The Staunton Newsleader, Eustace Mullins hometown, printed an obituary calling him a White Supremacist yet when I clicked on the link to read it, gone. Poof. Scrub-a-dub-dub. Why? You know what, we already know the answer to that question so why bother. Small minds.)
Eustace Mullins came into my life less than a month ago. I’d never heard of him before a poster here at The T-Room encouraged me to watch an interview b/w him and a Mr. Piper. The blogger, JustMe, is a researcher who posts in-depth educational links here in the Opinion Section for others benefit. We’ve grown close over this last year and I proudly dedicate this post to her, my Sis.

After watching the Eustace Mullins and Mr. Piper’s 10 Part series on YouTube (see below), I began to research more. What I’ve learned is this – his work touched on the con artists known as the elite of our country, his life was threatened numerous times, his character has been assassinated out of ignorance and that he is the Greatest Man of our Time. White supremacist? Give me a break. Simply because this American was intelligent enough to be able to differentiate between a Zionist and a Jew doesn’t make him a racist or an anti Semitist. All one needs to do is read is works to know he was neither a racist nor an anti Semitist. I’m not attempting to be a revisionist here. His words speak for themselves and the facts he’s compiled to educate you and me speak for themselves.
Allow me the honor to introduce to you, Mr. Eustace Mullins –
In 1949, while I was visiting Ezra Pound who was a political prisoner at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Washington, D.C. (a Federal institution for the insane), Dr. Pound asked me if I had ever heard of the Federal Reserve System. I replied that I had not, as of the age of 25. He then showed me a ten dollar bill marked “Federal Reserve Note” and asked me if I would do some research at the Library of Congress on the Federal Reserve System which had issued this bill. Pound was unable to go to the Library himself, as he was being held without trial as a political prisoner by the United States government. After he was denied broadcasting time in the U.S., Dr. Pound broadcast from Italy in an effort to persuade people of the United States not to enter World War II. Franklin D. Roosevelt had personally ordered Pound’s indictment, spurred by the demands of his three personal assistants, Harry Dexter White, Lauchlin Currie, and Alger Hiss, all of whom were subsequently identified as being connected with Communist espionage.
Secrets of the Federal Reserve
I had no interest in money or banking as a subject, because I was working on a novel. Pound offered to supplement my income by ten dollars a week for a few weeks. My initial research revealed evidence of an international banking group which had secretly planned the writing of the Federal Reserve Act and Congress’ enactment of the plan into law. These findings confirmed what Pound had long suspected. He said, “You must work on it as a detective story.” I was fortunate in having my research at the Library of Congress directed by a prominent scholar, George Stimpson, founder of the National Press Club, who was described by The New York Times of September 28, 1952: “Beloved by Washington newspapermen as ‘our walking Library of Congress’, Mr. Stimpson was a highly regarded reference source in the Capitol. Government officials, Congressmen and reporters went to him for information on any subject.”
I did research four hours each day at the Library of Congress, and went to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in the afternoon. Pound and I went over the previous day’s notes. I then had dinner with George Stimpson at Scholl’s Cafeteria while he went over my material, and I then went back to my room to type up the corrected notes. Both Stimpson and Pound made many suggestions in guiding me in a field in which I had no previous experience. When Pound’s resources ran low, I applied to the Guggenheim Foundation, Huntington Hartford Foundation, and other foundations to complete my research on the Federal Reserve. Even though my foundation applications were sponsored by the three leading poets of America, Ezra Pound, E.E. Cummings, and Elizabeth Bishop, all of the foundations refused to sponsor this research. I then wrote up my findings to date, and in 1950 began efforts to market this manuscript in New York. Eighteen publishers turned it down without comment, but the nineteenth, Devin Garrity, president of Devin Adair Publishing Company, gave me some friendly advice in his office. “I like your book, but we can’t print it,” he told me. “Neither can anybody else in New York. Why don’t you bring in a prospectus for your novel, and I think we can give you an advance. You may as well forget about getting the Federal Reserve book published. I doubt if it could ever be printed.”
This was devastating news, coming after two years of intensive work. I reported back to Pound, and we tried to find a publisher in other parts of the country. After two years of fruitless submissions, the book was published in a small edition in 1952 by two of Pound’s disciples, John Kasper and David Horton, using their private funds, under the title Mullins on the Federal Reserve. In 1954, a second edition, with unauthorized alterations, was published in New Jersey, as The Federal Reserve Conspiracy. In 1955, Guido Roeder brought out a German edition in Oberammergau, Germany. The book was seized and the entire edition of 10,000 copies burned by government agents led by Dr. Otto John.
The burning of the book was upheld April 21, 1961 by judge Israel Katz of the Bavarian Supreme Court. The U.S. Government refused to intervene, because U.S. High Commissioner to Germany, James B. Conant (president of Harvard University 1933 to 1953), had approved the initial book burning order. This is the only book which has been burned in Germany since World War II. In 1968 a pirated edition of this book appeared in California. Both the FBI and the U.S. Postal inspectors refused to act, despite numerous complaints from me during the next decade. In 1980 a new German edition appeared. Because the U.S. Government apparently no longer dictated the internal affairs of Germany, the identical book which had been burned in 1955 now circulates in Germany without interference.
I had collaborated on several books with Mr. H.L. Hunt and he suggested that I should continue my long-delayed research on the Federal Reserve and bring out a more definitive version of this book. I had just signed a contract to write the authorized biography of Ezra Pound, and the Federal Reserve book had to be postponed. Mr. Hunt passed away before I could get back to my research, and once again I faced the problem of financing research for the book.
My original book had traced and named the shadowy figures in the United States who planned the Federal Reserve Act. I now discovered that the men whom I exposed in 1952 as the shadowy figures behind the operation of the Federal Reserve System were themselves shadows, the American fronts for the unknown figures who became known as the “London Connection.” I found that notwithstanding our successes in the Wars of Independence of 1812 against England, we remained an economic and financial colony of Great Britain. For the first time, we located the original stockholders of the Federal Reserve Banks and traced their parent companies to the London Connection.
This research is substantiated by citations and documentation from hundreds of newspapers, periodicals and books and charts showing blood, marriage, and business relationships. More than a thousand issues of The New York Times on microfilm have been checked not only for original information, but verification of statements from other sources.
It is a truism of the writing profession that a writer has only one book within him. This seems applicable in my case, because I am now in the fifth decade of continuous writing on a single subject, the inside story of the Federal Reserve System. This book was from its inception commissioned and guided by Ezra Pound. Four of his protégés have previously been awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature, William Butler Yeats for his later poetry, James Joyce for “Ulysses”, Ernest Hemingway for “The Sun Also Rises”, and T.S. Elliot for “The Waste Land”. Pound played a major role in the inspiration and in the editing of these works–which leads us to believe that this present work, also inspired by Pound, represents an ongoing literary tradition.
Although this book in its inception was expected to be a tortuous work on economic and monetary techniques, it soon developed into a story of such universal and dramatic appeal that from the outset, Ezra Pound urged me to write it as a detective story, a genre which was invented by my fellow Virginian, Edgar Allan Poe. I believe that the continuous circulation of this book during the past forty years has not only exonerated Ezra Pound for his much condemned political and monetary statements, but also that it has been, and will continue to be, the ultimate weapon against the powerful conspirators who compelled him to serve thirteen and a half years without trial, as a political prisoner held in an insane asylum a la KGB. His earliest vindication came when the government agents who represented the conspirators refused to allow him to testify in his own defense; the second vindication came in 1958 when these same agents dropped all charges against him, and he walked out of St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, a free man once more. His third and final vindication is this work, which documents every aspect of his exposure of the ruthless international financiers to whom Ezra Pound became but one more victim, doomed to serve years as the Man in the Iron Mask, because he had dared to alert his fellow-Americans to their furtive acts of treason against all people of the United States.
In my lectures throughout this nation, and in my appearances on many radio and television programs, I have sounded the toxin that the Federal Reserve System is not Federal; it has no reserves; and it is not a system at all, but rather, a criminal syndicate. From November, 1910, when the conspirators met on Jekyll Island, Georgia, to the present time, the machinations of the Federal Reserve bankers have been shrouded in secrecy. Today, that secrecy has cost the American people a three trillion dollar debt, with annual interest payments to these bankers amounting to some three hundred billion dollars per year, sums which stagger the imagination, and which in themselves are ultimately unpayable. Officials of the Federal Reserve System routinely issue remonstrances to the public, much as the Hindu fakir pipes an insistent tune to the dazed cobra which sways its head before him, not to resolve the situation, but to prevent it from striking him. Such was the soothing letter written by Donald J. Winn, Assistant to the Board of Governors in response to an inquiry by a Congressman, the Honorable Norman D. Shumway, on March 10, 1983. Mr. Winn states that “The Federal Reserve System was established by an act of Congress in 1913 and is not a ‘private corporation’.” On the next page, Mr. Winn continues, “The stock of the Federal Reserve Banks is held entirely by commercial banks that are members of the Federal Reserve System.” He offers no explanation as to why the government has never owned a single share of stock in any Federal Reserve Bank, or why the Federal Reserve System is not a “private corporation” when all of its stock is owned by “private corporations”.
American history in the twentieth century has recorded the amazing achievements of the Federal Reserve bankers. First, the outbreak of World War I, which was made possible by the funds available from the new central bank of the United States. Second, the Agricultural Depression of 1920. Third, the Black Friday Crash on Wall Street of October, 1929 and the ensuing Great Depression. Fourth, World War II. Fifth, the conversion of the assets of the United States and its citizens from real property to paper assets from 1945 to the present, transforming a victorious America and foremost world power in 1945 to the world’s largest debtor nation in 1990. Today, this nation lies in economic ruins, devastated and destitute, in much the same dire straits in which Germany and Japan found themselves in 1945. Will Americans act to rebuild our nation, as Germany and Japan have done when they faced the identical conditions which we now face–or will we continue to be enslaved by the Babylonian debt money system which was set up by the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 to complete our total destruction? This is the only question which we have to answer, and we do not have much time left to answer it.
Because of the depth and the importance of the information which I had developed at the Library of Congress under the tutelage of Ezra Pound, this work became the happy hunting ground for many other would-be historians, who were unable to research this material for themselves. Over the past four decades, I have become accustomed to seeing this material appear in many other books, invariably attributed to other writers, with my name never mentioned. To add insult to injury, not only my material, but even my title has been appropriated, in a massive, if obtuse, work called “Secrets of the Temple–the Federal Reserve”. This heavily advertised book received reviews ranging from incredulous to hilarious. Forbes Magazine advised its readers to read their review and save their money, pointing out that “a reader will discover no secrets” and that “This is one of those books whose fanfares far exceed their merit.” This was not accidental, as this overblown whitewash of the Federal Reserve bankers was published by the most famous nonbook publisher in the world.
After my initial shock at discovering that the most influential literary personality of the twentieth century, Ezra Pound, was imprisoned in “the Hellhole” in Washington, I immediately wrote for assistance to a Wall Street financier at whose estate I had frequently been a guest. I reminded him that as a patron of the arts, he could not afford to allow Pound to remain in such inhuman captivity. His reply shocked me even more. He wrote back that “your friend can well stay where he is.” It was some years before I was able to understand that, for this investment banker and his colleagues, Ezra Pound would always be “the enemy”.

