurluk scandal, an operation between Turkish military officers and criminal syndicates that exposed the linkage between the Turkish military and several “false flag” assassinations and terrorist bombings that were blamed on the Kurdish Worker’s Party (PKK). The Susurluk scandal was exposed on November 3, 1996, when a Mercedes 600 SEL crashed in Susurluk in Balikesir province. In the trunk was discovered weapons, drugs, cash, listening devices, and Turkish diplomatic passports. The same network involved in the Susurluk incident were, according to our sources, working with Grossman and Dickerson at the U.S. embassy in Ankara to depose Aliyev in Baku and install Ebulfeyz Elchibey in his place. At the same time, Richard Armitage, who also figured in the outing of Valerie Plame, was the head of the U.S.-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce, which had among its advisers Richard Perle. Dickersion eventually began working for Perle’s colleague Douglas Feith at the Pentagon, according to our sources.
Another member of the U.S. AIPAC faction tied to the Kemalists in Turkey was Eric Edelman, the U.S. ambassador in Ankara between 2003 and 2005. His major task was to ensure that U.S. and Israeli links to Ergenekon were not exposed. Edelman served as Vice President Dick Cheney’s Principal Deputy Assistant to the Vice President for National Security Affairs from February 2001 to July 2003. WMR has also learned from Turkish sources that the principal players in the Susurluk scandal, including those planning to overthrow Aliyev in Azerbaijan, were supported by Cheney while he was the chief of Halliburton, a major player in Azerbaijan’s oil industry and a backer of Armitage’s U.S.-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce. Azerbaijan was the origination point for the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline and Halliburton was a key contractor.
The revelations that Cheney was involved in a plot by Turkish military officers and criminal syndicates to carry out false flag terrorist attacks and assassinations of Turkish citizens would presage Cheney’s similar operations while he was Vice President, including the most infamous false flag attack of all time: 9/11.

To confirm, I have heard it on each of the two talkshoe videos that RAP is backed by the military. I have also heard them say this will go forward with or without the military backing. Personally, I don’t see how they could do it without.

I made a surprise drop-in visit yesterday to a local FBI interview of a grand juror and had the pleasure of sharing information from the horse’s mouth, so to speak, and furthering our lines of communication. All in a day’s work for those of us who are committed to freeing our children before the world degrades into economic and political Armageddon.

I came across this newspaper the other day. It has pictures of the birth defects in Gaza due to the weapons that Israel has used on them. It is like the images I saw of the Iraqi children (except some of them were much worse, grotesque in fact). These are nothing less than crimes against humanity.
I hope after Madsen is back his news spreads far and wide of the U.S. and Israel’s link in trying to overthrow the Turkey government and 9/11. I hope we’ve turned a corner. As I said before, Cheney should be in prison.

Dr. Kennedy knows his law. This is a man who was a longshore fisherman whose business was shut down long ago by the feds. I have read a couple of books on The Federal Reserve and the monetary system last year – Creature from Jekyll Island and The Web of Debt. Both are excellent!
I’ve also watched a number of youtube videos a couple of years ago on the history of our monetary system and the evolution of the “note” – known as the dollar bill. Some of the info I posted on CW’s site. It was dismissed. Too involved with the birth certificate issue.
I own the DVD Money Masters – it’s great! I own Russo’s Freedom to Fascism movie – another great one about the IRS and the Federal Reserve and the NWO plan. I’ve watched untold numbers of videos on Youtube about money and debt.
What was missing for me was the info about the Common Law and Admiralty Law. I have heard a guest on Alex’s show before discussing Admiralty Law and the fact they can’t carry firearms – which I thought was odd due to the situation with the pirates, but I didn’t realize we were operating under that law.

What they have done is ARRESTED all the bonds on those governors. After 72 hours of having your bond arrested you are basically done! ALL public officials have to be bonded. When they screw up you can take their bonds. They took their bonds!
This process works better than you kniw. Tim Turner has done this to Judges and they HAD to be removed from the bench because their bond was taken and once that happens you can not just obtain another bond. Those Judges are done! They can never be a Judge again! This is the same thing they just did to the governors. They are now under a bond by the People and they have to governern under the constitution now. If they don’t then they will be arrested. That is where the military will step in and remove them.
This is a process like anything else. The main thing is they want this done peacefully and behind the scenes so not to upset the masses of People. Can you imagine if the fraud he was exposing got out to the masses? There would be a major uprising from the people wanting to lynch these politicians! That is the last thing they want to see happen. Think of all the thousands of people that have been victims of their fraud and prosecuted under their fraud and the number of lives destroyed over the years. The last thing they want is to have this get out to the public on a grand scale and create an uprising.
Give it time. If this will work you will start to notice changes within the next 30 days. This is a 8 – 10 year process before everything is completely restored. But a lot of major things are suppose to happen over the next 30 days. We will see if any governors decide to step down in the next 30 days or if they all comply or whatever. In 30 days from now we will know whether this is really working or not.

