Dear Attorney General Cuccinelli:
On September 21, 2009 I sent via email a MEMORANDUM of COMPLAINT of ELECTION FRAUD against THE HONORABLE NANCY PELOSI, ACTING in a NON-GOVERNMENTAL ROLE as CHAIR, 2008 DNC SERVICES CORPORATION (“DNC”) CONVENTION: and ALICE TRAVIS GERMOND, SECRETARY, DNC; and REQUEST for INVESTIGATION by VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL to the attention of the Attorney General. The following day, September 22, 2009, I hand delivered copies of the COMPLAINT to the Attorney Generals office.
On October 9, 2009, I offered public testimony to the State Board of Elections detailing the primary legal points made in that Memorandum of Complaint.
Congress passed the unconstitutional healthcare bill yesterday, March 21, 2010. Following the vote, jbjd, the author of the ELECTION FRAUD COMPLAINT, learned that you intended to file suit on the grounds the healthcare bill violated the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution. Knowing I had filed a Complaint of Election Fraud here in Virginia, she contacted me. Has there been any action on that Complaint you filed? NO!

Circuitous. It will always come back to this, won’t it?
Helen, are there plans to write to the other states?
jbjd is always pleading for patriots to step up to the plate to learn their state election laws regarding federal elections. The six states that have received the Complaint were directly due to us advocates who took the time to read our laws who then filed said complaints. jbjd writes the Memorandum and I edit. Now, that said, she teaches me every day something new about election law.
Texas is ripe for this. We’ve learned in the last couple of months that Texan’s have “standing” to challenge 0′s eligibility. This is huge. But jbjd is one person. She works full time and takes care of her son who is growing in to his teenage years. Thus, all of the work product this amazing woman puts out is in her free time. She goes days without sleeping. JM, she is one of us w/o question. I’ve grown so fond of her over the last eight or nine months that I can’t wait to meet her, in person. She’s going to get one helluva a huge hug from me.
However, folks have dismissed her and her work which has been intentional. I believe to my core that Berg, Taitz, Keyes and many more are simply disinformation operatives. Berg for the D’s and Orly/Keyes for the R’s.
The R’s f’ed up! Bad, and share 50 if not more percent of the Constitutional crisis we have been in since the day 0 was sworn in. This is why the propaganda machine was built. To stave off pointed fingers to Ds or Rs. They are both complicit and have been since the 2004 election. It’s the big secret. The R’s knew full well that 0 was ineligible as did the D”s.
Look at it this way, blackmail has been the card played on the Hill for God knows how long. I will p/u from here in a few minutes. Stay tuned
Let’s talk about blackmail for a minute.
As uncomfortable and disconcerting this topic may be, one has to look honestly and w/an open mind of the recent event held by the Architects & Engineers for 911 Truth press conference. One would have to have hard of hearing, unable to see and unable to process data to not see the validity in their science and evidence. Truly, you’d have to be so blinded not to see and appreciate the value of their evidence. That said, many are and have, why? Because their comfort zone is being infringed upon by solid evidence and the truth, thus, their only alternative is to ridicule and tell these professionals, you know the kids blogging in the basements of their mom and dad’s home, they are wrong, full of chit or a partisan. Whatever their accusation it matters not. The truth and the facts stand for themselves.
Now, if we are to accept the truth that 911 was perpetrated by those who would benefit financially from such a monstrous actions, evil I tell you, then one is confronted w/the reality that the only ones who benefitted from such a diabolical plan were those in the oild and natural gas industry, those who are in the military armament industry and those that benefited from sales of duct tape…added that for sick humor.
If, as many are now coming to believe, that 911 was indeed perpetrated by our own government under the leadership of Cheney, who many believe was the real Prez over the eight years Jr pretended to rule, then imagine the fall out. My god man, the good people of the United States would demand a public hanging. All of us have been held hostage by fear since that fateful day.

Now, let’s assume D’s, innocent w/no fingerprints anywhere, conduct their own investigation and learn what the Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth learned, that is evidence of thermite and building 7s perfect demolition somewhere around 5:20 pm nearly five to six hours after Tower’s one and two pancaked.
If the D leadership learned the truth behind 911, and it was in fact planned and perpetrated by the neocon’s aka PNAC, oh baby, do the D’s have something to hold over Rs heads. Yeah baby. The Rs, who had nothing to do with this cover up whatsoever, would be targeted by the ruthless Ds b/c now the D’s are really, really, really pissed off!