As I clearly stated above, We, the American People, have been robbed blind by the CORPORATE OWNERS of the Federal Reserve Banking system. The original owners were Rockefeller, Warburg, Rothschild and Schiff. A few others bought in shortly thereafter. These con men didn’t just one day dream up the idea of starting a Central Bank in the US. No, the groundwork was laid before President Abraham Lincoln even took office. Remember, the Civil War was fought because the Southern States refused to pay taxes of any kind to the government of the District of Columbia. Following the War, America was broke (shaking my head, when have we seen this before?)
The Forty-First Congress met to address this grave concern and after being bamboozled by foreign bankers who assured remedy, the Forty-First Congress, in all their wisdom, passed the Act of 1871 effectively destroying the Republic.
This Act changed the hundred square miles of the District of Columbia into a CORPORATION thereby rendering the original Constitution FOR the United States of America dead. The Act of 1871 inserted new language that today reads the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Two obvious items to make note of - first changing the word FOR the USA to OF the USA, and secondly, using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS which one would only see in corporate law.
What does this mean to you and me? Well, maybe nothing for some of you. Here’s a little story. I had a close friend ask me several months ago, Helen, why does the Constitution matter so much to you? What’s the big deal? Horrified by even being asked this question by an individual who worked in Democratic circles since I first met her, I simply stated that it is the law of the land. It is from this document we the people are guaranteed our civil liberties. Immediately the subject was changed. It was as if the Constitution was just an old piece of paper and lacked any meaning.
As I was stating, The Act of 1871 changed our Republic form of government where our representatives once listened to the sovereign people TO a CORPORATION where our representatives took orders from their new CORPORATE owners (ever wonder why Congresses approval ratings keep heading to the sewer, well now you know.)
These thugs had only begun to implement their devious plan. They had to lay the groundwork for the next phase AND they had to make sure they had the right leaders in power. Patience and long-term strategy are the hallmarks of this cabal. Apparently, mastering the diabolical plan is part and parcel of these families inheritance.
So, in 1909, the cabal hired President William Howard Taft who did their bidding and made sure passage and ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment was accomplished -

“To solve an impasse during the 1909 tariff debate, Taft proposed income taxes for corporations and a constitutional amendment to remove the apportionment requirement for taxes on incomes from property (taxes on dividends, interest, and rents), on June 16, 1909.[30] His proposed tax on corporate net income was 1% on net profits over $5,000. It was designated an excise on the privilege of doing business as a corporation whose stockholders enjoyed the privilege of limited liability, and not a tax on incomes as such. In 1911, the Supreme Court, in Flint v. Stone Tracy Co., upheld the tax. Receipts grew from $21 million in the fiscal year 1910 to $34.8 million in 1912.
In July 1909, a proposed amendment to remove the apportionment requirement was passed unanimously in the Senate and by a vote of 318 to 14 in the House. It was quickly ratified by the states, and on February 3, 1913, it became a part of the Constitution as the Sixteenth Amendment, just as Taft was leaving office.”
However, Taft must have done something to piss off his corporate masters, because they made sure the people fired him in 1913 (put Roosevelt in as a third candidate to peel off votes from Taft who came in third) and put in their next puppet progressive President Woodrow Wilson. It was under Wilson we got the Federal Reserve Act.