The Israeli regime plans to send its top military strategist to China this week to convince Beijing to back sanctions against Tehran over its nuclear program.
Head of Tel Aviv army’s planning directorate Major General Amir Eshel intends to serve Beijing with ‘renewed’ threats of military strikes against Iran, wishing to persuade China to follow along with the US-led push at the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to impose a fourth round of sanctions against Iran, British weekly newspaper The Sunday Times reported today.
According to the weekly, a subsidiary of the multi-national press conglomerate The News Corporation owned by Jewish media mogul Rupert Murdoch, Eshel will warn officials in Beijing that an Israeli military attack on Iran could disrupt oil supplies to China and its rapidly growing economy.

Saudi must have $80 p barrel to maintain their budget of roughly $400 billion. The plan is to drag down all of the opec oil countries – forcing them to suffer a slow death. The manner in which they plan to do this is to keep oil at $60-70 p barrel. This will force opec to go back into their reserve fund – which is the dollar. They’ll have to sell off a bill here, a bill there, until the world’s economy is flooded with American currency. The excess of Am. currency pouring into the market will further reduce the value of the dollar. At this point the dollar will be completely dead. It will be Weimar Republic redux – hyperinflation.
The Bakken oil reserve, which covers approx 2/3rds of North Dakota, has 8 times as much oil as Saudi and 18 times as much oil as Iraq. It is the largest domestic oil discovery since Prudhoe Bay on the North Slope of Alaska. He has first hand knowledge about Prudhoe Bay, acting as Chaplain on the N. Alaska pipeline. His elite intel told him they will NEVER drill/produce oil from either of these two places. Never ever. It’s all by design. As we know Congress passed legislation prohibiting production of the Bakken reserve. They (the elite) do not want America to be able to produce anything out of the ground that would result in wealth.
When war breaks out, and it will, overnight gasoline prices will rise to $4-$10 per gallon.

A recent phone conversation Lindsey had with same elite – name unknown – asked why the price of oil was going up since the plan was to keep it at $60-70 p barrel. Answer was something like “Silly rabbit, the price of oil is the same, the value of the dollar is going down down down.” So, Lindsey’s insight was to watch the barrel price as the gauge for the devaluation of our dollar. This appears to be what we’re seeing now.

Dateline Istanbul — WMR has learned from informed sources that the pro-Israel think tank, the Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP), formerly headed up by President Obama’s current Middle East adviser on the National Security Council, Dennis Ross, has been identified as a key player in a Turkish and international psychological warfare effort to paint the Justice and Development Party (AKP) government of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan as “radical Islamist.” Erdogan has come in for attack by the Israel Lobby because of his outspoken criticism of Israel over its attack on Gaza and his walking out of a 2009 Davos conference seminar where Israeli President Shimon Peres was also in attendance.
WINEP, through one of its Turkey experts, Soner Cagaptay, has attacked Erdogan as a dangerous Islamist. Cagaptay also crticizes Turkey over its prosecution of key members of the Ergenekon “deep state” network, which stands accused of trying to overthrow Erdogan in a military coup. WINEP acts in concert with the wishes of the Likud government of Israel (MY NOTE: NETANYAHU is head of the Likud party) and WMR has learned of close links between the Kemal Atatukist officials involved with Ergenekon and top Likud and Mossad officials. He explains how to do this – repealing/revoking your birth certificate – so as to be free. If your mother is alive it didn’t appear to be that difficult to do. He wasn’t so lucky and had to take it to the Supreme Court. He was victorious. He pays NO INCOME TAXES, has NO DRIVER’S LICENSE, doesn’t purchase CAR TAGS, etc…I can’t imagine!

