Exactly what Constitution is the Federal Government using?

Since the 2008 Presidential primary, millions of citizens have questioned the duly elected President’s eligibility. Hundreds of thousands of American’s have turned to the United States Constitution for answers. Dozens upon dozens of lawsuits have been filed challenging Obama’s eligibility, and with every new day more challenges are filed. Others have turned to their state’s Attorney General to investigate election fraud To date, six state Attorney’s General have received these Memorandum of Complaints. They simply request the state Attorney General, the People’s Attorney, to investigate whether the Democrat Corporation placed an ineligible candidate on the “D” line of state ballots. Remember, we the citizen’s paid for that election ballot.
Patriotic American’s, representing 48 states, held the Third Continental Congress at Pleasant Run in St. Charles, Illinois, from November 11 -- 22, 2009. These American Patriots paid their own expenses, took time off from work, left their families and worked night and day to develop Articles of Freedom for you, your family, your friends, your co-workers. Read them. They did a fabulous job representing “We the People”.
Then there is citizen Bob Campbell who heads up The American Grand Jury. He and his fellow Patriots have made great strides informing American Citizens of their rights granted to them under the Constitution. He’s assisted numerous citizens in holding American Grand Juries across the country, and then files the Presentments to the respective court. Patriot groups are growing by leaps and bounds. Check out Resistnet, IrateNation, FreeRepublic to name a few. The American Patriotic movement is flourishing all over the blogosphere, but if you are one of those American’s who rely on Mainstream news mediums, well, sadly you wouldn’t know about, let alone understand, who we are and why we’re fighting so hard for you.
A deafening silence, a silence so loud, so powerful from the Fourth Estate has resulted in a monstrous clash between the American Patriot and the American Sheeple. The controlled mainstream media outlets dare not touch the subject of Obama’s eligibility. Rather, if they cover it at all, they frame the subject in terms of ridicule using inflammatory rhetoric and casting all who question as crazy, nut jobs, conspiracy theorists, birthers and so on. From Glenn Beck to Keith Olbermann to The New York Times new About.com (h/t CitizenWells.wordpress.com), Washington Post to the LA Times, all American patriots hear is how stupid we are or out of touch we are.
Are we? Could they be trying to tell us something we don’t want to hear?
As an American Patriot, when you’re in the trenches reading, writing, debating, learning and challenging these Mainstream rascals it’s difficult to see the rope dangling above your head to escape to a different place. A place to breathe in some fresh air, feel the warmth of the sun bathe upon your skin, and to see and hear the noises of everyday life surrounding you. You realize how mentally fatigued you are, how heavy your heart is and you remember how life used to be, that is, before the 2008 Presidential Primary. You sit on a grassy knoll, you lay down and you rest. Thoughts start swirling around in your mind when suddenly you remember that rope. Why did this appear? Why did I grab onto it and climb my way out? You ponder this thought for awhile, and the next thing you know you find yourself at a bend in the road that just might point you toward that ray of hope so many of us are desperate to find.
Could such a road lead you and me to the truth? Well, here’s a radical thought. Could it be that the Federal Governement is not governed by the U.S. Constitution but rather the Corporation? Could it be possible that a former Congress threw the U.S. Constitution away? Could we actually be being ruled by the U.S. Corporation all the while believing we were being governed by the Constitution? Is this why Congress only placates “We the People” so as to remain in power? Is this why “We the People” don’t trust Congress? Could this answer the question so many have asked “why is Congress so out of touch with the People?” You tell me.
In 1801, the Sixth Congress, 2nd Session, Chapter 15, An Act Concerning the District of Columbia (a) also known as The Act of 1801, was passed accepting land ceded by the state of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia to permanently form the seat of the government for the United States. Yet, in 1871, the Forty-First Congress, Session III, Chapter 62, passed “The Act of 1871 forming a corporation [in the District of Columbia] called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin.“ Do yourself the favor and read both Acts and then read the highlighted link telling us the Act of 1871 appears to have changed everything our Founding Fathers fought for.
Am I wrong? I don’t know, you tell me?
The seating of the government of the United States in 1801 gave rights to the citizens of the District of Columbia but The Act of 1871 began the process of eroding said rights. Geez, Washington DC’s license plates read “Taxation without Representation.”
Could The Act of 1801 truly altered the course of the United States of America so radically that “We the American People” have been made to believe for nearly a Century that our homeland is a Republic, all the while foreign interests have incrementally, ever so slowly, turned the United States of America into a Democracy? Because they could. Hell, it appears foreign interests OWN the Federal Government. And now, Socialism/Fascism/Communism is pounding on our front door?
So, the state’s remain sovereign but the federal government is owned by and managed by foreign powers?
What triggered all of this radical thinking is listening to a radio show during the latter part of this week which created a huge buzz across the internet. I decided to do a bit of research. First I headed over to Benjamin Fulford’s Geopolitical site (it’s a subscription service) to see what he was writing about, and Monday’s report was titled “European Royal Families Receive Stern Warning from Powerful New Secret Group.” Well, alrighty then. You have to know Benjamin Fulford to appreciate his point of view. He is one of those investigative reporter’s you like or don’t, because his passion is to be in the thick of conspiracies; especially if they are related to a government.
Then I learned Benjamin was interviewed by Jeff Rense this week, who then provided a wee bit more detail on the “New Secret Group.” He confirmed some of what was stated on the radio show that caught the internet on fire. Whether it’s a coincidence or a set up I wouldn’t hazard to guess. Below is Part 1 of a short four Part interview.