Rumor has it, that when a Rockefeller reaches the age of 21 he automatically receives a trust fund worth $2 BILLION DOLLARS. $2 BILLION DOLLARS! HELLO. Something is really wrong with this picture…ya think. And guess who’s paying that money – yep, we who were once sovereign are now the debtors who pay our taxes, own no property all to fund their wars, technology, travel, lifestyle, all of the above, suckers is who we are!
Of course Eustace Mullins would never be so trite, because he was a gentleman who simply wanted you and me to know how we’ve become slaves to the CORPORATE cabal. Information is power. Education is even more powerful. I beg each of you who are reading this to take the time to learn what Eustace wanted so badly to teach all of us. It appears he may have even given his life to educate us about this most diabolical story, and the greatest gift WE can ever give to him is to read his work. Do everyone a favor and bother yourself to read and watch one of his last interviews.
Final word, because of Eustace Mullins meticulous investigative work, many in the Patriot movement awoke long ago to devise a plan to take back our sovereignty. Thank God someone was awake! Rumor has it such activities are unfolding on this very day that you and I will learn soon. You may recall the recent story propagandized by your favorite news outlet that stated 30 Governor’s received a letter from a right-winged extremist group telling them to resign. The only truth in what has been reported is the word “Governor” and “received a”. Truth is, ALL 50 GOVERNOR’S (notice the upper case letters) received an 80 page packet which includes a declaration for them to sign or not, their choice, to return their respective states back to a Constitution FOR the United States. We’ll see what these CORPORATE GOVERNOR’S will choose to do in the coming weeks. Stay tuned. Much is happening at levels we know little about, but will in due time.
So, if things turnaround like these Peaceful Patriots has planned, you can begin by thanking Eustace Mullins and Ezra Pound for their work which lead to great suffering at the hands of these con artists. All I know, is we could certainly use more Eustace Mullins and Ezra Pound’s in our world today. Maybe we should start a new Party and name it after these two souls. I think it’s time.
May you rest in peace, Sir, your work is done. It is now our work to finish the job. Oh, and we will finish the job.

George W. Bush ‘knew Guantánamo prisoners were innocent’
George W. Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld covered up that hundreds of innocent men were sent to the Guantánamo Bay prison camp because they feared that releasing them would harm the push for war in Iraq and the broader War on Terror, according to a new document obtained by The Times.
The accusations were made by Lawrence Wilkerson, a top aide to Colin Powell, the former Republican Secretary of State, in a signed declaration to support a lawsuit filed by a Guantánamo detainee. It is the first time that such allegations have been made by a senior member of the Bush Administration

GAZA IN BLACKOUT AS ISRAELI BLOCKADE CONTINUES
The only power plant in the blockaded Gaza Strip has shut down as a crippling Israeli closure keeps the impoverished region stripped of much needed fuel.
The facility was forces to close on Friday, following a week of limited fuel imports and Israeli authorities’ refusal to open any border-crossings.
Palestinian liaison official Raed Fattouh confirmed the closure of all crossings and that they were expected to remain closed for Saturday as well.
That would mean the populated enclave will dip in a blackout for the next three days until fuel supplies are allowed and transported to the power plant.
The Gaza Strip has been under a paralyzing Israeli siege since 2007 when the democratically elected Hamas-led Palestinian government had to limit its rule to the coastal sliver, while the Western-backed Fatah mounted its own government in the West Bank.
Israel maintained the blockade during and after its devastating military offensive on the Gaza Strip which left more than 1,400 Palestinians, mostly civilians, killed and thousands of others injured.
Three weeks of relentless aerial bombardments and ground incursions devastated much of the region’s infrastructure and leveled scores of residential and office buildings.
Gaza still lies in ruin as Israel prevents the delivery of the materials needed for the reconstruction into the Palestinian territory.

The behavior of Israel against the folks in Gaza is despicable. Absolutely despicable. As is the treasonous behavior of 300 congressmen/women that support Netanyahu, the people of Gaza live with out fuel and electricity at the bloody hands of Israe. I feel we’ve turned a corner. I feel a shift in my gut. So much is coming to the fore right now. With more and more evidence coming out, there can be no more denial. The latest, on the heels of the Reuters photographers being shot down, is a HIGH LEVEL aid of Collin Powell who testified to this fact.
Gitmo was a prison used for rendition. There are many “black” site prisons like Gitmo scattered around for that purpose. Diego Garcia Island is another big site for these prisoners of value.
The one guy they say is the “mastermind” of 9/11 KSM confessed only after being water boarded 150+ times in addition to having his children flown to Gitmo and tortured in front of him. This is why I was hopeful that O would try this in the public court in NYC. The evidence would be different than what is necessary for Military Tribunal.
Prairie, did you see the Dr. Alan Sobrosky video I posted here a few threads back? THAT video is explosive news. He is the former director of the Army War College, among other accolades, and bluntly states that Israel is behind 9/11.

that’s all you can do is put it out there. Some will continue to stay in their state of denial – it’s safe there they believe – though they may venture out later – others who are the real truth seekers will have a look right away. They may not like what they see and it may force them to reframe a few things in their mind/brain/head, which isn’t necessarily easy. But…as you say, “let the truth be told.” I believe there are many people stepping forward right now. Timing is uncanny, too.
I, by chance, tuned in to a new talk show last night and hear an interview by an author Jeff Gates discussing his new book about the relationship of U.S. with Israel. A respected and established voice in the intelligence community, his views were eagerly accepted, and Dov went from his position at Systems Planning Corporation to become the Comptroller of the Pentagon in May 2001. (2) Perhaps not so coincidentally, it was an SPC subsidiary, TRIDATA CORPORATION, that oversaw the investigation after the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in 1993.
SPC, according to their official website, specializes in many areas of defense technology production and manufacture, including a system developed by their Radar Physics Group called the Flight Termination System, or FTS.(3) This is a system used to destroy target drones (craft that would be fired on by test aircraft or weaponry) in the event of malfunction or “misses”. This highly sophisticated war-game technology allows the control of several ‘drones’ from a remote location, on varying frequencies, and has a range of several hundred miles. This technology can be used on many different types of aircraft, including large passenger jets.
According to the SPC website (4), a recent customer at that time was Eglin AFB, located in Florida. Eglin is very near another Air Force base in Florida-MacDill AFB, where Dov Zakheim contracted to send at least 32 Boeing 767 aircraft, as part of the Boeing /Pentagon tanker lease agreement.(5)

This is an aside, but I learned through my work today, that some high profile person in my community who follows Warren Buffet religiously, is only now discovering that Wall Street is a sham. A guy in the financial industry! He’s locked himself up to read Michael Lewis’ “Going Short” soon to be released and of course covering what we’ve been discussing for how long?…..mind-boggling, just mind-boggling.
I can understand a guy on the street, but not somebody in the business. I asked an acquaintance I know, a financier (not one I like very much)if he thought the American dollar was at risk of collapse. Short answer- No. Again a guy in the business.
The American dollar may not collapse, but it is at serious risk of decline and that alone would decimate the country and therefore wreak havoc on the world. You don’t need a thorough collapse for that.