Just finished wastching the series of Eustace Mullins, love that name Eustace, and found it as mesmerizing as I did Ms. Griggs interview. Regarding the Byrd machine here in Virginia. I was a little one living in Alexandria then so have no recollection whatsoever. That said, however, what I’ve heard anectodally is the long arm that machine had. The budget conferee process I’m readying to fight is a remnant of the old Byrd machine. Regulation of transactions in foreign exchange of gold and silver; property transfers; vested interests, enforcement and penalties. By virtue of the fact that the whole nation deals in Federal Reserve Notes, which are notes of debt owed to the Fed, and that the Secretary of the Treasury has statutory control of all licensing of people, property and commerce in America, it is therefore logical, supported by statutory evidence, that the Secretary of the Treasury, under the direction of the stockholders of the Federal Reserve System, has virtual control over America and its citizens, aided and abetted by the judicial and executive branches, including all State and local governments. This could only be done because President Roosevelt was acting under a declared emergency [bankruptcy of 1933] Martial Law Rule under Necessity which had been declared under President Lincoln during the Civil War and has never been repealed. A declaration of Peace was never declared, so in truth, we are still fighting the Civil War. Why are we still under the war powers of Lincoln? Why is it that the federal regime carries out seizure and forfeitures without due process of law? Why, when suits are filed against the federal regime does the judge always rule in favor of the United States? When you read 12 Statutes at Large 319, you will have your answer. They have never repealed this statute. The codes in Title 28, and Title 50 that pertain to seizure, have their source as this Statute at Large. If you read 12 Statutes at Large 319 you will see that the people of the southern states and all others sympathetic to the south were declared “Enemies of the State.” The State of course being the United States and not the individual States of the Union. The Bank of England caused Washington to create the First bank of the United States in 1791 for the purpose of controlling the money. It then ran into a problem in 1846 when the Independent Treasury was created by the U.S. and the States to protect their own money. President Lincoln then made us the enemy of the Government (State) by 12 Stat 319 in 1862 and Congress continued to keep the status quo by the creation of the Reconstruction Acts in 1867. Then in 1868 the 14th Amendment placed the people of both the north and south under the control of the military rule. The “other” banking system, after gaining a foothold in 1913 by the creation of the Federal Reserve System, caused the demise of the Independent Treasury. To complete the enemy status, Roosevelt finalized us as enemies of the bank in 48 Stat 1, March 9, 1933. It is the Congress that has enslaved the people of this country in order to placate the international bankers of the Federal Reserve System and to hell with the American People. I have written about this before but never included the actual Statute at Large. It is below. I WILL CAPITALIZE those words that the government is using today to allow the destruction of our freedom. Congress wrote this Statute during the Civil War, but the important words do not pertain to only the Civil War. In passing the Reconstruction Acts Congress reversed the roles of the people and the government. In other words, the people became the slaves of Congress. This is why Congress never repealed this Statute. It allows Congress to use the statutory words of reconstruction to rule the people with an iron hand. This Statute is the root of all our problems today, whether they are drugs, taxes, property condemnation, healthcare, open borders etc. THIRTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS, Ses. I. Ca. 60, 61. 1861. Chap. LX.–An Act to confiscate Property used for insurrectionary Purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That if, during the present or any future insurrection against the Government of the United States, after the President of the United States shall have declared, by proclamation, THAT THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES ARE OPPOSED, and THE EXECUTION THEREOF OBSTRUCTED, by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, or by the power vested in the marshals by law, any person or persons, his, her, or their agent, attorney, or employee, shall purchase or acquire, sell or give, any property of whatsoever kind or description, with intent to use or employ the same, or suffer the same to be used or employed, in aiding, abetting, or promoting such insurrection or RESISTANCE TO THE LAWS, or any person or persons engaged therein; or if any person or persons, being the owner or owners of any such property, shall knowingly use or employ, or consent to the use or employment of the same as aforesaid, ALL SUCH PROPERTY IS HEREBY DECLARED TO BE LAWFUL SUBJECT OF PRIZE AND CAPTURE WHEREVER FOUND; AND IT SHALL BE THE DUTY OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES TO CAUSE THE SAME TO BE SEIZED, CONFISCATED, AND CONDEMNED. Approved, August 6, 1861. This encroachment on the people’s liberty took place over an extended period of time so as to not make obvious that which would be otherwise intolerable. The Social Security number plays but a small part in the overall scheme. Before the number existed, your lineage were considered the enemy under the 1867 Reconstruction Acts and you, being their heirs, are still the enemy today. The total object from the 1791 Act by Washington, to the 1933 act by Roosevelt was to totally control the money and the labor of the American people. 2010– Year of the Slave or Year of Liberty You are a slave. You probably do not realize it, but you are. Movies and public schools portray slaves as bound by chains and beaten with whips, creating a polarized image of slavery that can be pointed to with the comment, “You are not like that, therefore you are not a slave.” But history shows that slaves have been treated in all manner of ways, some more cruel than others. Even with kind treatment, a slave remains a slave. Setting aside the stereotyped image of a slave as a bleeding chain-bound wretch, slaves throughout history are often hard to recognize. In some cases, such as the Medieval Serfs, they were held slaves to the rulers by religious belief, and did not see themselves as slaves even though they were treated as such. The favored slaves of Asian potentates wore jewels to make a movie star gasp, yet were still slaves for all their finery and comfort. So, what is a slave? How do we define a slave? What test do we use to tell if someone is a slave? What makes them different from free people? Free people can say “no”. Free people can refuse demands for their money, time, and children. Slaves cannot. There is no freedom without the freedom to say “no”. If someone demands that you do something and you can say “no” and refuse to do it, then you are a free human being. If you can be forced to do something or surrender something that you do not wish to, then you are a slave. No other test need be applied. Freedom is the freedom to say “NO.” The rulers want our children for their future wars. Legislation for a draft is already in Congress. Can you refuse the confiscation of your children? No? Congress has passed legislation for a “voluntary” national service program. It is being called “voluntary” to get around the 13th amendment, but volunteerism implies a choice, and no choice is being offered here. The government has been caught lying over and over again to the people. Americans are the most lied-to people on Earth. Can you refuse to be lied to? Can you punish the liars? No? By 2003 the chains started to become visible. The Constitutional right to freedom of expression was confined to “free-speech” zones. A slave may have an opinion, so long as it is not expressed where it might upset the other slaves. The Constitutional right to an armed populace, the means by which the men who set up a nation of free citizens hoped to keep them free, is under constant attack from those who fear a nation of free citizens, and who will not sleep soundly until we are a nation entirely of unarmed slaves. Armed citizens can, after all, say “NO.” That was why there was a Second Amendment, to allow the people to say “no” to those who would return them to the slavery they had so recently escaped from. The government can now search through your private records without cause and without warrant, even break into your home and not have to tell you. Simply by declaring a citizen an enemy combatant, the government can now lock up US citizens without a charge and without a lawyer. You can be prevented from traveling simply for having the wrong name. If you purchase too much gold or take home too much cash, or hoard food, the government will take notice. Talking about the Constitution is now deemed grounds to suspect you are a terrorist. The government (at all levels) has borrowed trillions of dollars and assigned payment of the debt to our children. Children not even born yet will be paying off the bills. To declare the lives of children not yet born, let alone old enough to vote, indentured to the state is slavery most obvious and odious. Can you refuse responsibility for payments on debts the government incurred without your permission? No? During the debate on TARP, more than 90% of Americans opposed using taxpayer money to help rich Wall Street con-artists escape the costly mistakes of their own making. Did Congress listen when you said “No?” Congress has borrowed so much money that it has long ago run out of gold to pledge as collateral on the debts. Starting in Nixon’s administration, natural resources were used as collateral for the mounting debts. Borrow more money; promise a chunk of public lands as collateral. These land pledges were concealed behind “Environmentalism” to disguise the real purpose. Numerous names such as “Wilderness Reserve”, “Wetland”, “Heritage River”, and so forth were used to conceal the true scale of the confiscations. But the end result was the same. Huge tracts of public land containing natural resources were walled away from the public that owned them, mortgaged to the holders of the US Government debt. We are now mere tenants on our own land. Were you able to refuse having your public lands placed at risk by the US Government to cover loans you never authorized the government to make? No? Trust funds under government control are being looted, from the Social Security trust fund to Native American trust accounts to Federal Retirement Funds. Congress pays lip service to the looting of Social Security, but considers only more taxes to cover the looted shortfall. Meanwhile, court cases over other looted trust accounts drag on without resolution. Are you able to refuse corrupt and dishonest government? No? You are a slave because the ruling class can do what they want, take what they want, and you cannot refuse. You may have freedom to decide what TV channel to watch tonight, or just which style car you will drive, but little power over the rest of your life. Even that home you have worked to pay for over the last decade can be taken from you at a moment’s notice via “eminent domain” or the “Force Majeur” clause in your mortgage agreement, or skyrocketing interest rates. Can you refuse? No? More damage is being done to our Nation by Congress who claims to be saving us from the Terrorists than by any actual terrorist act. What few remaining freedoms do we have? We are more watched, more spied on, more limited, more silenced, more taxed, and more enslaved that at any other time in our nation’s history. The priorities of the government that feeds on taxes seems focused everywhere but on those who pay those taxes. The state of the nation can be summed up by the image of homeless people camped out in front of boarded up and foreclosed homes. The United States is like that other slave empire, Rome and it is headed for the same fate. On a more practical level, with the total incompetence of this administration, sooner or later the US will wind up at war with someone who really DOES have nuclear weapons of mass destruction. The United States has allowed its manufacturing to decay over the last 30 years. Our manufacturing is gone. Even without a war, the US Government will eventually collapse as did the Soviet Union, dragged down by debt and corruption. As the final collapse looms closer, look for the looting of the nation to become even bolder than it is now. The last official act of any government before it falls is to loot the nation. We appear to be there now. EPA has been given the green light to do what cap and trade was to do without the anger of the people being directed at Congress. A rise in oil historically corresponds to an impending recession. In reference to this being connected to a devaluing dollar, this may explain only partly the rise in the price of oil, but that remains to be seen. Also, demand will go up due to developing nations’ needs. Current supply will not meet demanding needs.