Lastly, at the end of the interview, Jeff Rense asked Benjamin to read a long forgotten book titled “How Wars are Made: From Major Jordan’s Diaries.” It’s a short read packed full of amazing detail, testimony, historic names and so much more. It may also help answer some of the provocative questions I’m asking you to consider.
My question stands. Do the corporate mainstream media know something we the American Patriots don’t? Do they serve the United States Corporation? Have they always served the United States Corporation? Did the Forty-First Congress forfeit our beloved Republic to foreign interests to pay off our war debt? Are we a Republic? Or a Democracy? Remember nowhere in the United States Constitution is the word Democracy. NOWHERE! Today, Congress casually refers to America as a Democracy NOT a Republic almost every day? Why? What’s changed?

Rocknee….Yes….I believe that is what Dr. Kennedy said on the Pt.1 audio….something to the effect that the 1 year ago some high ranking military approached them because they are tired of taking orders from corporate CEO’s who are posing as legitimate government…I think he described them as terrorist families out to enrich their pocketbooks and called them a de facto government and that they wish to void Downes vs. Bidwell….whatever that means!!!

The U.S. Supreme Court decided, in a five to four decision, that newly annexed territories were not properly part of the United States for purposes of the U.S. Constitution in the matter of revenues, administrative matter, and the like. However, the court was careful to note that the Constitutional guarantees of a citizen’s rights of liberty and property were applicable to all: such guarantees “… cannot be under any circumstances transcended …” said Justice Edward Douglass White in his concurring opinion. Territories were only due the full protections of the Constitution when the U.S. Congress had incorporated them as an “integral part” of the United States.
The dissent written by Justice John Marshall Harlan held that the U.S. Congress was always bound to enact laws within the jurisdiction of the Constitution. In it, he said, “This nation is under the control of a written constitution, the supreme law of the land and the only source of the powers which our government, or any branch or officer of it, may exert at any time or at any place.” He held that the Congress had no existence, and therefore had no authority, outside of the U.S. Constitution.
Consequences
The idea of territorial incorporation is generally agreed to have arisen from Justice White’s concurring decision noted above. Note that incorporation in this case does not refer to the legal process whereby a company takes on certain of the characteristics of a person (for which, see incorporation). The concept of territorial incorporation is that the United States can be proprietor of a territory without having actually incorporated the territory into the United States. These unincorporated territories are not due the full benefits of the U.S. Constitution, as noted from Justice White’s decision above.
This idea has been used in court cases ever since in affirming that the citizens of certain territories can be subject to laws and regulations that are not Constitutionally applicable to other citizens of the United States. Many citizens of territories that have been designated unincorporated have seen the principle of territorial incorporation as a form of oppression
Helen, great article and subject to dig deeper in to. One thing is certain, we can’t deny this bit of history, Helen, that you write about here in your essay, even though it never made it’s way on to the pages of any history book.