Just surfing around this morning trying to get more info on this Restore America Plan – I’m seeing postings in a variety of places stating the group that’s setting up the shindig in Vegas has a different agenda than the original group, of which Tim Turner is an elder.
I just listened to a recent interview of Tim and the one thing that he says over and over again is Christian nation and God – he does NOT say Yahweh. EVER! The other interview I listened to last night never said the word God. They said Yahweh. THIS is a big red flag to me. I’m wondering if they are a “splinter group” so to speak – who have the same knowledge as Tim Turner and they decided to form their own country within a country? This could get really weird for all of us.
This was a concern I had when I first heard of RAP. What would keep others from trying to do the same thing if they had the same knowledge as Tim? And, exactly who is calling the shots? So far it doesn’t appear as though “the people” have had any choice in the matter.

I’m reading one of Eustace Mullin’s books, titled The Great Betrayal – “The General Welfare Clause of the Constitution,” which I’ll report on when I’m finished. It’s a short read.
In the meantime, I wanted to share with you the meaning of Eustace Mullin’s name.
His given name, Eustace, means “Justice” in Aramaic, the language spoken by Jesus Christ. A further linguistic definition of this name is “God’s equal justice as promised for all”.

Thereby making anyone who is cautiously optimistic or pesimistic about RAP will be tagged w/the same ridicule.
I watched first hand how those of us who were genuinely concerned about 0′s eligibility following the release of his COLB and how we were made fun of or ridiculed. Then it turned into bullying – you know, get in our faces crappola.
So, with the offenses weighing in trashing the RAP tells me there is more strength to the GFOR plan and direction. Someone is threatened and their drilling down to the patriot level to once again tell us how stupid we are and if we would only listen to them. I guess it’s up to each individual to decide who or what to believe, but this individual is remaining cautious and turning off the blather from the thugs.

What I think, based on how crazy that guy was acting – like he’d just come into to some windfall winnings – he is “piggy backing” on the work that Tim Turner has done. I remembered he said they ran “something” through with $1 dollar and it worked and he knew it was a “done deal.” So he quickly set about to pull this whole Vegas thing together. I believe this is a religious group perhaps trying to set up their own country within a country. Just MHO at this point. But, I know for sure, they are not working with Tim Turner.

Talking about things like needing a plane, a few pilots, a bank, setting up a post office, chartering a bunch of buses blocking out convention rooms and hotel rooms. He was flying by the seat of his pant on the air. Why? Because he figured out by doing the test with running “the dollar ?something” through and it worked. So he jumped on the band wagon with his wild ass dream of what ever it is.
The other thing he said was they have no interest in prosecuting anyone, that everyone has to be grown up about this and of course he kept referring to being under Yahweh’s law. HUH?

I agree. As you know, I have had my bouts with her, too. It is my opinion that it is a management problem – and CW has made the decision to not manage her. He certainly made the decision to manage me and d2i, as you know.

Meantime, they never contributed one iota to the conversation except to shift the conversation. They just show up and attack. That’s really odd to me. Even more odd is to notice the topics with which this happens.
The good news, management of The T-Room is never going to allow such hijacking. One can post all they wish as long as it contributes to the conversation and/or topic and is educational, funny, or helpful to the cause. After having my own hassles w/JS, I will say when she believes in something she becomes a stubborn soul. I read through CWs posts and feel for lots of the good people who regularly post there. Tel Aviv reported on Wednesday that six Israeli citizens have been detained on suspicion of running an international organ-trafficking ring and breaking promises to donors to pay for their removed kidneys.
Police also said that they prevented several would-be donors from giving up their kidneys, intercepting some at Israel’s airport as they were preparing to travel abroad for surgery.
The traffickers offered up to $100,000 (£65,700) per kidney but in at least two cases didn’t pay the donors after the organs were surgically removed, according to police.
Israeli police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said that the number of actual transplants was not known.
Mr Rosenfeld added that “dozens” of potential donors answered newspaper ads placed by the ring.
The donors were flown to Europe, south America or south-east Asia, where the organs were extracted.
They often returned home empty-handed and with medical complications, police said.
Israeli law bans organ sales.
One of the arrested suspects is a retired Israeli army general.
Further arrests were expected following a months-long undercover investigation across the whole country.
Police notified several potential donors shortly before surgery, as well as several people who had already travelled abroad and others who were stopped at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv, Mr Rosenfeld said.
He reported that the six suspects were arrested “at different times based on where it was most convenient and most necessary.”
In an unrelated case last year, an FBI sting in New Jersey exposed an organ trafficking ring that operated for more than a decade.

Now, segue into Tarpley’s broadcast today in which he was really upset with Bernake’s recent preaching regressive taxes – meaning higher taxes on the PEOPLE, and calling for modifications on entitlement programs gouging what is our economic rights to the likes of Social Security, Medicare,Medicaid, AND the Pentagon’s TriCare. Also reducing spending on education.
He is also boasting of a “credible plan” to rduce long term deficits (who is he kidding??) that would boost the economy by enhancing the confidence of investors. Tarpley says, When they say market, let’s remember who that is. It’s the bandit pirate George Soros and the thieves at Goldman Sachs, Citibank and Morgan Stanley.
Tarpley says Bernake wants blood and to take our economic rights away while he operates under anti-government rhetoric, while Wall Street imposes deadly economic policies and he emphasized DEADLY.
Volcker wants higher taxes, but not just any tax. He is caling for a European sales tax – VAT tax that will be 17-18% on everything we buy. This tax, according to Tarpley, is ALREADY added in everything we buy.
He advocates a Wall Street tax – a financial turnover tax – a Robin Hood tax. He said we must say NO to the Value Added Tax (VAT)
And he said that Greenspan is appearing before a commission that is investigating the cause of the crash of 2008. Tarpley says he is one of the people that INSISTED that derivatives not be banned, but regulated thought NOT reportable to the government. HUH? So no one knows the amount of the derivatives crush. He says that a Clinton appointee, Brooksley Borne (sp?), wanted to make them reportable and was blocked by Rubin of CitiBank and by Greenspan.
Bottom line is the Fed failed to prevent the financial crisis, housing bubble and banks from engaging in activities to bring them to the verge of collapse.
Remember, Bernake is asking for more sweeping powers. O thinks he should have them.
We have been ROBBED and we continue to be robbed. And, who will stop it? Certainly no one on The Hill.