A high number of farmers in India have committed suicide since being forced to plant GM cotton. Mexican farmers corn crops who have been seeded from heirloom seeds for centuries are now bastardized. It’s a sad case.

I agree with the basic premise of this author and that is that the U.S. perhaps among other nations, lives, imbibes a culture of war, so much so that the motive for war is ultimately lost on the soldier, his commanding officer and ultimately his nation.
But violence is only a word, the expression of which comes in many forms. And so yes, we live in a culture of war, because we have lost the neutralizing elements of our society against aggression. It begins with the core family, the extended family, the community, and ultimately the nation.
Has the U.S. lost its soul? Well, some have but I don’t believe the majority. I do believe like the author of my last post stated, that America and the world at large will prevail. That doesn’t mean however that the interim won’t be unprecedented with the challenges that humanity will face.
I predicted last night that tragedy of the coal mine would be propaganda for their ruin. MSNBC did a 10 second interview of a family followed by extensive coverage with pie charts, graphs, and other stats on the lobbying and safety hazards. Yes, I’m skeptical of everything anymore. I don’t live by coal mines, I don’t have first hand knowledge, I can only guess the dangers. Regardless, this is not the time for o to spin his talking points while families are grieving and men are still burried.

For first time in three years privately imported clothes, shoes enter Strip, but merchants say goods have been damaged by being held at port since 2007 and that they need more to replenish stocks
Gaza’s merchants, who imported the goods privately, said Sunday’s shipment was not enough to replenish their stocks and demanded Israel release more goods held at its ports since 2007.
“Some of it even smells bad. I can say half of the merchandise is still good, but the other half is damaged. I fear I may not be able to recoup my outlay,” importer Ziad Barbakh told Reuters while frantically inspecting his clothes shipment.
Merchants said they had to pay 2000 shekels (about $540) per month for storing their merchandise at the Israeli port of Ashdod for the last three years.
“Now they (Hamas) want to take tax as well,” said shoe trader Eyad El-Ejla.