The D’s hubris was all about getting their agenda fulfilled which is what we are having to deal with today, a far far left agenda i.e., socialist agenda aka a constitutional crisis, unconstitutional healthcare bill, benanke being reappointed, geithner, the bullshit stimulus package, GM, Chrysler, the bank bailouts, AIG, Goldman Sachs, etc and appointments of people that would never, ever ever pass muster by the opposition. Lastly, I believe, the D’s are blackmailing the R’s and the R’s are blackmailing the Ds. Thus, what we are seeing on the national level is nothing more than a farce aka extreme partisan politics. The R’s know full well Obama’s citizenship is governed by law and is therefore ineligible to serve as POTUS. Yet, the D’s know the truth behind 911 and are holding this over the head of the Rs. Do I believe all Rs knew 911 was an inside job by their leaders, lord no. But they did eventually learn the truth and attempted to give cover to the Jr. administration. Do I believe the Ds knew 911 was an inside job? Lord no. Only after they conducted their own independent investigation did they learn the truth. Therefore, the Ds are holding the 911 truth over the Rs heads and the Rs are holding Obama’s lack of eligibility over the Ds.
Until we give either of these Clubs a way out, we the citizens will continue to lose. This is why I, Helen Tansey, demand Attorney General Cuccinelli save us Virginia taxpayers the dough and immediately investigate election fraud of the DNC and Pelosi, the Chair of the 2008 D Convention. It’s a simple question “on what evidence did you Chairwoman Pelosi verify Obama’s eligibility to certify to the state of Virginia that he was eligible to be placed on Virginia’s ballot for the 2008 General election ballot?” She certified his eligibility by signing state’s Certification of Nomination following the convention – August 31, 2008. Evidence up to the convention, clearly detailed in the below complaint, indicates evidence of eligibility was questionable at best. Therefore, Cuccinelli owes EVERY CITIZEN IN THE COMMONWEALTH an answer to this very basic question. Why hasn’t he? Why won’t he?
Lastly, I want to add these are my views and my views only. I started following this entire meme in March of 2008. What I’ve learned since then has informed the theory I’ve presented tonight. What I love about this theory is it is so human so realistic. I don’t play at the 50′ level anymore, but at one time I did. To get the goods on the opposition is priceless. So you use it to your advantage and when needed. At this point both Parties, at least on the national level, have gotten so used to playing chicken that I’m confident it’s part of their every day vernacular. They probably don’t even think about it anymore. Sad. So sad. But, those of us who have followed this debacle for way too long now, are at last putting the pieces of the puzzle together. Yeah, we the voters are the last to know, but trust we are also the first ones to oust these bat rastards no matter which Party they belong too.
Cuccinelli has a choice. Plain and simple. Are you going to stand with the PEOPLE or are you going to stand with the ELITE? It’s up to you AG Cuccinelli. It’s entirely up to you.
This is the second lastly, but the real lastly, I believe that when Ds and Rs learned what really happened on 911 they went into cover up mode. This is when things started to feel odd to many of us who were tracking the happenings of Congress. The Ds learned the truth and decided, much to their disadvantage, to hold the truth over the Rs head. The Rs on the other hand went into protective mode to ensure the R brand was not tainted.
These assumptions are my own. They belong to no one else. I say this b/c many even in the blogosphere have not come to a comfortable place with this, my God man, how could they, nearly 12,000 people have lost their lives since 911 and on top of that we invaded two countries, Iraq and Afghanistan, on false premises. How does one truly wrap their brain around such audacity? They don’t or they struggle too. I get that. But the truth will set us free from the bondage these rascals have placed on us. And I’m all about the truth. Even if it’s hard to swallow or believe. I will not turn a blind eye to the truth no matter how painful or disturbing it may be. I don’t know how nor do I want to learn how.
Therefore, I wanted to make sure you knew, w/o question, these comments are specific to me and my beliefs after two years of intensely studying the chess board.
Again, and for the last time, AG Cucinnelli, will you do right by the PEOPLE or will the ELITE. The true win is with the PEOPLE. The shallow beholden win is with the ELITE. Up to you to decide who is going to help you truly, w/o strings, to reach your destiny. Something tells me, it’s the PEOPLE. So don’t let us down. We are on bended knee praying you will make the right decision. Amen

I never saw a post or report come from these good folks, but I know they were digging intensely. My political experience has always taught me to follow the money.

I was listening to a radio program talking about the monies spent to fight the Iraq war alone. It’s staggering. A 7 year war that continues for what?
Thus far we have spent an average of $747 BILLION on Iraq alone. There are approximately 340 million people in the U.S. The Federal government could have given every person in the U.S. a million dollars each and that would only total up to $340 million dollars.
A million dollars each would have allowed every family to have a ROLLS ROYCE healthcare plan, a nice home (paid for), a nice car and college tuition for their children. Think about that one! Meanwhile folks have lost their homes, cars, jobs are living on food stamps.
As the radio show host asked, “was Saddam really worth burning up that kind of money?” Of course not. We all know by now Tony Blair’s recent admission at the Chilcot Inquiry,he knew at least 2 weeks priot to invasion there were NO WMD’s. The Iraq war was an illegal war of aggression.
Now let’s look at the cost per soldier for the war in Afghanistan – another Zionist war – a staggering $1 million per year per soldier. Can you imagine what our soldier’s and their families could do for $1 million per year?
Then, we have the little known war in Africa – no costs available on that war yet.

I watched the documentary Maafa 21 last night. I BEG you and others lurking here, to watch this film. It’s about Eugenics – the history of – and who was behind it. Abortion is Eugenics. Plain and simple. The history of birth control/abortion born out of the eugenics movement initially targeted blacks. It is/was about maintaining a “superior race.” It’s still about that. The timing of this is critical. All of us, black, white, hispanic, etc…are victims of Eugenics – John Holdren the Science Czar wrote a book back in the 70′s titled Eco-Science. This book is the template for global domination (NWO) and relies on population control and reduction for it’s success.
I couldn’t help but remember Hillary receiving the Margaret Sanger award and how honored she was by it. After seeing this film’s expose of Sanger and Planned Parenthood, Hillary should be ashamed to have even been nominated.
The film talked about one clinic in L.A., several years ago, where there were some 17,000 fetuses found in the dumpster outside a pathology laboratory. Some 12-15,000 were observed to be black. I was dumbfounded. The number one killer of blacks is abortion. Makes me so sad.

I will never forget the day I had lunch with a male colleague and we got on the subject of pro-life or pro-choice. I was young and less informed than I am now. I flippantly said that I believed it was a woman’s right to choose. He shared his personal story with me – a man, in who in his late 50′s would live out the remainder of his years childless. In his “friskier” days, a woman he was engaged to be married to, became pregnant unbeknownst to him. She made the decision to abort the pregnancy without having a conversation with him. I’ll never forget that lunch. Tears welled up in his eyes, years later still saddened by the child he never had, as he told me of the horror he felt the moment she finally told him of the abortion. That was a wake up call for me and my views on abortion.