That’s how I heard it as well. What I was greatly disturbed by was his demeanor. As I said, it was like a teenager who had just come into some huge trust fund and was spending it as fast as he could. Evidently Keith Livingway is the guy that was on Sam Davis’ show (podcast) hawking his “COME TO THE UNITED STATES OF VEGAS” scam. A rebuttal to Jeffrey Goldberg’s, of “The Atlantic,” claim that the one common ground upon which the left and right always seem to agree – upon which they met comfortably – was anti-Semitism.
In an article written for the January 26, 2009, issue of The American Conservative, Glenn Greenwald documented and criticized the lack of any disagreement or genuine debate in the U.S. Congress over America’s ongoing, one-sided support for Israel generally and for Israel’s attack on Gaza specifically.
This article in it’s entirety is well worth the read. It appears as though the typical antics that have been used and abused to control or stifle any discussion or questioning of Israel have lost their punch. Greenwald’s perspective is encouraging, and indicates the ongoing need for all of us, including those on The Hill, to freely express or question our support for Israel without fear of retaliation.
…[W]hat Goldberg is doing…in unusually unconcealed (though otherwise characteristic) fashion is relying on the most standard, by-now-clichéd debate-suppressive tactic of neoconservative Israel-fanatics in the U.S. Anyone who criticizes the actions of the Israeli Government will, for that reason alone, have “anti-Semite” tossed in their vicinity and attached to their name (just as those who criticized the actions of the Bush administration — say, for attacking Iraq — were branded “anti-American”).
Any American citizen who argues that we are acting counter-productively with our unquestioning, full-scale support for Israel — the use of American money, arms and diplomatic tools to enable anything the Israeli Government does — is guilty of the crime of “Israel-bashing” and is condemned as being “anti-Israel”
But what is worth noting — and celebrating — is that a significant and palpable change has occurred. Whereas these smear tactics once inspired fear in many people, now they just inspire pity. They no longer work. Very few Americans are going to refrain from expressing their views on American policy towards Israel out of fear that the Jeffrey Goldbergs of the world are going to screech “anti-Semitism” at them.
Neocons are far too discredited and their policies far too self-evidently destructive for them to intimidate anyone out of questioning their orthodoxies. Now, watching neocons recklessly spew their bitter little epithets in lieu of (and in order to suppress) debate is like watching an old, dying dragon sadly trying to breathe mighty fire from its mouth but collapsing in a debilitating coughing fit instead — or is like watching a disgraced, post-censure Joe McCarthy in 1956 stand in an empty Senate chamber and rail against hidden Communists. Nobody cares.
The Israeli devastation of Gaza and its trapped, defenseless civilian population — using American bombs, arms, money and diplomatic cover — was so brutal and horrific to watch that it inevitably changed the way people view that Middle East conflict. Even before that, large majorities of Americans already favored an even-handed approach to the Israel/Palestinian conflict.
That the face of Israel is now about to become Likud’s Benjamin Netanyahu and the right-wing extremist Avigdor Lieberman will, as Haaretz’s Gideon Levy wrote, cause “the veil [to] be lifted and the nation’s true face revealed to its citizens and the rest of the world,” and will also, as The Jerusalem Post predicted, change how Americans perceive of their support for that country. That Israel continues to expand its seizure of West Bank land, as Matt Yglesias recently pointed out, will (at least hopefully) force the Obama administration to place meaningful pressure on Israel to change its behavior.
The ban on questioning U.S. policy towards Israel and the requirement that uncritical homage be paid to the Israeli government is clearly coming to an end.

You’re correct about keeping a keen eye on our water supplies. All of our natural resources are being gobbled up for the purposes of Agenda 21.
Dr. Parker, who is a host on RBN’s Parker Pathways Sunday morning, has written a paper about the contamination of our water supply and the deadly health effects. There are a number of new “communities” that are using “recycled” water for drinking water. Of course the health implications are horrific. Dr. Parker’s initiative “toilet to tap to table” is disturbing to say the least. Another of his concern is the U.N.’s control of our water resources. Sounds like you are well aware of that issue.

Should also add that China’s willingness to raise the value of the yuan is a direct expression of the confidence they have in their economic strength. It is only secondarily about the net benefit to the U.S. where imports will cost less to Americans, but American exports will also yield more profit. The Chinese of course always have their eye on the long term and will make their concessions accordingly.

When China increases the value of the yuan, the cost of imports from China to Americans will be greater, but the cost to the Chinese of exports from the U.S. will be less thereby stimulating American exports. That unfortunately assumes that America will have more to export. They certainly don’t in the manufacturing sector.
China is looking for commodities worldwide (because they have the manpower to make goods) and they don’t require many manufactured goods. I just don’t see either way how this benefits the America public. It does however benefit the U.S. Treasury who we all know is heavily indebted to China.
China will for the moment comply because they have no interest in bringing America to its knees. America owes them too much. They are waiting for their time. In the meantime they are cleverly strengthening their relations to Russia and Iran.

The speaker of these words is a cabinet member of the current presidential administration. He is the Minister of Lands for Kenya, Mr. James Orengo. I think you may have a point here. It’s entirely possible it is shifting Kenyan’s attitude. Remember, the name of the game is GLOBAL population control – eugenics.
Sadly, we will see the same thing happen here. Dr. Parker has talked about all the promising therapies and drugs that are in the works for cancer patients, Alzheimer’s patients, etc…that have and will have the brakes put on them as a result of the healthcare bill. Advanced and highly promising research will simply dry up. This is an area he is intimately involved with.

A new military order aimed at preventing infiltration will come into force this week, enabling the deportation of tens of thousands of Palestinians from the West Bank, or their indictment on charges carrying prison terms of up to seven years.
The new order is the latest step by the Israeli government in recent years to require permits that limit the freedom of movement and residency previously conferred by Palestinian ID cards. The new regulations are particularly sweeping, allowing for criminal measures and the mass expulsion of people from their homes.
When the order comes into effect, tens of thousands of Palestinians will automatically become criminal offenders liable to be severely punished.
The order’s language is both general and ambiguous, stipulating that the term infiltrator will also be applied to Palestinian residents of Jerusalem, citizens of countries with which Israel has friendly ties (such as the United States) and Israeli citizens, whether Arab or Jewish. All this depends on the judgment of Israel Defense Forces commanders in the field.
Until now, Israeli civil courts have occasionally prevented the expulsion of these three groups from the West Bank. The new order, however, puts them under the sole jurisdiction of Israeli military courts.
The IDF is ready to implement the order, which is not intended to apply to Israelis…

I happened to catch the tail end of the show prior to Sam Kennedy’s show – I may go back and listen to the archived podcast. This guy – The Ralph Winterrowd Show – was railing against RAP. I was taken aback.
Sam Kennedy, IMHO, is still not saying anything that specific. Still a lot of vaguery.
One thing I did catch was the fact that there were well trained active militias in every state – is this his idea of “military backing?”

was reading an article last night about the international arrest warrants that have been issued for scores of top-ranking Israel officials. These are being sought by Interpol who will turn them over the the International Court in The Hague.