April 5-6, 2010 — SPECIAL WMR REPORT FROM ISTANBUL, TURKEY — U.S. links to Turkish Ergenekon network revealed
Informed sources in Istanbul have told WMR that documents seized in the investigation of the Turkish “Deep State{ network, also known as Ergenekon, describe links between top Turkish military officers and top figures in the Bush administration, including Vice President Dick Cheney. The documents also show that there is an American counterpart to Turkey’s “Deep State.” Turkish sources report that former FBI Turkish and Azeri translator Sibel Edmonds stumbled upon documents revealing both the Turkish and American “deep states” but was prevented on reporting on their activities by a Turkish Ergenekon agent assigned to the FBI translation office in Washington. Edmonds was fired by the FBI after she complained that no action was being taken on wiretaps that showed the criminal activities of both nations’ “deep states.”
Revelations expose U.S. links to Ergenekon
WMR has also learned of strong links between the Kemalist (supporters of Turkish secular state founder Kemal Ataturk) Ergenekon players and major figures of the Israeli Likud Party.
The Kemalist-Likud alliance explains to a great degree the repeated presence at the U.S. embassy in Ankara of U.S. diplomatic officials who are also close to the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
Chief among the U.S. diplomats who have served the interests of Ergenekon and AIPAC is Marc Grossman, the U.S. ambassador to Ankara from 1994 to 1997 and the GW Bush administration’s Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs who was one of the first Bush officials to leak to Turkish intelligence agents the fact that CIA nuclear counterproliferation covert agent Valerie Plame Wilson’s Brewster Jennings & Associates energy consulting company was a CIA brass plate operation.
WMR has also learned that Grossman and his chief military aide in Ankara Major Douglas Dickerson were asked to leave Turkey after it was learned that they were working with Ergenekon Turkish military and intelligence agents to overthrow the Azerbaijan government of President Haydar Aliyev, who was considered too pro-Russian. Dickerson’s wife, Melek Can Dickerson, was Edmonds’s co-worker at the FBI’s translation shop who was marking intercepted Ergenekon-related conversations as “unimportant.” WMR has learned from Turkish sources that Melek Can Dickerson was placed in the FBI’s unit top ensure tba that Grossman’s and her her husband’s roles in working with Ergenekon remained secret.
Furthermore, Grossman and Dickerson, while at the US embassy in Ankara, were linked to the Susurluk scandal, an operation between Turkish military officers and criminal syndicates that exposed the linkage between the Turkish military and several “false flag” assassinations and terrorist bombings that were blamed on the Kurdish Worker’s Party (PKK). The Susurluk scandal was exposed on November 3, 1996, when a Mercedes 600 SEL crashed in Susurluk in Balikesir province. In the trunk was discovered weapons, drugs, cash, listening devices, and Turkish diplomatic passports. The same network involved in the Susurluk incident were, according to our sources, working with Grossman and Dickerson at the U.S. embassy in Ankara to depose Aliyev in Baku and install Ebulfeyz Elchibey in his place. At the same time, Richard Armitage, who also figured in the outing of Valerie Plame, was the head of the U.S.-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce, which had among its advisers Richard Perle. Dickersion eventually began working for Perle’s colleague Douglas Feith at the Pentagon, according to our sources.
Another member of the U.S. AIPAC faction tied to the Kemalists in Turkey was Eric Edelman, the U.S. ambassador in Ankara between 2003 and 2005. His major task was to ensure that U.S. and Israeli links to Ergenekon were not exposed. Edelman served as Vice President Dick Cheney’s Principal Deputy Assistant to the Vice President for National Security Affairs from February 2001 to July 2003. WMR has also learned from Turkish sources that the principal players in the Susurluk scandal, including those planning to overthrow Aliyev in Azerbaijan, were supported by Cheney while he was the chief of Halliburton, a major player in Azerbaijan’s oil industry and a backer of Armitage’s U.S.-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce. Azerbaijan was the origination point for the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline and Halliburton was a key contractor.
The revelations that Cheney was involved in a plot by Turkish military officers and criminal syndicates to carry out false flag terrorist attacks and assassinations of Turkish citizens would presage Cheney’s similar operations while he was Vice President, including the most infamous false flag attack of all time: 9/11.

I came across this newspaper the other day. It has pictures of the birth defects in Gaza due to the weapons that Israel has used on them. It is like the images I saw of the Iraqi children (except some of them were much worse, grotesque in fact). These are nothing less than crimes against humanity.
I hope after Madsen is back his news spreads far and wide of the U.S. and Israel’s link in trying to overthrow the Turkey government and 9/11. I hope we’ve turned a corner. As I said before, Cheney should be in prison.