Netanyahu’s impolitic moves follows his handing Vice President Joe Biden a broken plaque, with shards of glass flying, at a recent event in Jerusalem. Netanyahu’s brother-in-law, Hargai Ben-Artzi, recently used the typical and well-worn canard of “anti-Semitic” to describe Obama.
WMR has learned from a source close to Netanyahu that the Israeli Prime Minister’s chief adviser, Ron Dermer, serves as his personal conduit to the Oval Office, particularly to Obama’s chief of staff, Rahm Emanuel. Dermer is a leading Israeli hawk who also co-authored “The Case for Democracy: The Power of Freedom to Overcome Tyranny and Terror” with Israeli expansionist and former Soviet refusenik Natan Sharansky.
Dermer is a classic dual U.S.-Israeli citizen. Although he claims to have given up his U.S. passport when he agreed to work for Netanyahu in Jerusalem, Ron Dermer’s brother is the former three-term mayor of Miami Beach, David Dermer. Ron Dermer has enough clout in Washington to get put right through the the president’s chief aides, including Emanuel and David Axelrod.
The father of the Dermer brothers, Jay Dermer, also served as a two-term mayor of Miami Beach. Jay Dermer died in 1984 at the age of 54, one year following the death in Miami Beach of Lansky. Jay Dermer fought to protect Florida’s paramutuel gambling interests against the introduction of casinos into the state. Lansky tried to flee to Israel in 1970 to avoid prosecution in the United States.
Although Israel ruled that Lansky was a threat to “public safety,” he was given Israeli travel documents. After Switzerland, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru and Panama rejected Lansky’s offer of $1 million for asylum, he was arrested in 1972 in Miami. Most of the criminal charges against Lansky were dropped by the Nixon administration and Lansky was judged too ill to stand trial for other charges. Lansky remained in Miami Beach until his death.
The Miami Beach connection to the Oval Office is noteworthy since the city has continued to serve as a major base in the United States for the Jewish Mafia, which started with Meyer Lansky and continues with the number of Russian-Israeli Jewish gangsters in the city, many of them wanted by Russia.
Although Chicago native Lee “Rosy” Rosenberg, seen as a close friend of Obama and who served on the finance committee for the Obama presidential campaign, has taken over as the new president of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the Israeli media has reported that he is adept at bringing in big money for Israeli causes from individuals not normally known for their public support for Israel. Rosenberg’s music and real estate industry businesses, in addition to his close links to Emanuel and Axelrod, have some observers wondering whether the individuals not for their public support for Israel may be those connected to dodgy business enterprises, particularly those in Las Vegas.
As the media writes about the “gulf” between Obama and Netanyahu, the presence of Israeli insiders in the Oval Office puts into doubt any suggestion that Israel and the United States are drifting apart on any policies.

That was a start! There are other shows on GCN that you can call in to. One is “What Really Happened” – Mike Rivero He’s on DAILY, 5-7 p.m. Central. Call in number 1-866-582-9933. Saturday from 12:00 – 1:00 Central. He’s GREAT, broadcasts out of Hawaii. Alex frequently has him on as a guest.
Republic Broadcast Network (owned by GCN) has several good programs to call in to. Dr. Winn Parker is a good one – easy to call in to. He has about 2-3 million listeners. Parker is on Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 Central. Madsen is on Saturday p.m. 6:00 – 7:00 Central.
I just discovered Dr. Hesham Tillawi on Republic Broadcasting Network – he’s on Saturday from 4:00 – 6:00 (comes on just before Madsen). Call in number for Republic Broadcasting Network is 800-313-9443.
These shows have global audiences and are a bit easier to get on air than like Rush or Beck and are more like minded.
my best guess, is someone told him to go this route. who that is I can only guess. I started pounding the blogs about three weeks ago about the Indonesian adoption and that where Barry was born meant nothing. I just can’t begin to tell you how honored I feel tonight. This lovely gentleman from NY found my email address and informed me of all of the leg work he has done to inform his Congressman of 0′s ineligibility. He sent me all of the correspondence and was bowled over with his determination and focus. We really do have an Army of citizens who truly care about this country. I’ve never received such correspondence, maybe b/c I’m new to this game, but, it is so heartfelt, factual, respectful and to the point. What a gentleman.
Promise me something my dearest posters, never let me remove my feet from the dirt of this earth. I’ve done that once and I was miserable; I’m simply not an Ivory Tower kinda girl. However, it just takes you over before you realize it. Simplicity is the only way to go. But dear individuals, like this gentleman who contacted a total stranger today is the reason I’m here. As I read this article, it becomes clearer to me that I sticking closer to the script written for him.
This applies to domestic agendas, especially health care as well as foreign policy.
After months of wrangling with health care it got passed. Why? Becauses the bosses deemed so both in timing and in content, and Obama finally had to play ball to get his wishes met as well.
And so it is with Iran. Obama’s personal hostilities toward Israel have been quashed. It is why Netanyahu is doing essentially want he wants. When it comes to policy making at the highest levels, America and Israel are one and the same; it has always been so.
“I” should be “Obama is”
In light of previous post, it will be interesting to see how things unfold for O.
So far he has finally played the game where Afghanistan is concerned after initial resistance, and now health care has been passed. Perhaps the environment is next.

Speaking of C-span – what a monumental waste of time that was. I immediately turned it off when the same people paraded up in front of the audience of the House started spewing their same sad sack stories of constituents, family members or staff’s bout with cancer (that’s the illness that scores the most points with the audience), or others that couldn’t even pay for their co-pay, or were turned down due to a pre-existing condition or…I was disgusted. Playing to the sympathies and emotions of the American people to justify their vote on the most draconian social engineering bill that ever passed through the domed building. EVER! It had all the trappings of an evangelical event.
I sat wondering do these politicians really believe this bill is the best thing they’ve ever done for their constituents – I mean really?
It isn’t rocket science. Take this situation for instance that one of the evangelists used –
Situation #1 – You can’t afford your co-pays. Okay, co-pays are usually $10 -$20 depending on the policy. Sometimes a bit more. If you can’t afford your co-pays what makes anyone think they can afford their new increase in premiums – we all know this would happen – and their out of pocket expense skyrocketed. Meaning until you have paid $3,000 out of your own pocket the insurance reimbursement finally kicks in. In some cases this figure could be even more. And, how will they pay the increase in their taxes, or fines, and other fees attached to this bill? So, where’s the fix for this co-pay situation?
Situation #2, you’re a young single man – no dependents. You now will be FORCED to purchase a policy that includes OBGYN coverage. Kinda like the way the cable company bundles their packages. Hmmm…that’s really a cost saver.
Situation #3, the real tear jerker; my mother-in-law had cancer and is now in remission. She could barely afford her treatments. She was in remission because she was able to QUICKLY received the care that allowed her to CHOSE whether she wanted treatment or not. Now, she will have to wait to see a physician. If it’s deemed she’s “worthy” of a physician visit at all. The physician will now be told what can and can’t be done based on her “POINTS” she’s accumulated. Most likely if she’s older, she may just receive a visit from the good government folks who will have an end of life discussion with her instead of her going to see a surgeon and then on to an oncologist. Remission would be out of the question. Living a bit longer would be out of the question.
And, as I posted here during that evangelical event, the callers calling in to C-span in favor of the bill were mostly unemployed and/or had been turned down due to pre-existing conditions. If you are unemployed, how in the hell do you expect to be able to afford a policy you will be forced to purchase? And now that a pre-existing condition is no longer a problem for these insurers will you be able to afford the increase in premiums this will cause and the additional out of pocket expense that will occur? And when your teenager is old enough to work at let’s say McDonald’s, his hourly wages of $7.50 per hour will now be effectively reduced to $4.00 per hour to cover these folks.
Where are folk’s critical thinking skills?