This on the heels of the Hamas assassination in Dubai. The warrants are targeted at a wide range of Israeli figures, including serving and former Cabinet ministers, intelligence chiefs, generals and military officers down to brigade level.
Unfortunately, a country where no such warrant can be served is the United States because of political influence over “our” FBI. So, that means we’re a damn haven for these criminal bas!ards. Can it be any clearer who runs this country?
Here’s a “short” list of the crimes:
• the shelling of civilian areas of Gaza;
• the bulldozing of Palestinian homes;
• unlawful arrest, interrogation, detention and torture of suspects;
• the political and military authorizing of phosphorus munitions against civilian neighborhoods (this was sprayed on school children. Similar effects as Dep. Uranium;
• the wanton use of cluster bombs to contaminate farmland as happened in Lebanon and the destruction of civilian infrastructure in order to punish the population by denying people water, electricity, food, proper medical care and sewerage facilities.
The most worrying issue for Israel is that the UN report (I believe this is the Goldstone Report) accusing it of war crimes in Gaza has been closely scrutinized by rights groups, who have meticulously drawn up warrants for a long list of Israeli figures.
The Iranians claim to have their own list of over 100 Israelis they say committed war crimes in Gaza. That list is believed to match one in the hands of many rights groups across Europe and in other parts of the world.

O signed an Executive Order granting search and seizure powers w/o having to go through court. Interpol was granted greater power over citizens than FBI or DOJ. Story stated the deal was immunity from the World Court for the Pres’s in exchange of full access to Interpol. In early December, Story related over 600 Interpol agents touched down and dispersed all over the country. This number of agents was increased to several hundred more. These folks are forensic accountants, number type guys, agents, and more. As far as I know they are still here alive and well. One area we want to keep an eye on is Palm Beach Fl. Why? The posting of this on Free Republic was from Inspector Smith, who is believed to be lucas smith. Orly stated that she sent him $700 to fly back to the US. She stated the fall out was because Smith wanted more money for protection, travel, ect. She stated she could not offer him more because it could be used against them in court as trying to buy his testimony, he had already sworn a statement. She had already given him $700-her arguement does not hold water. Lucas was then discredited by Orly as a x-con in it for the money. To be brief, the debate was about the morality of having U.S. troops continue to be garrisoned in Iraq and Afghanistan. I took to the mic and pointed out that we should not have been there in the first place, and that the ONLY sane, legal, and moral thing to do was get out.
A young soldier in the audience stood up to protest my position using the standard boilerplate sloganeering we’ve come to expect from the Cheney-O’Reilly-Hannity-Limbaugh-Beck crowd. At the end his tirade which included Neocon gems like “I fight for your freedom” and “we’re there so we won’t have to fight them here,” I offered the young warrior the chance to give me the name of the group who was trying to take my “freedom” away from me.
He stumbled for a moment, then (almost shouting) stated “those people hate you and would as soon cut your throat as look at you.” I told him my question was “who was trying to take my freedom from me,” NOT “who was trying to cut my throat.” He then said “are you going to let them get away with 9-11″? I replied, “who is THEM, young man?”

I thought it odd there has been NO discussion of any real substance about the show last night – especially by her. I’m sure CW pulled the plug, if only momentarily, based on all the comments he received.
IT was interesting because I think some of the people on his site were confused about the time Sam Kennedy’s show came on due to the time zones. Some were tuned in to the show prior and as I said last night I caught the tail end of it and he was railing against RAP. I tried to listen to that man’s podcasts this morning, but tired of yet more legalese that he was spewing. So, THAT could also be the reason for the silence. Based on their questions posted last evening, I know that Peter was listening to Ralph’s show, as was LindaNY, the show proceeding Sam’s.
Anyway, I plan to just take the wait and see approach.

But the tipping point was yesterday (as all of you know) when I received a solicitation email from WND – friends of Netanyahu/Israel.
I was REALLY disturbed, reading through the ad copy of the email solicitation -the heighth of manipulative ad copy – quoting bible scriptures.
That’s when the light bulb went off, again. When the genocidal leader of another country is actively seeking support for himself and his nuclear agenda inside another country – our country – after having worked to destroy any semblance of respect we may have had for our “leader” and I use that term loosely – then the sirens should be going off. Especially given the fact that “O” is surrounded by Bibi’s cronies in every strategic department of this country. Alex just said the L.A. Times is reporting that insurance companies will have a 33-39% increase in insurance premiums – cha ching – with this mandatory bill. Of course, there was nothing in the bill to limit premium prices.
Same thing happened to the credit card companies when “O” met with them asking them to give the citizens a break beginning 2010. They immediately rushed to increase interest rates before the agreement took effect.

OH, THE GAMES THEY PLAY – my synopsis of Webster Tarpley’s interview on AJ’s show today and his take on imminent nuclear false flag terror attack(s).
We shall never forget the haunting image of Neda, the beautiful,young Iranian woman splashed across television and computer screens who was killed in the streets last year during the green color revolution. These color revolutions are the signatures of a CIA/George Soros covert takeover. It failed miserably.
Fast forward to the U.N. Security Council meeting last September 2009, where “O,” in an unprecedented move, albeit an illegal one, chaired the meeting. It was during this meeting that pressure was put on “O” to confront the issue that Iran had nuclear weapons, or at the very least, was working on producing nuclear weapons. Based on everything I’ve read and heard since this simply isn’t true. (Now it looks like Gates has confirmed this, as well.) Consequently, Tarpley says it seems “O” is now reverting back to a typical Bush neo-con policy – false flag terror attack (think 9/11). He predicts the goal of an attack is very high, and rising rapidly from all accounts.
So, it seems the stage is being set, as I write, having the goal of this week’s nuclear conference in Washington to fashion a cloak of credibility – a gratuitous gathering providing “O” with grand photo-ops. These attendees will provide the necessary anti-Iran pact/movement in the Middle East necessary for these false flag event(s) to be carried out.
Tarpley indicated it was more important to notice who wasn’t present instead of who was at the meeting – Iran, North Korea, Syria, Bolivia, and Niger (famous for their yellow cake), to name a few.
Tarpley maintains there is still no sign of China supporting these sanctions. Not now. Not ever.
He said Netanyahu wouldn’t attend, though Israel is being represented at the meeting, for fear of being questioned about his arsenal of some 400-600 nukes that include both thermo and hydrogen technology.
“O’s message to Netanyahu is to patch things up with the Palestinians (as if that were possible for this mad man), so you (WE) can deal with the real problem which is Iran. (Iran is only a real problem for Israel’s want of Middle East dominance)
Obama main talking point is the #1 threat being “al-CIA-duh” is working for Iran and could nuke us any minute. (This is the set up line). Tarpley also mentioned something Biden said last week about nuclear war is more likely now than ever in history because non-state actors are getting devices.
Tarpley’s funny statement was, “al Queda is channeling Bush and Chaney, so let your imagination go wild.” LOL
He said to think false flag terror by people who would benefit from this the most if a nuclear attack goes off. Clue it won’t be Iran. He feels it is only a question of months or sooner and said we should watch the moon. During a new moon or no moon is the time when the stealth bombers will be ready to do “the deed.” It has to be completely dark. Look at the calendar and be on special alert, as the chances are very high.
He indicated the Iranians know this and in their effort to thwart these possible terror attacks are having their own conference in a few days to put the ownness on the U.S. He mentioned the fact that Iran has now turned to Ban Ki-Moon at the U.N. and is demanding an independent investigation of 9/11, which he finds the timing of this move very interesting. Tarpley was ecstatic about this and said it was about time, and could play a role in throwing this off kilter.
Could the demand from Iran for a U.N. 9/11 investigation be the checkmate? We know that Dr. Alan Sabrosky has met with top military brass and they know, unequivocally, that Israeli Mossad did 9/11 and blamed it on the Muslims.
So, we wait and watch the moon.