I have read a couple of books on The Federal Reserve and the monetary system last year – Creature from Jekyll Island and The Web of Debt. Both are excellent!
I’ve also watched a number of youtube videos a couple of years ago on the history of our monetary system and the evolution of the “note” – known as the dollar bill. Some of the info I posted on CW’s site. It was dismissed. Too involved with the birth certificate issue.
I own the DVD Money Masters – it’s great! I own Russo’s Freedom to Fascism movie – another great one about the IRS and the Federal Reserve and the NWO plan. I’ve watched untold numbers of videos on Youtube about money and debt.
What was missing for me was the info about the Common Law and Admiralty Law. I have heard a guest on Alex’s show before discussing Admiralty Law and the fact they can’t carry firearms – which I thought was odd due to the situation with the pirates, but I didn’t realize we were operating under that law.

Tim Turner has done this to Judges and they HAD to be removed from the bench because their bond was taken and once that happens you can not just obtain another bond. Those Judges are done! They can never be a Judge again! This is the same thing they just did to the governors. They are now under a bond by the People and they have to governern under the constitution now. If they don’t then they will be arrested. That is where the military will step in and remove them.
This is a process like anything else. The main thing is they want this done peacefully and behind the scenes so not to upset the masses of People. Can you imagine if the fraud he was exposing got out to the masses? There would be a major uprising from the people wanting to lynch these politicians! That is the last thing they want to see happen. Think of all the thousands of people that have been victims of their fraud and prosecuted under their fraud and the number of lives destroyed over the years. The last thing they want is to have this get out to the public on a grand scale and create an uprising.
Give it time. If this will work you will start to notice changes within the next 30 days. This is a 8 – 10 year process before everything is completely restored. But a lot of major things are suppose to happen over the next 30 days. We will see if any governors decide to step down in the next 30 days or if they all comply or whatever. In 30 days from now we will know whether this is really working or not.

It is the largest domestic oil discovery since Prudhoe Bay on the North Slope of Alaska. He has first hand knowledge about Prudhoe Bay, acting as Chaplain on the N. Alaska pipeline. His elite intel told him they will NEVER drill/produce oil from either of these two places. Never ever. It’s all by design. As we know Congress passed legislation prohibiting production of the Bakken reserve. They (the elite) do not want America to be able to produce anything out of the ground that would result in wealth.
When war breaks out, and it will, overnight gasoline prices will rise to $4-$10 per gallon.

A recent phone conversation Lindsey had with same elite – name unknown – asked why the price of oil was going up since the plan was to keep it at $60-70 p barrel. Answer was something like “Silly rabbit, the price of oil is the same, the value of the dollar is going down down down.” So, Lindsey’s insight was to watch the barrel price as the gauge for the devaluation of our dollar. This appears to be what we’re seeing now.

I’ve heard that clip and I didn’t read as much into it as others did. It is no secret that his father was Kenyan. So, to say it’s his home country I took to mean nothing more than he has “blood line” connections. I don’t know who MO was addressing, but she could have been using it to garner points. Especially now that we are heavily involved in war in Africa right now. It’s not getting any press.

Just finished wastching the series of Eustace Mullins, love that name Eustace, and found it as mesmerizing as I did Ms. Griggs interview. The information they share so freely and matter a factly is a sign of one who has aged and know their days are numbered. Brave souls they are/were. Regarding the Byrd machine here in Virginia. I was a little one living in Alexandria then so have no recollection whatsoever. That said, however, what I’ve heard anectodally is the long arm that machine had. The budget conferee process I’m readying to fight is a remnant of the old Byrd machine. It was intentionally designed to keep, hold and use power to rule over the interested. It’s one of the few remnants that are left. I’m sure there are others I’m just not aware of them.

