For $10 Billion of “Promises” Haiti Surrenders its Sovereignty – International Donors Conference at the UN

It was fitting that the Mar. 31 “International Donors Conference Towards a New Future for Haiti” was held in the Trusteeship Council at the United Nations headquarters in New York. At the event, Haitian President René Préval in effect turned over the keys to Haiti to a consortium of foreign banks and governments, which will decide how (to use the conference’s principal slogan) to “build back better” the country devastated by the Jan. 12 earthquake.

This “better” Haiti envisions some 25,000 farmers providing Coca-Cola with mangos for a new Odwalla brand drink, 100,000 workers assembling clothing and electronics for the U.S. market in sweatshops under HOPE II legislation, and thousands more finding jobs as guides, waiters, cleaners and drivers when Haiti becomes a new tourist destination.

“Haiti could be the first all-wireless nation in the Caribbean,” gushed UN Special Envoy to Haiti Bill Clinton, who along with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, led the day-long meeting of over 150 nations and international institutions. Clinton got the idea for a “wireless nation,” not surprisingly, from Brad Horwitz, the CEO of Trilogy, the parent company of Voilà, Haiti’s second largest cell-phone network.

I am saying I believe this freedom of speech case may be one of the two mentioned in the post.

Alito was the one to no agree on the 8:1 decision.

Noone forces one to watch or purchase this ‘garbage’, but who defines what ‘garbage’ is for others??

That’s why they have parental controls, remotes with off/on, channel changers, and labels rating things for parents.

1. The United States Supreme Court (USSC) was/is involved with RAP.(proof??–since what date??)
2. The military is involved with RAP (proven my(by) the Provost Marshals that served the papers upon the governors of the 50 states).(reported by some media, even husband heard on radio)
3. Large organizations flood the government with “petitions for redress”, “Articles of Freedom”, etc…many demanding a public official “step down” and that never hits “mainstream media”. The fact that some pieces of paper given to the governors by RAP hit the major media is telling, in and of itself.
4. The USSC cannot “see or hear” someone just coming and complaining to them. There is a process necessary for a lawful petition. (I believe this lawful petition was accomplished. I also believe at least one Justice of the USSC helped in drafting the petition…that is my GUT feeling.)(how about if accompanied by military??then will the issue get a quiet hearing??)
5. The executive branch has the authority to gather a Grand Jury “open venure”…go out and get people for the Grand Jury, when the (court) system is corrupt and not allowing people to bring evidence of corruption before the Grand Jury. (Wild v. Otis is an interesting case to read as to the right to access the Grand Jury)(who would be on the admin/cabinet of the usurper to even chance this move without fear of serious reprisals or threats??)
6. Grand Jury investigations are REQUIRED BY LAW to be secret.(okay–but from the admin. of the usurper???)
7. The RAP Grand Juries HAVE BEEN “rounded up by the executive branch and seated”. This is lawful and has happened.(okay)
8. The “documents to the governors” were necessary to re-establish the DE JURE (for the people) government. Once this was accomplished, the executive branch (military) had jurisdiction to “round up” those qualified to sit on the de jure Grand Juries.
9. The reason we are “hearing nothing” and “everything is secret” is because Grand Jury investigations are required BY LAW to be secret.(also, necessary for non-violent reactions of wronged tax payers and other scenarios)
10. Once indictments come down from the Grand Juries, THEN the USSC can “hear and see” the people.(hopefully, this happens..are the people to be represented by the states?? lots of ‘the people’ out there!!)
11. I am a subscriber to “Jurist Newsletter”. This newsletter covers what is happening around the world in the different courts. Earlier this week the USSC made two important decisions that indicate the USSC is no longer “under the corporate government”. Then on Thursday and Friday, there was NOTHING reported … no decisions in the US Court of Appeals or the USSC. This is very odd.(also, two states reported releasing prisoners, husband says this isn’t unusual…I disagree)
12. The Grand Jury can, by law, appoint its OWN prosecutor.
13. When the people learn the truth, as how we have been used as collateral for the elite to amass nearly all the wealth of this country (and the world) there is a real potential of riots.( agreed, see # 9!)
14. IMO it is because of this potential of violence that the FBI released the story of the letters to mainstream media. And look at the comment by the FBI (paraphrased) “GOFR are not violent, but it is feared someone else may be violent.” (us, victims to say the least–if I lost my house, and we were almost 3 pmts behind)
15. The “bad guys” have the weapons to destroy this entire world. Getting to and securing those weapons is a primary concern to ensure the Republics are free.(and this nation has 100,000,000 weapons reported)
16. The pop guns used by citizen militias are no match to the weapons “they” have that can and have been used against us. I was a TV reporter at the 2008 RNC and personally know what it is like to be attacked by our “government forces”.(very true–there is even a spray used now instead of pepper, tear gas that makes you vomit…not kidding..)
17. If RAP fails, we do NOT have the means to defend ourselves against the advanced weapons controlled by “our” government.( to some degree—but we will give them one hell of a fight–I depend on the law enforcement to be on our side–not the govt)
18. If RAP fails, it will be “emergency time” for the scientists to put their heads together and figure out some way to defend against the advanced weapons.(great thought–think they are aware of all happening??)

The government argued that depictions showing harm to animals were of such minimal social worth that they should receive no First Amendment protection at all. Chief Justice Roberts roundly rejected that assertion. “The First Amendment means that government has no power to restrict expression because of its message, its ideas, its subject matter or its content,” he wrote.

The chief justice acknowledged that some kinds of speech — including obscenity, defamation, fraud, incitement and speech integral to criminal conduct — have historically been granted no constitutional protection. But he said the Supreme Court had no “freewheeling authority to declare new categories of speech outside the scope of the First Amendment.”