Saw that video 1 and 1/2yrs ago. I’ve also seen it posted at CW several times since and I’m glad you did again because it’s very worthwhile and easy to lose sight of the timeframe.
There are striking parallels to the current situation. I would have to add however that the U.S. lost control of its economic and therefore political ship when Nixon in 1971 decoupled the dollar from gold.
A country’s vulnerability is invariably tied to its economic strength, because that in turn feeds political, military and domestic reserve and strength. That sets the stage if you will for an overturn of power whether slowly or quickly (think of the Weimar Republic). Hunger is what leads to demoralization followed by destabilization and ultimately to crisis.
Following that argument I’d say America is vacillating between 1 and 2. There is still time….
I would like to inject this bit of information about the video of the person filming and running towards the crash site. Someone will need to authenticate this video. It is very easy to “overlay” any kind of sound tract your heart desires in a video. Even the train you hear in this video could have been be “added” in. I’m not saying this video isn’t for real. I have no way of knowing. Just merely trying to keep things in perspective.
It’s easy to authenticate. One need only look at the layers, in particular the audio “layers” of the original video to tell if these gun shots were an embellishment.

Due to the length, I’ve decided to break it up and post it in several parts. It’s probably easier to absorb this way, too.
The first part is the overview of what it is.
Helen, I don’t want to hold you up if you need to move on with another thread. This is taking a bit longer than I thought. But, I think you’ll agree, understanding this clause is so crucial to our understanding of what’s happening today.
Summary of THE GREAT BETRAYAL – The General Welfare Clause of the Constitution
author, Eustace Mullins
(Part 1 – What is it?)
According to the late, great Eustace Mullins, in the entire Constitution, there are few phrases which, despite the frenetic efforts of demagogues and renegades, could lend themselves to such gross misrepresentation. However, he said he did find, in one phrase of this great document, words which reflected the highest aspirations of the Founding Fathers, a phrase which occurs in the Preamble to the Constitution, and which appears again in Article I, Section Eight. This phrase is the “general welfare.”
This is the phrase that was used by ruthless men to further their great conspiracy against America. “The techniques which they employed to incorporate this phrase was THE very keystone of their Welfare State, a creation which they intended as the replacement for the free Republic of the United States. They confidently anticipated they would now initiate what they fondly refer to as “the NEW WORLD ORDER.””
From the powers derived from the overthrow of the Constitution, a Hamiltonian strategy – “fondly” named after Alexander Hamilton – was employed to ursurp this clause. “The strategy promised to bring the conspirators, which we know by now are controlled by the elite cabal, even greater power AND greater profits than the Federal Reserve System itself.”
““Congress shall have the powers to provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.” The language of this provision is crucial. For some fifty years, there has been a general understanding among the American people that the Constitution makes a provision for “the general welfare of the people of the United States.” However, there has NEVER been any such language in the Constitution.”
“The general welfare of the United States” means the preservation of the compact OF THE STATES, which was expressly drawn up by the Constitution. The welfare of “the people of the United States” was, according to that language, and is still, the province reserved to the INDIVIDUAL States. Each American citizen is a citizen of a State of the United States. That State is a signer of the compact of the States which is the Constitution, and which forms the United States of America.”
“There is NO provision for “the United States” to take direct action concerning any citizen of the United States, because the UNITED STATES has NO people and NO citizens, ONLY THE STATES HAVE CITIZENS.” (This is why you hear over and over and over again get to know your Sheriff; go to City Council meetings; run for City Council. Get involved in local and state business.)
Nevertheless, the gross misinterpretation and misunderstanding provided by this provision of the Constitution – known as “the general welfare clause” gave the conspirators the vehicle by which they have gradually, albeit throughout the last sixty years, (now seventy plus years) replaced the compact of the States with a new creation, the Welfare State.
Eustace writes, “The Welfare State, was a device erected under the premise that the government should take responsibility for the individual well being of each and every citizen of the United States, ursurping this function from the States in order to create a totalitarian corporate state which now presumes, from its Washington fortress, to direct the most minute daily activities of each of our citizens.”
Eustace is adamant that “not only has there NEVER been any legal basis for any of these interventions, but the language of the Constitution, in the far-sighted provisions inserted by the Founding Fathers, expressly sought to forbid and prevent any such development at any time in our subsequent history.”
“It is the welfare state which is predicted to ultimately replace the control of our nation by the machinations of the Federal Reserve System with an even greater and more iron-fisted control…” Eustace likens this to a modern Tower of Babel, that is “greater and more awe-inspiring than the original, but one which was built upon identical goals and aspirations of those who seek to control every act of every American, forever.” (how right he was)
Next, I’ll tackle how they set the stage.
Quick comment about my post yesterday re:Tarpley and imminent false flag terror alert. This is a high alert. It concerns the distinct probability of a nuclear attack(s) happening on OUR soil. I’m not sure everyone understood that part when Tarpley said to “think 9/11.”
Have to question who will benefit and put that together with what is going on now in D.C. and the “push” to strike Iran fearing they have nuclear weapons.

Let me tell you, when you look at what was “paid in” to the black hole in D.C. it really makes your blood boil. Especially when we know we will never receive any benefits of what that money was intended for. NONE.
Looks like the government has been doing some creative bookkeeping. The article says that since the Vietnam War, the gov’t has included the SS Trust Fund in the budget as a way to make the cost of America’s imperial military adventures seem smaller in comparison to the total cost of government.
“The 2011 military budget, by the way, is the largest in history, not just in actual dollars, but in inflation-adjusted dollars, exceeding even the spending in World War II, when the nation was on an all-out war footing.”

The welfare of “the people of the United States” was, according to that language, and is still, the province reserved to the INDIVIDUAL States. Each American citizen is a citizen of a State of the United States. That State is a signer of the compact of the States which is the Constitution, and which forms the United States of America.”
So this welfare clause now over-rides the 10th ammendment? Makes us citizens of the U.S. corporation instead of citizens of our states?