And don’t forget, you’ll STILL have to pay for the health care bills when they come in the mail. The reform bill does nothing to exempt you from that! Guess, those callers in to C-span thought this bill would give them a free ride.

Israeli bulldozers have demolished several Palestinian homes and destroyed farmlands in the northern sector of the Gaza Strip after Israeli tanks opened fire on them.
In the early hours of Tuesday, a number of Israeli army bulldozers uprooted trees and then leveled several homes after tanks opened fire on the periphery of the Beit Hanoun (Eretz) crossing and near the northern border of the Gaza strip, the International Middle East Media Center reported on Wednesday.

interesting from Story. Dr. Parker mentioned this in his broadcast last Sunday. I, unfortunately, don’t always understand some things he talks about. Later, such as with this article, the light bulb goes off. He said, the Federal Reserve would be using the excess taxes from the healthcare bill. He also was tying the healthcare reform bill, the Fed Reserve’s new powers together with amnesty and the phasing out of tax amendments. Let’s see if Story addresses that.
Something else Dr. Parker said during his show that I want to dig into was related to the fact that china has already sold off 1/4 of their U.S. debt and have already placed their troops (Chinese) here in the U.S. 2 years ago. This is not the first time I’ve heard that Chinese troops have been on this soil for some time now.

‘America’s Pro-Israel Lobby’, as AIPAC calls itself, holds the biggest conference in its history today, yesterday and the day before in Washington. ‘This year, the lobby has built its annual conference, and its entire lobbying agenda around the issue of Iran’, writes Haaretz. AIPAC is very influential, and Washington fears the long arm of the lobby. One of the resources it employs is the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI). Grant Smith, the director of the Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy compares the TFI with the OSP, the illustrious Office of Special Plans during the time of George
W. Bush in the run-up to the Iraq war.
Just as America needs Israel, AIPAC needs Washington – both for support and for financial resources, and certainly with regard to the Iranian problem. ‘When AIPAC activists mount the buses March 23 to go meet their representatives on Capitol Hill, they’ll be carrying an advocacy message that emphasizes Iran as the immediate and current concern. In lobbying meetings following the conference, AIPAC will also ask members of Congress to complete the new Iran sanctions bill, which has passed both chambers and is now awaiting reconciliation between the two versions in the conference committee’, writes Haaretz. The paper also writes that AIPAC will urge members of Congress to sign a letter to the White House. In the letter, the United States is called on to bypass the UN Security Council by imposing sanctions on Iran.
The Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence
One of the ways in which pressure is exerted on Iran is the TFI, the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence. Grant Smith, director of the IRmep, the Institute for Research: Middle Eastern Policy, writes that ‘AIPAC and its associated think tank, the Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP), were instrumental in lobbying the president for the creation of the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence unit early in 2004′. This entity employs financial resources like a crowbar against the defenses that Iran tries to maintain.
Smith explains in an interview (4:25) that since 2004 the Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence (TFI) has been housed in the Treasury Department. It’s led by someone appointed by Bush and retained by Obama, Stuart Levey. The Wall Street Journal writes: ‘[...] Stuart Levey, will travel to Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Oman. “We are pointing out that they face dramatic risks by doing business with Iran,” Mr. Levey said in an interview Tuesday’. Smith: ‘It looks as though what it’s trying to do is to surround and encompass Iran and maybe, if they’re really lucky, get them to leave the Non Proliferation Treaty so that Iran can become an even easier target. [...] It’s rapidly proven itself to be mainly a sharp edged tool for setting a lot of these trip wires’.
‘The TFI is like the OSP, the Office of Special Plans’
Smith compares the TFI with the OSP, the Office of Special Plans. That was the notorious intelligence unit housed in the Pentagon that had direct access to the White House during the lead-up to the Iraq war. The agency’s goal was to replace the CIA’s weighted intelligence on Iraq with raw data. This was then presented as proof of Iraq’s evil intentions, with all of its consequences. The irony was that it was the CIA that took the blame for this afterwards. DeepJournal reported extensively on the OSP at the time.
It’s worrying that Smith claims that similar practices are being carried out under Obama. Smith says: ‘All of the things we saw before the Iraq war… If you were an Antiwar listener and knew a lot about the Office of Special Plans, you knew it was essentially a black box that had very little public disclosure into what it was doing around the world. You knew that it was hard-wired to the Israel lobby and you knew it was also diverting the institution it was housed in [the Pentagon] away from it’s mandate [... The TFI is] even less transparent than the Office of Special Plans’.
McGovern: Israel is the elephant in the room
Smith writes : ‘Invited guests and members of WINEP have received many intimate briefings from TFI officials and consultants —possibly more than the entire US Congress’. Yet at a recent discussion hosted by the U.S. Senate, barely a word was mentioned about what former CIA intelligence analyst Ray McGovern calls the proverbial elephant in the room: Israel.
For McGovern, ignoring the elephant has its roots in the ‘time-worn “passionate attachment” of U.S. leaders to Israel’s short-term interests as if they were identical to those of the United States’. Or as U.S. Vice President Joe Biden put it earlier this month in Israel: ‘The cornerstone of the relationship is our absolute, total, unvarnished commitment to Israel’s security. Bibi, you heard me say before, progress occurs in the Middle East when everyone knows there is simply no space between the United States and Israel. There is no space between the United States and Israel when it comes to Israel’s security. And for that reason, and many others, addressing Iran’s nuclear program has been of — one of our administration’s priorities’.
According to McGovern, Israel has U.S. policy towards Iran in a stranglehold. His solution: ‘This politically super-sensitive issue needs to be addressed openly and without fear’. ‘Otherwise, there is virtually no prospect of lessened tensions, and a near-term prospect that things can get dramatically worse — an Israeli provocation and/or a preventive strike on Iran, for example’.