I also remember posting, late last summer on CW’s site, the video series of a documentary titled “The Corporation.” (you can find it in related videos to the right of the video in link above) I doubt many watched it as they were all caught up with other matters of importance. It’s 23 total videos, but they’re broken up in very short segments. Very easy to watch, more importantly very educational. It doesn’t necessarily get into the matter of the 1871 Act. But, it DOES give you a good understand about how corporations were formed “born” and how the courts look upon them as a person, based on the 14th amendment. I highly recommend it instead of a Hollywood movie for a family evening.
I remember, one evening, hearing a “talkshoe radio” interview of the man who had been studying all of this and filed his test case in the District of Columbia courts. There was a female calling into the show, who’s name escapes me, but who was all over the Internet that had made studying this her life’s purpose. Funny side note, she said she was thrown out of law school because she asked too many questions. She said that’s when she knew she needed to dig deeper. And, she did. She confirmed what this man was saying. Unfortunately, I lost track of the outcome of his case.

Writing and researching this post has shifted my way of thinking. If you use this context then everything we’ve witnessed out of DC during our lifetimes makes so much more sense.
I have come to believe that the MSM wall of silence relates a hundred percent to the fact that the elite may own DC but it doesn’t own us, the people. This is why the Tea Party movement is scaring them to death. The people are rising b/c WE CAN thanks to our state’s. Otherwise we would be royally screwed and not in a good way! I heard the biggest fear the elite have right now is the threat of a THIRD PARTY, and why they fear the Tea Party movement. So…sounds like to me that’s exactly what we need.

My husband is dumbfounded at this info. He tried to follow it with me last year when I was listening to the interview with Mr. Rod Class (I think that’s his name). Of course, we had nothing to compare it to, so hearing it for the first time sounded like it could be true, but just not certain.

Allow to me explain the MSM theory a bit more.
The fourth estate was taught to me, over and over again, to be the truth and a reliable source. Well, the blogosphere has changed all of that and these rascals can be seen scurrying when you cast some light on them. Peter Jennings and Walter Kronkite were both CFR members for goodness sakes. Is Katie, Keith, Glenn and all of the other talking heads a part of CFR? Of course they are! How does a pundit get paid millions of dollars a year for reading off of a damned teleprompter? Puhleeeze. Their millions of dollars buys silence about the big secret, you know, the one where our seat of government was stolen from We the People back in 1871. I’d even bet you that Lou Dobbs signed an agreement upon leaving CNN to never breath a word or suffer the consequences.
Well, let’s dig deeper and learn more b/c this is where the gold lies. This is where we learn the secrets and begin to blackmail these phoney bat rastards who pretend to serve the people and demand from them to do the right thing. Fess up you bunch of cowards and for once, tell the American public the truth. It would be refreshing for a change.

Interesting, looking at the Wikipedia link and reading the “background” for this definition I’m reminded of a post I read, I think on Madsen’s site a while back, of a person who had an orange tree in their yard (Florida) and was boxing up oranges to ship back home to family in…let’s say New York (can’t remember all the details). Well, they were surprised to find out they couldn’t. Something along the lines of they were a “company.” It had something to do with this case now that I read it. I thought it was so odd at the time. Another person had a similar story of trying to ship some fruit picked from a tree in their back yard to a different state. Never ever had I heard of anything like that until I read their post.