Why, when suits are filed against the federal regime does the judge always rule in favor of the United States? When you read 12 Statutes at Large 319, you will have your answer. They have never repealed this statute. The codes in Title 28, and Title 50 that pertain to seizure, have their source as this Statute at Large. If you read 12 Statutes at Large 319 you will see that the people of the southern states and all others sympathetic to the south were declared “Enemies of the State.” The State of course being the United States and not the individual States of the Union. The Bank of England caused Washington to create the First bank of the United States in 1791 for the purpose of controlling the money. It then ran into a problem in 1846 when the Independent Treasury was created by the U.S. and the States to protect their own money. President Lincoln then made us the enemy of the Government (State) by 12 Stat 319 in 1862 and Congress continued to keep the status quo by the creation of the Reconstruction Acts in 1867. Then in 1868 the 14th Amendment placed the people of both the north and south under the control of the military rule. The “other” banking system, after gaining a foothold in 1913 by the creation of the Federal Reserve System, caused the demise of the Independent Treasury. To complete the enemy status, Roosevelt finalized us as enemies of the bank in 48 Stat 1, March 9, 1933. It is the Congress that has enslaved the people of this country in order to placate the international bankers of the Federal Reserve System and to hell with the American People. I have written about this before but never included the actual Statute at Large. It is below. I WILL CAPITALIZE those words that the government is using today to allow the destruction of our freedom. Congress wrote this Statute during the Civil War, but the important words do not pertain to only the Civil War. In passing the Reconstruction Acts Congress reversed the roles of the people and the government. In other words, the people became the slaves of Congress. This is why Congress never repealed this Statute. It allows Congress to use the statutory words of reconstruction to rule the people with an iron hand. This Statute is the root of all our problems today, whether they are drugs, taxes, property condemnation, healthcare, open borders etc. THIRTY-SEVENTH CONGRESS, Ses. I. Ca. 60, 61. 1861. Chap. LX.–An Act to confiscate Property used for insurrectionary Purposes. The Social Security number plays but a small part in the overall scheme. Before the number existed, your lineage were considered the enemy under the 1867 Reconstruction Acts and you, being their heirs, are still the enemy today. The total object from the 1791 Act by Washington, to the 1933 act by Roosevelt was to totally control the money and the labor of the American people. 2010– Year of the Slave or Year of Liberty You are a slave. You probably do not realize it, but you are. Movies and public schools portray slaves as bound by chains and beaten with whips, creating a polarized image of slavery that can be pointed to with the comment, “You are not like that, therefore you are not a slave.” But history shows that slaves have been treated in all manner of ways, some more cruel than others. Even with kind treatment, a slave remains a slave. Setting aside the stereotyped image of a slave as a bleeding chain-bound wretch, slaves throughout history are often hard to recognize. In some cases, such as the Medieval Serfs, they were held slaves to the rulers by religious belief, and did not see themselves as slaves even though they were treated as such. The favored slaves of Asian potentates wore jewels to make a movie star gasp, yet were still slaves for all their finery and comfort. So, what is a slave? How do we define a slave? What test do we use to tell if someone is a slave? What makes them different from free people? Free people can say “no”. Free people can refuse demands for their money, time, and children. Slaves cannot. There is no freedom without the freedom to say “no”. If someone demands that you do something and you can say “no” and refuse to do it, then you are a free human being. If you can be forced to do something or surrender something that you do not wish to, then you are a slave. No other test need be applied. Freedom is the freedom to say “NO.” The rulers want our children for their future wars. Legislation for a draft is already in Congress. Can you refuse the confiscation of your children? No? Congress has passed legislation for a “voluntary” national service program. It is being called “voluntary” to get around the 13th amendment, but volunteerism implies a choice, and no choice is being offered here. The government has been caught lying over and over again to the people. Americans are the most lied-to people on Earth. Can you refuse to be lied to? Can you punish the liars? No? By 2003 the chains started to become visible. The Constitutional right to freedom of expression was confined to “free-speech” zones. A slave may have an opinion, so long as it is not expressed where it might upset the other slaves. The Constitutional right to an armed populace, the means by which the men who set up a nation of free citizens hoped to keep them free, is under constant attack from those who fear a nation of free citizens, and who will not sleep soundly until we are a nation entirely of unarmed slaves. Armed citizens can, after all, say “NO.” That was why there was a Second Amendment, to allow the people to say “no” to those who would return them to the slavery they had so recently escaped from. Other Constitutional rights and protections have been set aside. The government can now search through your private records without cause and without warrant, even break into your home and not have to tell you. Simply by declaring a citizen an enemy combatant, the government can now lock up US citizens without a charge and without a lawyer. You can be prevented from traveling simply for having the wrong name. If you purchase too much gold or take home too much cash, or hoard food, the government will take notice. Talking about the Constitution is now deemed grounds to suspect you are a terrorist. The government (at all levels) has borrowed trillions of dollars and assigned payment of the debt to our children. Children not even born yet will be paying off the bills. To declare the lives of children not yet born, let alone old enough to vote, indentured to the state is slavery most obvious and odious. Can you refuse responsibility for payments on debts the government incurred without your permission? No? During the debate on TARP, more than 90% of Americans opposed using taxpayer money to help rich Wall Street con-artists escape the costly mistakes of their own making. Did Congress listen when you said “No?” Congress has borrowed so much money that it has long ago run out of gold to pledge as collateral on the debts. Starting in Nixon’s administration, natural resources were used as collateral for the mounting debts. Borrow more money; promise a chunk of public lands as collateral. These land pledges were concealed behind “Environmentalism” to disguise the real purpose. Numerous names such as “Wilderness Reserve”, “Wetland”, “Heritage River”, and so forth were used to conceal the true scale of the confiscations. But the end result was the same. Huge tracts of public land containing natural resources were walled away from the public that owned them, mortgaged to the holders of the US Government debt. We are now mere tenants on our own land. Were you able to refuse having your public lands placed at risk by the US Government to cover loans you never authorized the government to make? No? Trust funds under government control are being looted, from the Social Security trust fund to Native American trust accounts to Federal Retirement Funds. Congress pays lip service to the looting of Social Security, but considers only more taxes to cover the looted shortfall. Meanwhile, court cases over other looted trust accounts drag on without resolution. Are you able to refuse corrupt and dishonest government? No? You are a slave because the ruling class can do what they want, take what they want, and you cannot refuse. You may have freedom to decide what TV channel to watch tonight, or just which style car you will drive, but little power over the rest of your life. Even that home you have worked to pay for over the last decade can be taken from you at a moment’s notice via “eminent domain” or the “Force Majeur” clause in your mortgage agreement, or skyrocketing interest rates. Can you refuse? No? More damage is being done to our Nation by Congress who claims to be saving us from the Terrorists than by any actual terrorist act. What few remaining freedoms do we have? We are more watched, more spied on, more limited, more silenced, more taxed, and more enslaved that at any other time in our nation’s history. The priorities of the government that feeds on taxes seems focused everywhere but on those who pay those taxes. The state of the nation can be summed up by the image of homeless people camped out in front of boarded up and foreclosed homes. The United States is like that other slave empire, Rome and it is headed for the same fate. On a more practical level, with the total incompetence of this administration, sooner or later the US will wind up at war with someone who really DOES have nuclear weapons of mass destruction. That this is what the government expects is witnessed by the numerous underground facilities which have been built or upgraded in recent years. You paid for them, but you won’t be allowed in them. The United States has allowed its manufacturing to decay over the last 30 years. Our manufacturing is gone. In a major war, we lack the industrial capacity to sustain the kind of production of war material needed to prevail in a prolonged conflict. With our economy on the brink of default, our next war will likely be our last. Even without a war, the US Government will eventually collapse as did the Soviet Union, dragged down by debt and corruption. As the final collapse looms closer, look for the looting of the nation to become even bolder than it is now. The last official act of any government before it falls is to loot the nation. We appear to be there now. EPA has been given the green light to do what cap and trade was to do without the anger of the people being directed at Congress. Obamacare, it is said, will cause the loss of millions of jobs, ruin our healthcare delivery system and bankrupt and kill the people. And now the ultimate treason is about to unfold. Talks of uniting the United States with Canada and Mexico to create the “North American Union” have resumed behind closed doors. Congress is going to give America away to make the bankers richer. A rise in oil historically corresponds to an impending recession. In reference to this being connected to a devaluing dollar, this may explain only partly the rise in the price of oil, but that remains to be seen. Also, demand will go up due to developing nations’ needs. Current supply will not meet demanding needs.