So, how do these ruthless renegades and conspirators accomplish their fete of controlling every aspect of the American citizen’s life? The exact same way it’s done today. They must create a crisis, knowing they already have the solution to the reaction. Get it?
Enter the Stock Market Crash of Black Friday in 1929, followed by the Great Depression, an economic disaster that could have easily been remedied in a few months, according to Eustace. But, the conspirators had other plans. Through the help of the manager of their staged crisis, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, they were able to prolong the depression a full ten years from 1931 to 1941, at which time we have our next staged event, Pearl Harbor.
It was during this time period, the Federal Reserve System, in cahoots with the central banks of Europe, kept the “Hamiltonian methods” of money management in full swing. This, of course, prevented any kind of economic recovery from taking place in this nation. Doesn’t this sound all too familiar? Perhaps de ja vue?
This was accomplished by The Federal Board of Governors, who exercised daily control over the price of money and the quantity of money. By manipulating the interest rate, which is essentially the “price” of money, they controlled bank loans, as well as, the earned interest Americans who still had savings received for their investments.
They controlled the quantity of money, which was bought and sold daily on the Open Market that they themselves created from NOTHING. This is still their standard operating procedure. Remember, they print OUR money, sell it on the open market or loan it back to us at interest. Either way THEY receive the profits. At this point, I’d like to add how important it is for us to get behind Ron Paul – whether you like him or not – to AUDIT THE FED/END THE FED and take back the process of coining our own money. There has NEVER been an official audit of the Federal Reserve. NEVER. Let that one sink in for a minute as you look at your shrinking pay stub. That is, if you even receive a pay check any more.
So, by intentionally keeping the American people enslaved by the Great Depression, seemingly without any means to benefit from any economic recovery, the conspirators assured themselves pockets full of profits and the ability to remain in political power. This was as they delivered the American people in to the hands of their new “vehicle” of national and eternal slavery, THE WELFARE STATE.
With FDR, positioned as “old aristocracy,” the American people, fell victim to “slick” marketing strategies. Hanging on to every word of their dear leader’s famous Fireside Chats delivered directly to their living rooms via radio, they were assured they would become the beneficiaries of his New Deal.
Sadly, the New Deal was the Raw Deal and is exactly what we’re seeing played out before us today. The promise and delivery of handouts; surplus food delivered to needy families that had in the past been intentionally destroyed to drive commodity prices up and increase profits of commodity brokers; jobs created by the government – jobs that were considered “make work” – non productive work that ensured there would be no competition with the profit-making enterprises of the conspirators. AND, get this, one of these efforts, The CIVILIAN CONSERVATION CORPS, was modeled after the Hitler Youth of Nazi Germany and the Fascist Corps of Mussolini’s Germany.
Eustace says, “The New Deal rapidly became the NEW CORPORATE STATE, erected upon the ashes of the Constitution.” So, now we can see, the Constitution was destroyed long ago.

YES! It bothers me. It tells me that folks have no idea what Ron Paul is really about. I have read a number of his books. His ideas on foreign policy follow the Constitution.
Ron Paul is the ONLY one on The Hill that has asked for an audit EVERY year that he has been in Washington D.C. He credits Alex Jones for helping to educate folks on The Federal Reserve through various means such as organizing a march on the Fed Reserve in Dallas a few years back, and promoting his bill to audit The Fed.
He is a Constitutionalist.
You know what is so sad to me about what JM is writing? My father, a bright young man, volunteered at the age of 16 to fight in WWII. He finished earning his High School Diploma while serving in the Marine Corp. He was deployed to the Pacific theatre when America declared victory. I have all of his personal letters written to his mother and sister and have always felt there was a book in them. I’m also sad b/c my grandmother and grandfather suffered greatly during the depression which influenced my mother so greatly that it also impacted me and my life. Mom so loved FDR and thought he was God. If she only knew. She’s in her late 80′s now and I pray she never has to learn the evilness of these flawed human beings.

it saddens me as well. Knowing that people suffered needlessly and for longer than they should makes me angry. I still remember the means my grandmother, and others employed even to the day they died to keep pantries well stocked, and saving everything because it could be used for something else or you never know when someone might need it. I’m sure you understand what I’m talking about.
You should publish those letters. Have you seen any of the Griffin and Sabine books? Their format is unique and would lend itself beautifully to your project.

Eustace begins Chapter 2 of his book with a sad, but sobering reality. “Now that we have said goodbye to the Constitution, and accepted, however reluctantly, the ministrations of the new Welfare State…”
With the New Deal – the Welfare State – the American citizens suddenly find the bureaucrats are not interested in their problems. In fact, they find out the bureaucrats consider them as “the problem.”
“For Americans, the Welfare State means good-bye to personal liberties; good-bye to personal property; and good-bye to a personal future in an impersonal bureaucratic Welfare State. The individual can have no future in a state in which he cannot build up a private fortune, or leave any property to his heirs. The result is that the Welfare State itself has no future, for if the individual citizens have no future, then inevitably that state must fall.” The conspirators were undeterred by this thinking, and cast aside any concerns of the United States having a future under their dominance, and were hell bent on maintaining the Welfare State. After all, this was their favored “means” of oppressing the American people while they continued to rob and further enslave them.
Eustace writes, “in the early years of the United States as an independent Republic, the plight of the poor or homeless people was never considered a matter of national concern.” By the provisions of the Constitution, IT WAS RESERVED TO THE STATES to care for the needy and impoverished as they saw fit. This legal precedent has NEVER been AMENDED by any legislative act. NEVER.
Eustace suspects Felix Frankfurter, who he describes in his book as “a devious and disreputable revolutionary that took up his position in Washington as the secret head of the ubiquitous Communist espionage group known as the Harold Ware cell,” as the first one who noted the potentialities for exploiting the phrase, “general welfare.” Frankfurter was considered the most dangerous Communist in America, yet somehow he managed to spend years as Dean of Harvard Law School. It is noted that Frankfurter and other so called “legal brains” devoted their lives to rewriting or expunging details, such as “…matters that had been reserved as a State power,” from our national Constitution.
According to Eustace, the fact that the term “general welfare of the United States” was preceded in every instance in the Constitution by the phrase “for the common defense” was proof that “it was indeed the continuance of the national entity, and NOT that of any individual citizen. Conversely, any legislative act which is intended to reward or compensate any individual or group is in violation of this provision of the constitution, and cannot be maintained.”
“In the Declaration of Independence, we find neither the term “welfare” nor “general welfare.” Instead The Declaration of Independence cites the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
The Constitution, as intended by the Founding Fathers, was a document that referred only to the activities of a national entity, the United States. And thus made no specific provisions to the rights of individuals. Interesting to note, George Mason refused to sign the Constitution because it didn’t address the rights of the individual. To assuage Mason’s concerns, The Bill of Rights was added as an appendage to the Constitution. It is The Bill of Rights that provides for individual rights. Let me say that again. It is The Bill of Rights, not the Constitution, that provides for individual rights. It is interesting to note, there is NOTHING in The Bill of Rights that references a citizen’s right to receive welfare from the national government. WHY? Because the national government can legislate ONLY for national entities. ISSUES CONCERNING INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS ARE A MATTER OF STATE SOVEREIGNTY.
Eustace writes, “Only after a Welfare State has repealed State sovereignty, a process which began with the conclusion of the Civil War, can legislation come our of Washington which deals with individual problems.
Soon after the Civil War, national politicians, deliberating ignoring the well-understood meaning of the phrase “general welfare,” began to eye the tempting sight of individual rights. Lawyers for the new giant corporations, who would soon become politicians, began to “rail against the inequities of the rich, and against the injustices committed against the working man by their employees.” Something else here sounds all too familiar, doesn’t it? Redistribute the wealth, hey? Now, you wouldn’t mind that, would you? I mean, surely you want your fellow “strawman” to enjoy the same accoutrements of the Corporation that you enjoy.