Israel proceeds with what has been denounced as its insidious annexation of the Palestinian territories, following a meeting between the regime’s premier and the US president.
Tel Aviv plans to build a total of 100 more settler units in the occupied East Jerusalem al-Quds, said a local city councilman and member of the municipal planning commission, Elisha Peleg on Wednesday, according to a Reuters report.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu left a White House meeting with US President Barack Obama on Tuesday without disclosing the nature of the talks.
The American side has likewise withheld comments on the meeting held amid an alleged dispute between the two close allies after Israel announced a plan to build a 1,600-unit settlement in East Al-Quds.
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had formerly denounced the settlement expansion as a “deeply negative signal.”
However, she presented a different face addressing the annual conference of the major Israeli pressure group in the US, the AIPAC, reaffirming Washington’s strong ties with Tel Aviv prior to the Tuesday meeting. “Guaranteeing Israel’s security is more than a policy position for me; it is a personal commitment that will never waver.” she said on Monday.
It is common for top US Administration officials and congressional leaders and representatives to race to AIPAC conferences to express loyalty to the regime that occupies Palestine.
According to the non-profit anti-lobby organization ‘Common Cause’ and similar groups in the US that campaign against political contributions by powerful corporate and lobby groups, an overwhelming majority of American Senators and House Representatives receive financial contribution and important lobbying support from AIPAC.
Meanwhile, Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat fired a broadside at Netanyahu, saying, “When we say peace or settlements, it seems he goes for the settlements.”

March 24-25, 2010 — Castro’s secret archives: US Special Ops prepares to snatch five decades of damaging material
WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources in the Pentagon that the U.S. Special Operations Command has recently been tasked to come up with a covert operation designed to snatch the secret archives complied over five decades by former Cuban President Fidel Castro.
Our sources report that among Castro’s archives are documents proving the collaboration of top U.S. Mafia figures, including Mafia financial boss Meyer Lansky, with the CIA in the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas in 1963. Castro apparently kept track of many of those involved in the assassination of Kennedy because they were also actively involved in anti-Castro plots associated with right-wing Cuban exiles that were organized out of Miami, New Orleans, Houston, and Dallas, cities where the Mafia was extremely active.
WMR has learned that Castro’s extensive archives have been secured in a well-protected facility on the Isle of Youth (formerly the Isle of Pines) off the southwest coast of Cuba.
In addition to documents that point to the mob’s and CIA’s involvement in the Kennedy assassination, including the roles played by the Canadian Bronfman family and their wealthy attorney, the CIA-connected Louis Bloomfield of Montreal, the Castro archives reportedly contain a wealth of information about Cuban support for Angola’s government and liberation movements in Africa and Latin America. The archives also have details about the role of the CIA in the Angolan civil war and the coups that toppled Chilean President Salvador Allende and other leaders, as well as Henry Kissinger’s infamous Operation Condor that “disappeared” thousands of leftist, student, and labor leaders in Latin America.
The plans by the U.S. Special Operations Command to surreptitiously land on the Isle of Youth and secure the Castro archives may have something to do with the recent arrest of a U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) contractor as he was boarding a plane in Havana. Alan Phillip Gross of Potomac, Maryland was arrested on December 5 last year and charged with espionage. Gross entered Cuba on a tourist visa but began working on projects designed to provide Internet technology services for Cuban Jewish communities. Gross worked for Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI) of Bethesda, Maryland, a State Department contractor that specializes in bringing high-technology services to “civil society organizations.” Gross is reportedly a satellite technology expert.
Gross reportedly made a number of trips to Cuba before his arrest. Throwing doubt on claims that Gross was in Cuba to help provide Internet access to the Cuban Jewish community, several prominent members of Cuba’s Jewish community said they never met Gross. In addition, Cuba’s small Jewish community was already receiving computer and Internet assistance from ORT, a non-governmental organization.
Gross’s mission in Cuba has been clouded in mystery. Cuba said Gross was illegally distributing satellite communications equipment, which would be important for in-country support in a mission to secretly insert a U.S. military team in Cuba to spirit away Castro’s archives.
Due to Gross’s visibility with Jewish groups in the United States, his arrest has affected on-going talks between Washington and Havana designed to improve relations between the two nations.
DAI’s website states the company started operations in 1970 and by 1980 was active in Sudan, the then-Zaire, Tanzania, and Indonesia. In a move that mirrors that of Barack Obama and his mother Ann Dunham, DAI extended its development operations from Indonesia to Pakistan and by 1982 the firm was fully active in that nation at a time the U.S. was using Pakistan as a base to support the Afghan mujaheddin against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. DAI is also active in Jordan, Palestine, Mexico, and South Africa.
The arrest of Gross in December came as former President Fidel Castro began to reassert control over the government, particularly through the appointment as Vice President of the Council of State of Ramiro Valdes Menendez, a Castro loyalist and former Interior Minister who understands the need to protect the Island of Youth archives from being snatched by the United States or other non-state players.
In April 2003, a Cuban man hijacked an Antonov-24 from the Isle of Youth and, after a brief landing at Havana’s Jose Marti International Airport where some women and children passengers were released, was allowed to fly to Key West. The hijacker, who threatened to blow up the plane with two hand grenades, was eventually granted asylum in the United States after the ritualistic debriefing by FBI and CIA personnel.

I just read through jbjd’s case above. I knew the basis of it, yet, had not seen the actual complaint. As I read, I was reminded of Senate Resolution 511c. This was the resolution declaring McCain to be NBC and defined (by the Senate) a NBC. Pelosi was a co-sponsor. Just in case there is ever a quetion of Pelosi knowing the difference between Natural and Native- this is the proof she knew damm well.

Yes, that’s what I’m saying….Last year I read a book titled, Dr. Mary’s Monkey. A book that found me. What a page turner it was. At the time I ordered it, I had no idea what a treat I was in for. It was about the murder of Dr. Mary, written by a man who’s father – a physician – was close to Dr. Mary. It covers the covert goings on here to take Castro out. Oswald was supposed to be THE ONE to deliver the cancer virus to Castro. It is VERY interconnected with JFK. Dr. Mary was working in a lab in an apartment using monkey viruses concocted in a kitchen blender destined for Castro. She was employed by a prominent physician in New Orleans, who was viciously anti-communist. I don’t want to spoil the book for those who may decide to read it. I highly recommend it.
Shortly after I finished the book, I heard Ray McGovern interviewed on Alex Jones’ show discussing a book sent to him by a friend, titled “JFK, and the Unspeakable,” by James Douglass. You may remember this is the podcast that I posted on CW with McGovern (a former CIA agent) saying there are 2 CIA’s. The reason this book is so significant is because some of the SAME people are still in power that were involved in the Bay of Pigs and JFK’s assassination. Remember Jackie O wore the blood stained suit to send a message to those that “killed him” she knew what went down. George Bush was there in Dallas that day.