I know this was hard to see. But, this is a sobering reality for all of us. We only see what the government/media want us to see. And we go about our daily lives as if everything is fine. It isn’t! It hasn’t been for a very long time.
I know these men/women and their families are weary. And, yet there’s more demand being put on them for the new war in Africa, the looming threat in Iran and something is brewing in the Latin America countries. There is NO threat to the United States. Hasn’t been since WWII, and that’s being questioned now by historians. These are wars by and for the Zionist bankers. We are all weary from the drain – physical, mentally, and financial – but no doubt those on the front line are more so. And what of lifetime injuries that are sustained? And the effects of the fallout that’s been left behind for future generations?

The challenge JM, at least as I see it, is this, here we our young men shooting and killing entirely innocent group of men. When one was attempting to save himself, our guys made sure he didn’t make it as well as the innocent Iraqi’s in the van. Here is my challenge. Do I show such a video w/o explanation or w/a distorted view or do I accept that this occurred by our men/women who truly believed, according to the audio, that they believed these individuals were danger to the mission.
I nor you are privvy to the info the soldiers were given prior to when we started watching the video and listening to the commands. None of us can possibly understand these soldiers mindset. Based on my virgin view, yes, they overstepped, but I’ll bet you a dollar they wouldn’t think so. Why? B/c were not there. We haven’t an understanding of what it feels like to live in such an atmosphere again and again and again.

you don’t have to show the video. That isn’t why I posted it. It is viral right now on the Net and I think for good reason. I can’t help but wonder about the timing of this. I wonder if the troops aren’t “crying out” for all to hear and this kind of exposure they hope will help their plight. Otherwise, the illegal government continues to rotate them with no reprieve and certainly no guarantee of a better life after war.
I think the thing that makes this one so important, is the cover up by higher ups and the outright lies that were told about the incident. The guys in the video have no control over that. Aren’t we all coming to grips with the lies and deceit?
Having said that, I’m reminded of the pro football player’s death, Pat Tillman, that was also covered up because he threatened to expose the real reason for the war in Afghanistan. He died at the hands of his own men.

I agree with the basic premise of this author and that is that the U.S. perhaps among other nations, lives, imbibes a culture of war, so much so that the motive for war is ultimately lost on the soldier, his commanding officer and ultimately his nation.
But violence is only a word, the expression of which comes in many forms. And so yes, we live in a culture of war, because we have lost the neutralizing elements of our society against aggression. It begins with the core family, the extended family, the community, and ultimately the nation.
Has the U.S. lost its soul? Well, some have but I don’t believe the majority. I do believe like the author of my last post stated, that America and the world at large will prevail. That doesn’t mean however that the interim won’t be unprecedented with the challenges that humanity will face.

I predicted last night that tragedy of the coal mine would be propaganda for their ruin. MSNBC did a 10 second interview of a family followed by extensive coverage with pie charts, graphs, and other stats on the lobbying and safety hazards. Yes, I’m skeptical of everything anymore. I don’t live by coal mines, I don’t have first hand knowledge, I can only guess the dangers. Regardless, this is not the time for o to spin his talking points while families are grieving and men are still burried.

I wouldn’t refer to yourself as skeptical any longer. You are CLUED IN. INFORMED. That’s where you want to be. It’s refreshing. You aren’t “hooked” by headlines and the controlled media.