This organization has a large membership. Many physicians who jumped the AMA ship long ago are signed on with this one.
The AMA fees were ridiculously high and they did nothing for the physicians. AMA makes their money in the coding biz – “dreaming” up new codes so as to print new code manuals yearly for CPT and Diagnosis Codes. These manuals or online subscription services are not cheap. Plus additional educational material/courses to figure out the coding system.
It looks as if it is not just state attorneys general that are filing a lawsuit against the new health care law recently passed by the Democrats and signed into law by President Obama. The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) put out the following statement:

This business with Netanyahu is vexing.
Obama seems to think that having passed HC has given him a new term. This is when I think things could get dangerous especially for him and certainly for the country at large.
Having said his rise and fall could very well have all been thoroughly orchestrated. Is there really a divide between the WH and Congress as some suggest Netanyahu’s behavior implies?
Now I’m seesawing. It’s that unclear for me.
So, guess what I’m learning. I’ve learned that when one is born in the US, that is since the late 1800′s, is automatically born and automatically registered as a citizen of the corporation. However, there is a move a foot, to educate corporate citizens how to become sovereign citizens of the states they reside in. When such an act is taken they are no longer beholden to the corporation’s rules and taxes. Thus, they become sovereign citizens and are automatically guaranteed “diplomatic” immunity. hahhahahahha. we’re such suckers! Apparently the wealth discovered this long ago and is why they do not pay taxes to the beast only to their respective states. hahahahaha, we’re such suckers!
oh yeah, almost forgot, this move that is afoot will be making a big push soon to get citizens to declare there state citizenship and then turnaround and sue the corporation in a class action lawsuit. Stay tuned. Lots going on.

President Bush made many mistakes during his Presidency (like allowing an ineligible canidate to run for POTUS, setting up the initial bailout of our banks, taking over our car industry, sending jobs to foreign countries, starting an illegal war, setting up the initial funds of HC through TARP, stripping us of rights through the Patriot Act, hiding the truth of 9/11- other than than, great guy. By the way, I voted for him twice, I was blind!) , and I am not sure how history will judge him (hopefully as the treasonous SOB he is!). However, I believe that he weighed his decisions in light of (How much money he could rob the tax payers of)the long established Judeo-Christian principles (that he abandon for the worship of the almighty dollar!) of our Founding Fathers (who he doesn’t deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as)!!!

I think it is hilarious. Think about it. If generations of citizens have been duped by the corporation, Act of 1871, and have never known they were duped, and a full hundred and thirty years these bat rastards have been taking our money via taxes, and getting away with it, well, who says we can’t turn the table on them? All counties in the nation are comprised of precincts. Precincts cover 10-20 neighborhoods. There is an elected position over the precincts known in some states as the Precinct Committeemen, or Precinct Captain which are elected under a party, Republican or Democrat. The duty of the Precinct Committeman is to vote for the Aldermen etc. at the local government level which in turn vote for the county leaders and they vote for the state leaders. We can get control of our government back. Many precincts are vacant so you might not even be running against anyone. Just need to fill out necessary forms and get your name on the ballot. Vote for yourself, you’re in!

Passive resistance to violence is a commendable stance to take and I for one would support it. However it takes considerable resolve that I’m afraid many are not capable of.
When confronted with serious threat to one’s security either directly or indirectly eg.financial loss, the majority will respond with various forms of violence. That doesn’t mean however that should stop advocating.

Interesting read – commentary on Palin stumping for McCain – I watched a clip from the event, couldn’t stand the phony rhetoric and gestures and turned it off. It was sad to think all of those good people, sporting their “I Love Sarah” memorabilia, many with their autographed copy of “Going Rogue” in their laps, can’t see she’s no different than any other politician that’s sold us all down the river. Heard an interesting comment the other day about the shift in how the new politicians are being touted to the public. Think back on the Scott Brown campaign – pick up truck, plaid shirt, jeans, standing in the “cluttered” kitchen with a cup of coffee in hand. They said the trend will be dressing down, and that it’d be a sure bet plaid shirts will be making a come back in this upcoming election year.

I have some health issues and every google search takes it back to mercury. My dentist who is removing my fillings said “he could lose his liscense for recommending to remove them or discussing the studies I was reporting to him.” Still, he gladly took them out “for cosmetic reasons.” FYI, if your fillings are silver- they are half mercury. Do a google search on the dangers for yourself- another eye opener.

I have followed the case of Jesse Trentadue for the past 3 years. This man is an attorney and the brother of a man that was thought to be one of the “John Doe(s)” responsible for the OKC bombing.