One begins to see what a small part Obama plays – yet he is quite prepared to take much credit. That man can’t do anything without the direct nod from above. They decide when, where and how. So when for example health care “is passed”, the timing of it is significant.
The euro is under a great deal of threat, first from Greece, now Portugal, soon to be followed by Spain,Ireland, Italy and possibly the UK. I have to wonder how far behind the U.S. will be unfortunately.

The UN Human Rights Council has roundly condemned the State of Israel in resolutions tabled under the highly controversial agenda item 7, “Human Rights Situation in Palestine and Other Occupied Arab Territories.”Five resolutions have been tabled against Israel, amounting to the greatest number of condemnatory resolutions on a single country.
The first resolution, Human Rights in the Occupied Syrian Golan,” was adopted by a wide majority, with 31 countries in favor, 1 against and 15 abstentions. The United States was the only member to vote against the resolution, the European Union jointly abstaining.
The Council voted nearly unanimously in favor of “Right of the Palestinian people to self-determination,” with 45 countries voting in favor and only the United States voting against the resolution. No countries chose to abstain.

On the Goldstone resolution, “Follow-up to the report of the United Nations Independent International Fact-Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict,” the Council was not able to complete voting due to time restrictions and will resume tomorrow at 10am. The resolution reiterates the recommendations of the Goldstone report, and includes new recommendations to establish an Ad Hoc Committee to oversee implementation.

Just finished watching the documentary filmed by an Israeli film maker titled “Defamation.” Another must watch. This Israeli film maker decided to make a film on anti-semitism, having heard about it, but never having experienced it personally. His journey is quite eye opening. It’s about an hour and a half in duration, but I must say it never drags. You’ll see first hand how the ADL fans the flames.

WHAT’S THIS SOFTENING WITH RUSSIA ON ECONOMIC SANCTIONS OF IRAN?
Russia says it may support new round of sanctions against Iran “if there is no visible progress” in resolving the impasse over Tehran’s nuclear program.
“If there is no visible progress in this direction, then we do not exclude the possibility of putting additional pressure on the Iranians with the help of sanctions,” Reuters quoted Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Andrei Nesterenko as telling reporters in Moscow.
Nesterenko, however, reiterated that Moscow prefers a diplomatic solution to the issue.
On Wednesday, senior diplomats from six world powers held a conference to discuss Iran’s nuclear issue.
The US and its allies have been trying hard to push through a fourth round of sanctions against Iran, while China and Russia have been reluctant to go along with the scheme.
Nesterenko also stressed that his country would not throw its support behind financial and economic sanctions on Iran.
“But… such sanctions must be directed exclusively on the resolution of non-proliferation tasks and not aimed at the financial and economic suffocation of this country,” he said.
Although the IAEA inspectors stationed in Iran have not been able to find evidence to support Western claims of diversion in the Iranian nuclear program, the US and its European allies continue to accuse Iran of pursuing nuclear military aims under the guise of a civilian program — a claim repeatedly rejected by Tehran.
Iran is adamant that, as a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, its nuclear program is peaceful and aimed at civilian applications of the technology which many western countries enjoy but try to prevent others to acquire.

I tried to follow the convention, but perhaps not to the extent that others did. I do remember posting a question on Charlton’s site asking his opinion about the validity of it. He put no weight on the legality of it. Now, having said that, he didn’t agree with me when I posted that O worked with the CIA – so….draw your own conclusion, as you say.
While I would LOVE to believe this is a legal possibility, I’m not hopeful it’s this easy.
The signing over of our sovereignty to the U.N. has been underway for a long time now. I’m wondering what these 2 bills are exactly. This healthcare reform bill is part of a global UN healthcare agenda – which I posted about before on CW.

I finally finished watching Maafa 21. I found so many parts of it disturbing, but hearing Nixon’s voice speak such ugly words toward blacks infuriated me. No wonder the blacks mistrust the whites. I’m confident, after watching this movie, that the blacks lump all whites into one category and the whites lump all blacks into a category. This I now believe more than ever is by design heralded by the black and white leaders from both sides of the political aisle.
From now the words pro choice or pro life hold no meaning. Instead I’m going to call it what it is eugenecide.

Lawmakers Eyeing National ID Card
Lawmakers are proposing a national identification card — what they’re calling “high-tech, fraud-proof Social Security cards” — that would be required for all employees in the United States.
The proposal by Sen. Charles Schumer (D-New York) and Sen. Lindsay Graham (R-South Carolina) comes as the states are grappling to produce another national identification card at the behest of the Department of Homeland Security.
(They didn’t waste any time, did they – Graham and Schumer. The minute the healthcare reform bill passed someone proposes this legislation. It’s just another part of the whole control grid. What about some damn legislation to arrest the thief Geithner, or Bernake, or Barney Frank?)

yes, I didn’t think it helped either. That was the first one I came across. It was confusing. I’ve been reading further posts on CW’s site – they’re all over the place, too.
Prairie has done a great job of finding archived info. Still, nothing concrete.
I remember Bob Shultz (sp?) had been trying for years to get a petition of redress to no avail. The next thing I heard was this Continental Congress approach. I wrote to J. Charlton on his website one day asking for his opinion. He said it was a waste of time (I’m paraphrasing) and that there was nothing legally that could be accomplished with this CC. So, I moved on to other things.
I do remember watching a video and researching the issue of being a Corporation and we are all bound to the corporation through our birth certificates. There is a number on the b/c that can be pulled up on the NY Stock Exchange. So, we are all, allegedly collateral for “loans” and what ever else they do with our existence. Now, having said all of that, I STILL do not know if this is accurate information. There are so many arguments pro and con to this subject. But…Prairie’s post on CW’s site is what I remember reading. We are nothing more than chattel.
This is the most interesting part of the above article I posted on the corporation. Suppose this has to do with Traficant becoming a political prisoner? Notice, as well, this article discusses how we became owned by the banks, Rothchild to be specific. Traficant also dicusses the take of of national parks (wasn’t that related to an EO or treaty Clinton signed?) Traficant went to jail in 2002.

“Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve – in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, to the Federal Reserve System.

Like the Dems in the U.S. here in Canada, Obama is viewed by some (not all)as a world “visionary”. Canada is strongly liberal, probably more than the U.S., though interestingly it is turning (rapidly) conservative with the younger generation.
By that I mean the same old B.S., you know stemming racial tensions, developing alliances with leaders of other nations, quashing Bushites who allowed the war in Iraq under false pretenses (Ann Coulter as you know was not allowed to speak at the University of Ottawa for fear of violent outbreak). Sorry, I shouldn’t misinform. Canada is more than a 2 party system, but liberals/conservatives are still the predominant groups. Also, as you move from west to east, the country becomes progressively more liberal. Our strong conservative faction (like our Prime Minister) are found predominantly in the western provinces where the alliance with the U.S. is fairly strong because of the economic ties.

As Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was in Washington this week absorbing the full wrath of the Obama administration, the Pentagon and Israel’s defense establishment were in the process of sealing a large arms deal.
According to the deal, Israel will purchase three new Hercules C-130J airplanes. The deal for the three aircrafts, designed by Lockheed Martin, are worth roughly a quarter billion dollars. Each aircraft costs $70 million.
The aircrafts were manufactured specifically for Israeli needs, and include a large number of systems produced by Israel’s defense industry. Advertisement The deal will be covered by AMERICAN FOREIGN ASSISTANCE FUNDS. The Pentagon will issue a formal announcement on the matter on Thursday evening. (I GUESS IT WOULD BE OUT OF THE QUESTION TO FEED, CLOTHE OR HOUSE THE HUNGRY OUT OF THIS FUND OF AMERICAN TAXPAYER’S HARD EARNED MONEY)
America and Israel have still not reached an agreement regarding the purchase of another Lockheed war plane, the F-35. It is still not clear when that deal, which is estimated to be worth more than $3 billion, will finally be sealed and carried out.
If that deal is signed in the near future, Israel will likely receive its first F-35 in 2014.

WMR was recently told by South Carolina-based journalists that they are amazed that South Carolina Republican Senator Lindsey Graham’s homosexuality has not been reported in Washington. Graham is also one of the beneficiaries of President Obama’s overturning of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy that now permits gays and lesbians to openly serve on active duty. Graham is a Judge Advocate General Colonel in the U.S. Air Force. In 2004, Graham voted for the Federal Marriage Amendment, which prohibited gay marriages. Graham has recently received a zero rating from the gay rights Human Rights Campaign for his opposition to gay rights legislation.
My experience has taught me that the more homophobic the more likely it is they are attempting to cover up their own homosexuality.

Sec. 5210. Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps, Subsection
(a) ESTABLISHMENT–
(1) IN GENERAL.–here shall be in the Service a commissioned Regular Corps and a Ready Reserve Corps for service in time of national emergency.
(2) REQUIREMENT.–All commissioned officers shall be citizens of the United States and shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act 2 of 1923, as amended.
(3) APPOINTMENT.–Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall be appointed by the President and commissioned officers of the Regular Corps shall be appointed by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate.
(4) ACTIVE DUTY.–Commissioned officers of the Ready Reserve Corps shall at all times be subject to call to active duty by the Surgeon General, including active duty for the purpose of training.
(5) WARRANT OFFICERS.–Warrant officers may be appointed to the Service for the purpose of providing support to the health and delivery systems maintained by the Service and any warrant officer appointed to the Service shall be considered for purposes of this Act and title 37, United States Code, to be a commissioned officer within the Commissioned Corps of the Service.
(b) ASSIMILATING RESERVE CORP OFFICERS INTO THE REGULAR CORPS.—Effective on the date of enactment of the Affordable Health Choices Act, all individuals classified as officers in the Reserve Corps under this section (as such section existed on the day before the date of enactment of such Act) and serving on active duty shall be deemed to be commissioned officers of the Regular Corps.
[Note here that those personally appointed by BO -- without advice and consent of the Senate -- automatically become a part of the Regular Corps. Ed.]
(c) PURPOSE AND USE OF READY RESERVE.–
(1) PURPOSE.–The purpose of the Ready Reserve Corps is to fulfill the need to have additional Commissioned Corps personnel available on short notice (similar to the uniformed service’s reserve program) to assist regular Commissioned Corps personnel to meet both routine public health and emergency response missions.
(2) USES.–The Ready Reserve Corps shall–
(A) participate in routine training to meet the general and specific needs of the Commissioned Corps;
(B) be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel;
(C) be available for backfilling critical positions left vacant during deployment of active duty Commissioned Corps members, as well as for deployment to respond to public health emergencies, both foreign and domestic; and
(D) be available for service assignment in isolated, hardship, and medically underserved communities (as defined in section 399SS) to improve access to health services.
(d) FUNDING.—For the purpose of carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the Commissioned Corps under this section, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to the Office of the Surgeon General for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014. Funds appropriated under this subsection shall be used for recruitment and training of Commissioned Corps Officers.

I read a recent post by a frequent contributor on Wayne Madsen’s site, who is an Ophthalmologist in Tennessee. For a number of years throughout his career he has participated in free health clinics for the underserved/poor. This past weekend he said he had several guys dressed militaristic just show up. Their shirts had U.S. Department of Health Services across the back. No prior conversation, no warning, no word on what they were to do, just show up to “help.” So…looks like this was the gestapo laid out in this bill. They’ll probably shut down this charitable organization (RAM) eventually and force these folks to go on the government tit. Unbelievable, isn’t it?

ask hubby to read it – second set of eyes. It is a private army “of sorts.” He says, that anything that falls under the Surgeon General is related to the Public Health Service.
Though the Public Health Service has been around for a while, he says he’s never seen them take care of the indigent patients that the doc’s in private practice donate time for.
Couple of things that are worrisome – first, the fact the president is appointing commissioned positions and of course, the vagueness with which this is all written. The other worrisome problem for me is no definition of what a “national emergency” constitutes and the fact that it is either foreign or domestic. Can’t help but wonder if this plays into O’s global healthcare agenda that is a huge part of his foreign policy.
Also, this could very well be an “option” for those that MUST serve under the “AmericaServe” act that was passed earlier this year. (we can thank Teddy Kennedy for that one) Particularly if this is connected to the student loan provision in the bill.
Additionally, this *could* be a situation that will require public health service clinics when you have docs that are leaving the medical field, or will no longer take Medicare/Medicaid patients. You’ll also have a glut of illegals that aren’t covered under the new bill and even perhaps people with high deductibles that wouldn’t ordinarily visit for minor problems.
Again, this is all speculation since no explicit reason for this “reserve” was given.

Well I understand that Obama has just made it easier for Harper to keep troops in Afghanistan, since Harper is now responding to America’s request and does not have to abide by his promise to remove troops by 2011. It seems America has at least one friend.
One more thing. Obama has had to make serious concessions to stay if office (I notice headlines already lauding the rise in his national standing) because fundamentally Obama doesn’t support Israel.

Interesting, just heard a caller on an Internet radio show talking about this coming week will be an interesting one.
He mentioned this news hasn’t hit the main stream media yet, but some of the local markets are talking about it. The news is what he termed the obstruction of investment vehicles. Specifically he was talking about the IRA’s and 401K’s that will be gone. Quoting him, “Cities, schools, states retirement funds had taken assets in collateralized debt and borrowed money to “throw in there.” Many of these municipal retirement plans borrowed from foreign banks that are now calling in the debts and are seizing banks and GAME OVER!” Oh boy…what’s next?
Dr. Parker added that China is shifting the yuan to restructure the debt. They are calling in the debt, be we won’t see this in the news. When this happens there isn’t enough money to print to get us out of this.
He also mentioned the ship that was torpedoed in North Korea. He said it should have been a declaration of war, but Obama is appeasing China and will not file a formal complaint.
He reiterated the need to stock pile food/water based on what else is coming down the pike. Food is worth more than Gold.

“I have said from the beginning this whole thing was about big insurance, big law firms, and government control over the people!
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see this if you read any of the bills drafted.
Think about it! The insurance companies get to collect on every single person being forced to by insurance. Then to cover their butts the bill will allow for healthcare to be rationed where insurance companies will get to drastically limit the amount of claims they will have to pay. They will gain a huge monopoly over the people. They will get to charge whatever they want in premiums as the bill does nothing to regulate them on what premiums they can charge. The bill allows them to cut off their biggest expense which is claims on people in their elderly years as they can now deny coverage by claiming their lives don’t justify the cost to provide them the treatment they need since they old anyway and have lived their lives and how they need to reserve their funding to pay for the younger more productive people able to work and pay taxes to the government!
The bill does nothing to limited lawyers making frivolous claims against doctors because insurance companies will always settle just because it is cheaper than to fight it out in court, sticking doctors with bogus malpractice claims and then jacking up their premiums on malpractice insurance.
Everything that is wrong with healthcare has not been addressed in this bill and never had anything at all to do with reform! The only reform this bill did is to reform how much more money the insurance companies will collect while drastically being allowed to make massive cuts in claims they will have to pay, while protecting lawyers from any real tort reform.
BTW…these morons claim the commerce clause in the constitution gives congress the right to do this. Not only is this not true and a lie, even IF it would it still would not apply in this case.
In order for government to regulate commerce a business must provide sales or services across state lines. The insurance industry does NOT provide any health insurance across state lines as they are restricted within each state. This was the argument republicans made which was to open the borders allowing these insurance companies to sell across state lines to create more competition which would cut costs on premiums.
Since they don’t do business across state lines the commerce clause does not apply here!
If they opened up the state borders to allow them to sell across state lines, THEN, AND ONLY THEN, would the federal government be allowed to regulate the insurance companies!
That means they could regulate the INSURANCE COMPANIES! NOT THE PEOPLE!
They are claiming they can regulate the PEOPLE under the commerce clause and FORCE everyone to buy insurance! That has nothing at all to do with regulating commerce! Regulating commerce means they could regulate the BUSINESS OF SELLING INSURANCE AGAINST THE INSURANCE COMPANIES!
They could make regulations that would require any company selling insurance is required to offer insurance to anyone regardless of pre-existing conditions. They could regulate them to where no one can ever be dropped or denied coverage for any reason as long as they paid their premiums. They could regulate them where no one can be singled out and charged higher premiums because of any claim or health condition. They could regulate lawyers from taking advantage of filing lawsuits just because they know insurance companies will settle because it is cheaper. They could regulate loser pays in all lawsuits. They can regulate how much anyone could get in damages and stop the run away juries from awarding rediculous amounts of money. They can regulate how much lawyers can charge and collect to help stop the frivolous suits being filed.
The point is, if this was really about true reform for the PEOPLE, they could have wrote the bill that would have been less than 50 pages and addressed all the real problems that created the mess. But they addressed NOTHING to fix any of the real problems and all they did was pass legislation that will enrich the insurance companies, lawyers, and other big corporations more while screwing over the people forcing them to pay the bill on this and stealing any quality healthcare available before the bill was passed.
The bottom line is this. These politicians committed TREASON against the people! They over stepped their power and authority and sold out the people in order to enrich all their special interests!
The good news is NONE OF THIS ACTUALLY APPLIES TO THE PEOPLE!
You do NOT have to comply with this. You do NOT have to consent to allowing them to tax or fine you for this if you do not comply!
Be WARNED! If you DO comply then you will have given up your rights and will have given them authority and jurisdiction over you where then they can force you to pay or be fined or taxed!
All these bills they pass are all CORPORATE laws. Since everything they do is under a PRIVATE CORPORATION being conducted under the UNITED STATES, INC., None of their laws, statutes, codes, etc., apply to the people! It only applies to them! Anyone that is an employee of the government, including all local townships, city, county, state, federal, are all employees under the UNITED STATES, INC., and NONE of their laws apply to the FREE PEOPLE!
You can only be forced to comply if YOU freely submit yourself to their corporate policies and internal corporate laws!
WHY do you think they do nothing about Obama not being constitutionally eligible to be POTUS? Because he is NOT the President of the united State of America. He is the President of THE UNITED STATES, INC., which is a CORPORATION! There is NO citizenship status requirement to be the President of a CORPORATION! Obama is just the CEO of the CORPORATION, not the united States of America!
The constitution they are operating under is, The CONSTITUTION “OF” THE UNITED STATES which is actually the District of Columbia’s constitution. That is their constitution the sames as each State has their own constitution.
OUR constitution that applies to the united States is the constitution “FOR” the united States of America.
They have been frauding the people of this country for more than a 100 years now running under a fictious corporation and have been running everything under the District of Columbia’s territory constitution. Not the constitution “FOR” the united States of America!
You need to educate yourselfs and know WHO YOU ARE! All of their corporate laws, codes, etc., have NO AUTHORITY OVER THE PEOPLE! Only themselves that are employees of the government!
Why do you think they were allowed to EXCLUDE themselves from this bill??? They couldn’t do that under our constitution. But under their CORPORATE constitution they can do whatever they want as members sitting on the board of their own private corporation.”
